Rooms were spacious. Location is great right around corner from walking street with good public transit access. Front desk staff helped us find a laundry drop off as we were on a long trip and needed to this service but the hotel prices were (as usual for a hotel in major city) outrageous. Example 75 SEK for a pair of underwear.

The breakfast was not great. Eggs made in very strange way (hence almost no one ate them that I saw in the many days we were there). Only 1 to 2 fruit choices daily and none of it good quality. Aircons in the rooms did not work well. Seems staff is used to this compliant and essentially tells guest you just need to open your windows and deal with the heat if you are in Stockholm on hotter days.

The location is fantastic and was very close to the metro station and several bus stops. It's also very walkable with so many restaurants, bars, shops in 10-15 minutes walking distance or less. The beds were very comfortable and I slept great. The breakfast was surprisingly robust and had plentiful vegan and gluten free options with dedicated stations. There were vegan overnight oats, sausage, tofu scramble, cheese slices, pepperoni, Kalles paste, butter, vegan yogurt, soy milk, muesli, and even a brownie on one morning. The room was clean and the bathroom was fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. The concierge was very receptive and available 24/7 which was nice. I felt safe walking to/from the hotel as a solo female traveler.

I'm glad I was traveling alone because there was no way to shut the bathroom door. There were sheer curtains and a sliding wooden door that covered the glass shower, but moving it to cover the bathroom entrance just exposed the shower, so there was no way to truly shut the door and have complete privacy. This could be an issue depending who you're traveling with. Also no early check-in was available.

We loved the location so close to everything. The rooms were spotless and very quiet if you got one overlooking the atrium. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast was amazing with freshly cooked breads and hot dishes as well as cereals cold meats, smoked salmon and cheeses, pastries and fruit. They catered for the gluten intolerant as well. The staff were very friendly.

The steps up to the front desk and the elevator were difficult for those with mobility problems to negotiate. Our packed breakfast on the last day was extremely disappointing and limited. (A roll and an apple. We checked out at 6am)

Excellent hotel in a brilliant location. Loved the weights on the wall in the rooms! Inspired! Breakfast was fabulous - huge choice to meet everyone’s needs. Having a kettle, safe and fridge in the rooms was also excellent. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby and a very short walk to all the main areas of the city.

Our only negatives were that we struggled to get the right temperature in the shower - it was either too hot or freezing cold. The staff were not particularly friendly / smiley but dealt with everything we asked for efficiently.

The room is spacious and comfortable, perfect for a good rest. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, providing a warm and welcoming experience from the start. A highly appreciated detail is the complimentary water in the room. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. Additionally, the breakfast is varied and complete, offering options for all tastes.

The Wi-Fi is poor, to say the least. As a foreign traveler needing a stable connection to work from my laptop, it was truly a challenge. The inconsistent and unreliable internet made it difficult to stay productive, which was quite frustrating.

We had a wonderful stay at ProfilHotels Riddargatan with our family. The hotel's location was excellent, allowing us to easily reach many attractions on foot. The metro station was just a 2-3 minute walk away, and there were plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Our room was very comfortable, and even with a baby cot, there was still plenty of space to move around. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel

The only downside was that we had to carry the stroller up 5-6 steps at the entrance.

The location was absolutely amazing, any sightseeing location in the city was at a maximum 30-minute walk from the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also good, there were enough options to choose from. The receptionists were very helpful and kind.

We had booked two rooms, and although one of them was in perfect condition and warm, in the other one, the bathroom floor heating was broken, so the bathroom was really cold. The main room was also not the warmest, but the hotel provided a heater upon request, so that helped the situation.

Breakfast was OK with a good variety of foods. The room was spacious. The location was perfect close to restaurants and work and not far from the harbor side and the Skjærgård.

The air in the breakfast restaurant was chilly to cold. You had to spend a lot of time figuring out how to operate the lights in the hotel room, since every lamp was interconnected and dimmable at the same time so it took a lot of clicking in order to get the light you needed. Luckily we stayed there for six nights so in the end we figured the system out.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with my 7-year-old son, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The location is excellent — just a couple of minutes from bus, tram, and city ferry stops, making it easy to reach museums and the old town on foot. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. We even received an upgrade from a queen room to a suite with a separate bedroom and living area, which was very convenient. My son could play in one room while I relaxed in the other. The water quality in the taps was great (safe to drink, with strong pressure), and the beds were soft yet adjustable by removing the top layer for a firmer feel. The highlight for me was the feather pillows — it’s a struggle to find good ones globally, and these exceeded my expectations. The room was warm, and the temperature was easy to control. The breakfast, while the same every day, worked well for us. My son enjoyed the meatballs, sausages, cereal, and croissants, and he was happy with the hot chocolate (though it was from powder). I appreciated the Lavazza coffee machine (capsules, but still nice) and the selection of Swedish food items like cod roe spread, pâté, and local bread. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its location, helpful staff, comfortable amenities, and authentic breakfast options. Just be mindful of weekend noise if you're a light sleeper!

One minor downside was the presence of a nearby nightclub. We had peaceful nights from Tuesday through Friday, but on Friday night, it felt like trying to sleep in the middle of a dance floor! Thankfully, my son slept through it, but I did have a restless night.

Room was great size and the hotel was in an excellent location so could walk to wharf and musuems.

Some staff members were not helpful. Initially we had very good service but on our last morning we needed to leave at 7.30am and because it was a Sunday breakfast starts at 7.30am. We asked the gril on reception the night before and she said she could give us a breakfast bag with sandwiches. We asked if we could just quickly duck into the dining room seeing as we had paid for breakfast and grab some pastries and she said she would be on in the morning and would make it happen. The morning of our departure she was on but there was also a stern gentleman who would not let us go into the dining room and said you have you breakfast bags. Pretty poor considering we stayed 3 nights and the breakfast bag was so average.
