You get your own room connected to a hallway that connects to 3 other rooms, with a mini fridge, a table, and some chairs. I liked this setup, especially if you were staying with some friends — then it’s almost like you each have your own mini apartments right next to one another, with a common room in the middle. The bathroom and room themselves were also very spacious and comfortable. And of course the location so close to the town center was very convenient.

The walls seemed quite thin, so it was quite easy to hear the other people staying nearby, including those passing by in the hallway (I was on the ground floor) and in the street. However, it was quite easy to fall asleep in the comfortable bed and I never heard any loud noises that woke me up. The hotel is not on a Main Street but rather off a side road, so there were never too many people walking past either.

Excellent room and convenient location situated between the train station and the “tourist” part of town (river, golden roof, etc). The lady on check-in was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious enough. Unusual configuration with the shower not being closed off from the main room, which teenagers might find uncomfortable to use, but not a problem for us.

The young man on check-out was possibly the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in tourism and hospitality. When I entered the reception space through the open door, he and the person he was talking to stopped their vibrant conversation and just glared at me without a single word creating an awkward silence. I therefore approached the counter and returned the key with the €2 for the beer my husband purchased. He just said thank you and I left.

The staff was extremely friendly, A big thank you to the two young ladies one helped us at check-in and one helped us at check-out, such nice people. the one at the check out was also in the restaurant and gave us very high service, she was doing the job with beautiful manners, and both of them made the hotel hospitality to high standards, the rooms were extremely clean and included everything needed, the bed can be merged or separated which. The pizza that they have at the restaurant, was one of the best I ever ate. The bus station is right in front of the Hotel and ca. 15 minutes from the main train station.

Fantastic location and quality accommodation for a good price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Also got a large triple room with a cute balcony overlooking a cherry blossom even though I paid for a single room as a solo traveller, which was awesome. The room was also very clean and nicely decorated. Only thing I had an issue with was the shower. On the first night everything was perfect, if anything it was too hot at first, but for my second night the water was very cool with the temp dropping rapidly by the end of my shower. Not sure what changed.

A nice place to stay in the city and also in a good proximity to the city center for exploring. The staff was extremely nice, friendly and helpful which was a great pleasure. Thank you! The room itself was a tiny bit depressing with a sink right in the room which was creating some hospital vibes. However, the room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom facilities were rather new and modern.

As I wrote before, the room looked a bit uncozy due to the strange outlay. Otherwise no issues or things to note.

The best thing about Pension Stoi is undoubtedly its fantastic location—just a short walk from Innsbruck Hbf train station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. The room we stayed in was clean and included a private washroom, which was exactly what we preferred. For the price we paid, the room was decent and comfortable, though not luxurious. It’s a great option for a short stay. Unfortunately, the room heating wasn’t available at night, as the heaters couldn’t start due to the gas not being filled, and it was quite cold in October. However, we managed to sleep snugly with blankets. The guesthouse is family-run, and the owners are polite, kind, and helpful, which added a personal touch to the stay. Overall, it was a good budget-friendly choice for a quick stop in Innsbruck.

Heating could have been in place. Water heater is not adequate. Bathroom is very tiny. But I don't want to complain much as for the price I paid it was really good.

The room was very spacious and clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from the central station and easy to find. There is no breakfast service but there are a lot of options where to have breakfast within easy reach. There is also a honesty bar in case you need some water or snacks during the night.

Not ideal if you have mobility issues as the stairs are quite narrow. Walls are not very thick so you can here if guests on the same floor are making noise but there were only 3 rooms on my floor and we were separated from the main corridor by a small reception room so it was not so bad.

we only stayed 1 night. although it looks a bit old, it is clean. - essential stuff in the bedroom: a bed, tv, and wc with shower - maybe it was because we were the only ones staying there (not sure!!), but the noise level was very low or non existent- can’t complain! - the staff was very kind, helped us with recommendations for Top of Innsbruck, and allowed us to leave our bags after check out

- no blinds/shutters, only curtains. we would wake up either the light at 5am coming through

My second visit to the pension. The pension is close to the main train station and the city centre. The room was clean and simple (beds, table with two seats, TV). The staff was very friendly, followed me to the room, and offered to answer any questions about the accommodation or the city. Although I didn´t use it, I appreciate the minibar with drinks or chocolates in the hall - the price was 2 EUR for each item, which is cheaper than in other hotels.

According to the description on Booking, I had to get a room with windows in the garden (I booked the same room as last year). Unfortunately, I got the room with dustbin under the window and to the street. Although there was no smelly waste, opening the windows and seeing the dustbins was very uncomfortable. As I could see this place, the dustbins could be moved to a better place. Otherwise, the do not disturb sign and refill shampoo would suit sustainability (I stayed three nights and don't need to clean the room each day).

Location was excellent, just across the train station and overall close to the city center. City was just 5-10min walk away. Beds were a bit stiff but comfortable and the room was warm even when it was 6C outside. They bathroom and shower looked like they were just renovated and there were enough hot water for 3 people in a row. The room was cleaned daily and our sheets were changed daily.

Room's bled noise a bit. If somebody was in the common area (where the bathroom was located) it was really audible. People talking inside the other room, behind a wall could also be heard but it didn't affect my sleep.
