Right in the heart of Palermo Soho, a very elegant apartment, well equipped and high end. Very comfortable, pacious, with great view, with a full ktchen and espresso machine (us coffee lovers are especially thankful for that). Our apartment 3B had a great view too! Hundreds of options right off the apartment for eating, shopping, coffees and bars. Palermo is the "it" area of Buenos Aires anyways! This area is much safer compared to other areas like Microcentro. In the building they have cameras everywhere and this increases the feeling of safety. While the reception is indeed remote/digital, they have lockers and allow their guests to leave their stuff if they arrive early, as we did, or upon check out. We would certainly choose it again!

We had not received any guidance on how to enter prior to arrival and as we arrived earlier than check-in time on the 1st of January it took a while to reach Michaela in digital reception to explain how the checkin process works and let us in. After that, everything was just perfect!

Very nice little apartment in the heart of Palermo. Location, location, location! The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchenette was adequate to make breakfast and simple meals. The bathroom was a bit small, but modern. The laundry and lockers downstairs were very useful for our group. The staff, while not on-site, were quick to respond to all our questions and were very helpful. And this part of BA felt quite safe compared to other parts of the city we visited, and SO MANY good restaurants and bars within walking distance.

The street was quite noisy on the weekends...all night long... But the rest of the week, it was quiet enough.

- great design - very good facilities (pans, cutlery, plates, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, air con, balcony with seating etc) - amazing location in the heart of Palermo Soho surrounded by bars and restaurants - value for money (similar price to some of the nicer hostels in the area)

- entrance to the property involves obtaining a QR code to open the door to the building, and then a code to open the door to the room itself. This was a bit difficult and we had some problems initially, although it was fairly easy once we had worked it out.

Comfortable, clean, and conviniently located apartment in a relatively safer part of BA, close to lots of restaurants. cafes, bars and boutique shops in beautiful Palermo Soho, a neighbourhood doted with cool street arts. Excellent remote customer service provided by Micaela, who efficiently communicates via WhatsApp and occasionally can be on-site if required. Good in-room WiFi access.

Nothing major if traveling with data eSIM for a local network access as will need to be contactable via WhatsApp on arrival for remote, self check in. Also need to carry mobile phone at all times for remote re-entry into the apartment building.

Very modern apartment. Textures were nice and the appliances etc. were helpful (but not used since you come to BA to eat). Security is cumbersome but very good once you get the hang of it. Shops and quality restaurants abound. Location in SoHo Palermo is great for the city vibe, but there is a downside.

The city noise was constant. Always busy until 3am minimum. Had a difficult time getting solid sleep and I can sleep through just about anything. Reception is done via WhatsApp and can be frustrating - know your plan as getting assistance can be spotty

Great bars / cafes / restaurants nearby. Place was really clean and we'll equiped. Bed was also super comfy.

Quite loud at night. The front desk is also a virtual front desk so wasn't able to ask questions about nearby places / what to do.

I think, Booking should not offer this accommodation under hotels. It’s a very nice Airb&b. People will have a pleasant stay, if they aren’t expecting to have contact with the apartments’ staff. I was skeptical about the check-in and the come back to pick-up my luggage from their luggage storage, but everything worked to the perfection.

I think this accommodation should not be presented under the hotel filter. It’s confusing and people may have other expectations.

We got very cold days and the room was amazingly comfortable! The floor and the bed was heated and we could rest very well! The room is very quiet and we did not even hear the rain outside.

The bathroom was a little bit cold, we could feel some air coming in even tho the window is sealed and the floor heated. One side of the bed mattress is bended/deformed as if it had a big shallow whole.

Clean and nice place.

There is on 24/7 reception as said on booking. We plan to leave luggage at 1 p.m. but apartments were closed. And stuff couldn’t help us. You can check in only at 3 p.m. when staff send you QR code. There is no everyday cleaning like they write on booking

Modern and high tech atmosphere. Small but has it all. Close proximity to fantastic bars and little coffee shops. Walking distance to grocery stores and fruit stands. Overall a great experience in Palermo SOHO

Exterior noise but that is something you need to understand when staying in this neighborhood.
