Amazing stay. Great & quiet location, easy to find. Convenient booking and simple instructions to gain card to access hotel room out of hrs (when no real person on reception) Room absolutely gorgeous, modern & minimalistic deco, spotless bed, bathroom with shower with shampoo & shower gel, extremely clean kettle, good quality coffee machine with coffee capsules and sugar, complementary biscuits. TV, superb lighting, wardrobe, AC, extra table, desc with touching lamp, cute bedside table, tissues, electric blind operated by switching from inside. Parking with plenty of space. We got lucky to get parking right opposite our room. Breakfast room - STUNNING, breakfast variety great!!! Menu available between 11:00 - 21:00 - good option. Pets friendly and all this for bargain price of £63 + €10.90 for breakfast pp. I would give them 10 stars if I could xxx

My only suggestion would be pillows in my room, one pillow was great the other one was quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on it.

Nice hotel , very similar to a Campanile , excellent location , next to Action ( my husband was able to replace his forgotten reading glasses !) .We stayed here again on our return from Spain , different receptionist , we met three , all charming and very helpful . Ideal ,secure parking.

The pillows were very flat , it would help if there were extra pillows in the wardrobe , although , when we asked at reception , an extra pillow was given straight away.

convenient location on the outskirts of bergerac, perfect for an overnight stay if passing through Bergerac (plentiful spacious parking). I would like to thank the staff for finding and keeping a lost phone charger ! the rooms are clean with coffee/tea service, exterior automated privacy shades, and the breakfast buffet was pleasant.

Nice room - really nice and clean bathroom for a hotel of this class. The receptionist that checked us in was probably the most cheerful and friendly we've ever encountered in France

It was further out of town that we expected (my mistake) but that said it was an easy drive to free parking just this side of the bridge in Bergerac

When I reported a faulty doorknob in the bathroom, which caused my wife to be stuck in there for ten minutes or more, the desk brushed me off: it's the heat, the doors are old, etc. This was outrageous. But I did not explode because we were going to stay there for 4 nights. We never closed the bathroom door. Not fun. But everything else was fine. The woman who brushed me off should be reprimanded. And those doors should be fixed.

Cozy room, THE BEST mattress ever, great size bathroom with all the facilities- soap, shampoo, hairdryer, towels. Good choice for breakfast in the lovely setting. Parking right outside of our rooms, staff members very kind and accommodating. Easy and convenient to book on the road.

The staff were exceptional. Really friendly and helpful and though my French is not great they all spoke perfect English and were very friendly and accommodating about that. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone who wants to visit a beautiful place that also has great surroundings and the most helpful and welcoming staff you could ask for 😀

We liked the breakfast, good bed and shower. Friendly staff: our room was upstairs, but on request we got a (larger) ground floor room, to avoid the stairs. Good blinds to keep out sunlight and viewers. Conventient location on outskirts of Bergerac, very close to fast food and hypermarket.

Car park was “fenced”, but anyone could walk past the fence… Little backlog in maintenance.

With so many different tv channels available, it would be nice for non-native speakers of French to have a channel or two in English or another language. The shower curtain could have been several centimeters shorter.

I liked the pleasant welcome on checking in very professional and thorough and the very good air conditioned room with a great comfortable bed and excellent shower.Breakfast was good too
