We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The food was decent, while the selection wasn't extensive, there was always something suitable for each meal. The room was okay; the beds were two singles pushed together but still comfortable. The location was perfect, just a five-minute walk to the strip and beach, and only two minutes from the shops. The staff were fantastic, friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. For the all-inclusive deal we got i was more than happy with this hotel.

It wasn’t a major issue, but we would have preferred a double bed. Our only real dislike was the pillows.

The rooms were clean and had everything you needed. I had read some reviews that described the decor as tired and dated, but we were pleasantly surprised to find that even though they might not be the most modern the decor was in good condition. The breakfast was lovely and there’s a little bit of entertainment during the day and evenings. The location was excellent too in the old town, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby and it was only a 10 min walk to the beach. There’s also a lovely park opposite the hotel to walk around.

The staff are brilliant and so friendly.They go above and beyond to make your stay the best experience.The hotel is cleaned to a very high standard,Breakfast is the best meal of the day but dinner is ok too.We didn't do lunch so can't comment on that.Jason on the Animation is really good.He gets everyone up dancing and plays games and bingo.There is entertainment every afternoon and night.The people that stood out for us were the lovely lady on reception,a waitress and a waiter who were so lovely but i didn't get their names.She had dark hair tied in a pony tail and he was a big fella who i used to high five with.Old town of Benidorm and the beach is a short walk down the road.

Because it was winter when we went, there was very little sun getting to the hotel but can't blame anyone for that.

The Port Vista Ora was a pleasant stay in a good location. Rooms a bit dated but perfectly adequate with good air con fabulous powerful shower and comfy beds. Was at back of hotel overlooking a school , this didn't bother me they played Cold Play's Yellow instead of a school bell at 9am . Food was good plenty of choice . Only had breakfast. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The walls are paper thin but luckily no noise till my last night as hotel became more busy.

Pool was in shade,no coffee/tea making facilities in room and needs a shower screen not curtain as every time you showered it stuck to you

Dated but spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds. Couple of English tv channels. Fridge in room. Spacious balcony overlooking the pool and terrace. Plenty of sun beds. Pool cleaned daily and lovely to swim in. Good quality drinks,served pints! All staff were so helpful and kind, couldn't fault them. Meals were limited options, but good quality meat and fish, I prefer this to loads of choices with poor quality food. We upgraded at the hotel from B&B to all inclusive, well worth it. The location is excellent. 100m from taxi rank and Tapas Square, 5 min walk to the beach, 20 min walk to the strip. Surrounded by so many restaurants, bars and nice shops. Would definitely stay here again.

No snacks available outside of meal times so had to go out. Bath wasn't cleaned during our stay, the rest of the bathroom and the bedroom was cleaned to a high standard though.

A very typical Spanish hotel, a very good variation of continental foods. We will definitely return here. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Location is the back of the old town. Probably a 5 to 10 min walk to the beach. Sun is over the sunbeds up to about 6.00pm

Only dislike was nothing to do with the hotel or staff. Loud music (only one song) played at the school next door. Maybe a playtime thing. But at 9.00am after a late night. Went on about 4 times a day.

We were a party of 12. Seven older gents (early -mid 50’s) and five 18 year olds. Hotel was Clean, convenient and as a 3 star hotel it did exactly as expected and as advertised. We only had breakfast with my package and have no complaints at all. Staff were great too. Lots of available sun beds every single day and a nice little pool to cool off.

Hardly even a complaint but maybe a few extra sun umbrellas would not have gone a miss.

Loved the location of the property. Great value for money. It was basic but spotlessly clean exactly what we were looking for as we didn’t spend a whole lot of time in the room. The staff were so friendly and helpful particularly Francisco on reception.

The pool is maybe a little smaller than you would expect but it was absolutely perfect for what we needed.
