Dinner on Friday night 30th May. My daughter has specific dietary needs and the chef made special effort to see she was able to enjoy even her simple goat's cheese with an interesting presentation, and her fish cooked well and unadorned as requested. Our waiter was excellent and never rushed us. I enjoyed both my dinner and the excellent breakfast. We both highly recommend this hotel and restaurant. We had several coffees and drinks during our stay which were all well served with nice friendly waiters, nothing was too much trouble for them.

I had to go up and down 3 times to get a workable key card for the room and was greeted with a sour face by one particular receptionist at the counter around 9 pm on day of check in. Very rude It made me feel that it was my fault that the card didn't work

I have stayed at seven hotels in Fatima. This one is one of the best. I will return in three months and will stay there. Liliana and Juliana at the front desk are very helpful. Breakfast is very good and the restaurant I will be taking my friends to next time. The location may be a little distant to the Basilica but for me it is near my bank and post office.

Parking underground should be no charge like other hotels in Fatima. The wing I was on has thinner walls and noise abatement is not as good especially when children are running around.

The location is perfect – close to the Sanctuary of Fátima and other main attractions, making it ideal for both relaxation and exploration. The spa was the highlight of my stay – a truly peaceful retreat with fantastic facilities, including a relaxing pool, sauna, and top-notch treatments. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury

This is really an excellent hotel with so much to like and so much going for it. Unfortunately, there are a couple of chintzy things they do that left a bit of negativity in our thoughts. It's a perfect location and has a wonderful lobby with friendly receptionists. But they are so focused on telling you that you must buy a swim cap to use the pool that the rest gets lost. Between the front desk staff and the spa staff, we were told this information nearly a dozen times. Since we just wanted to use the sauna, we didn't need it, but it really was annoying how focused they were on selling those swim caps. Just add 14 euros to the room rate and give people a cap. The current way makes it stressful. The room is also very nice. A good size with all you need. They have a great Nespresso machine and a €1.50 per capsule sign. Again, just throw the coffee in - include 2 capsules and charge after that. It just seems like a nice hotel like this should include a little coffee. The breakfast was fantastic. Everything you could want. They really good all out in the breakfast buffet. The spa area was nice and we enjoyed the sauna.

The breakfast was the best I ever had at any hotel. The food was high quality everything from cappuccino, fresh yogurt not packaged, whole nuts to Crack, honey from the hive, a variety of fruits, croissants and pastries, lunch meats, plus prepared foods like eggs, bacon, potatoes, and breads. There were lactose free and gluten free options. I love that this hotel is sustainable with motion lights in the hallways, an herb garden, the windows operate so that you can have fresh air instead of air conditioning, and that the lights, electricity, and AC are shut off when you take the card key out. Very smart, no waste. The food was so fresh it tasted as if it was from local grocers or farms. I loved the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna and used them every day. It made my trip so nice. Good idea to put a time limit and shower caps to keep it clean. I also like the location of this property. There is a lot if local boutiques to shop at nearby and an easy walk to the Basilica and bus station.

I didn't figure this out right away but you may want to remind guests that the AC and lights only function when the card key is in the slot in your room. I thought the AC didn't work first night because I didn't know I have to leave the card key in the slot. However I really like this safety feature very ecological.

This hotel was amazing the spa was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious food for everybody 😋, it was spotless absolutely immaculate, the staff here were so polite and friendly service top notch gold 🌟 for everybody I would seriously recommend it for anyone who wants to visit fatima.

The hotel is amazing. Large property, very well located. Excellent breakfast with large variety. Great staff. Ines from the reception helped me to solve a difficult problem with my luggage. The spa was incredible and the thermal experience very relaxing. If I ever go back to Fatima I will stay again at Dom Gonçalo.

Everything, its all great, the staff, the Spa, the beds, the breakfast. Its a great hotel well managed, I'm always happy to stay there everytime I'm visiting the beautiful Fátima. Highly recommend it. If i could afford it i would live there!

The hotel was very close to the Fatima shrine. the room is very cozy and comfortable. The restaurant and the servers are 10+ with the food and customer service.

The spa was a big disappointment. We tried to book for a massage and they kept telling us to call back and on the day we arrived, they told us that we had to prebook - WHAT? WE TRIED!!!! The front desk team was not as warm and friendly as the restaurant staff.
