The property was in a good location, lots of public transport which means you did not need to hire a car in order to go around Gran Canaria. There was many restaurants as well as supermarkets for your daily needs.

I did not like that we could not reach anyone regarding topping up the coffee nor the tea provided. I was left on read multiple times regarding enquiries. Costumer service is okay, not the best.

Everything from getting the information about check in before getting to property, accommadation was fantastic, cleaning impeccable(even at weekends when they don't work they leave enough towels), lovely facilities and up stairs terrace fantastic, would definately recommend

Check-in & -out works well, tee-ans coffee making facilities were good. Enough (warm) water in the shower, good bed and pillows. Everything very clean. Roofterrace was nice.

Some guest locked the inner door and I couldn't get in until the following morning

It would be enough to plug the internal lock to prevent someone from closing

high standard of both the room and bathroom; AC in the room; small gym and solarium (roof with sunbeds) is available

Spacious room with kitchen equipment. Located 2mins walk from bus station. Station has a direct bus to airport and to central Las Palmas. Many supermarkets in good proximity. A cute little dinner just across the street. A couple halal options ~20 mins walk. I would recommend only if you have a car at your disposal or don't mind bus to every destination. Check in was clear and we were informed via whatsapp before arrival with instructions. Cleaning service was swift and efficient as well as friendly - much appreciate the patience too!

Nearest beach is a bus ride (~20 mins and at least 2 eur per ride). Space is not divided, it's one big room with bed and kitchen in the same room. This was different than the setup seen in the picture gave me. It means it's challenging to do multiple activities at time (every one is asleep or awake lol)

New rooms, clean. Location was good but you need a scooter or car to get around. Upon arrival you get instructions how to get the key.

Rooms were very noisy. At least in our room we could hear the neighbors talk. And in the evening and morning we heard a sound like the washing machine was turned on.
