The location is really convenient. Across the road from The Wharf, restaurants all around, 8 mins walk to Coles Supermarket and 5 mins to Mooloolaba Beach. The hosts Heidi and Steve are really friendly as well. The apartment we booked came with the use of the garage which was really useful as my son could keep his bicycle and the bike box in there when not in use. The apartment is clean and wifi is strong.

We did find the unit not as bright as we would have liked in the living room area. We were on the 2nd floor so it was not too bad climbing up the stairs as there are no lifts.

Location is excellent. So close to the Mooloolaba wharf, a short walk to the beach, restaurants and the surf club. Ideal location. Older apartment however really well kept and very large apartment. We stayed on the top floor so had access to a gigantic bbq and relaxing area on the roof top

As it is on a lower level apartment, can be a little noisy with passing traffic, however we didn't find it too bothersome.

The location of Sailport is ideal. Walk across the road to the Wharf - great restaurants and cafes there or 10mins up the road to the Esplanade. Great bus service at the front door. Spotlessly clean.

The only problem was the access to our top room apartment which was by stairs. It caused us no problem because Steve, the Manager took our cases up for us. It really is something that people should be aware of when booking the top floor apartments.

Owner/Manager Steve was very friendly, very helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. The apartments are dated, but they were clean, tidy and comfortable. Fabulous location and a beautiful private pool.

Aircon in main living area was out of order, but we were advised about it on arrival ... it just meant that we had to run the air-conditioning in the bedrooms flat out. Stairs were an issue for me as I am post YKR and my friend has hip issues, but if you're not bothered by stairs it would be OK.

Great location. Walking distance to everywhere. Nice well appointed apartment. Very helpful staff. Only issue was the fact it has no lift and we were on the third floor. Good exercise but not for those with mobility issues.

Amazing location, walking distance to the beach, marina, restaurants and more. we didn't need to take the car out once we arrived. Lovely staff on check-in, very friendly and helpful. Rooms were great and had everything we needed, lovely view, great size and contained everything needed.

Nothing stood out to us that we didnt like.

Great modern style, beautiful view, close to shops and restaurants as well as public transport (if needed). Good sized pool with spa, laundry area and lockable garage.

Strange sewage smell would often fill the apartment, possibly due to the drainage running from other apartments. Toilets required 2-3 flushes to work

Well equipped kitchen, great views from the living room but quiet in the back bedrooms. Very helpful managers. A very short walk to the Wharf pubs and cafes, the excellent Sealife attraction, the surf club and the boardwalk.

Nothing, but guests should be mindful that, like most apartment buildings here, there are no elevators, so avoid bringing heavy cases.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Location was excellent to beach, shops and restaurants. Pool was lovely and peaceful.

Unfortunately our room had a leaking air conditioner with an unpleasant odor but as soon as we mentioned it to reception, they were very accommodating and we were moved to another room which had a rooftop balcony with awesome views over the river and wharf.

Great set up for a family of four (kids are 1 and 3). Everything we needed, including a kid-safe balcony. The pool is great; it has a small, separate shallow section for the kids, and a heated spa. Central location; especially for calmer beaches of the spit and visiting Sea Life.
