Comfortable apartment. Very quiet. Nice bathroom and pentry. Also a small garden. Very close to CCD (Congress Center Düsseldorf). About 500 meters walk. Free parking in underground garage. TV and wifi OK.

A bit hard to find (since there is no sign). That should be easy to fix. Don't forget to close the garage door. It doesn't seem to close automatically. In Germany, almost all shops are closed on Sundays. Don't forget that. There's an Aldi 300 meters away.

Ideal for us as we were visiting family who live close by. Ideal for local baker's and Aldi for any supplies we wanted and close to tram into city center. Clean and warm with a nice view and we are picky.

Only issue was it was booked via Booking.com (not their fault) and no reply to my message from owner/manager and no mention of the keysafe PIN. I had to get my Brother who lives there and speaks German to call a German telephone number to ask for the code before he took us there as we went to his house first.

The location will be dependant on your requirement, we were going to the Coldplay concert at the stadium. This worked extremely well as we only had a short walk home after. So if you are going to the stadium or exhibition halls the location works. Nice park opposite.

a bit of the downside is that you are also close to the airport so easy to get to/from but some noise particularly between 6-7am when the planes can first take off. We had the windows open as it was warm but this would be reduced if we had them closed.

The room was spacious, 2 floors, with a kitchen, clean and cozy. The area is quiet, there is a park and AQUAZOO nearby. Supermarket ALDI within a walking distance and there are also 2 restaurants serving Greek and German cuisine. Direct tram line 78 and 79 to Dusseldorf HB main station, 10 minutes ride. The city center is 7 minutes away. All was perfekt !!!

Absolutely no feedback from the staff !!!!! I asked to change my invoice to Legal entity. I wrote 5 letters to Booking chat to E-mail of hotel [email protected] - no reaction !! I understand it's self-service hotel but without support from staff was very bad !!!

Excellent location, 2 minutes walk to the fair. Nice kitchen with all necessary things to cook a meal. Very close to the airport. Overall, very good accomodation.

Parking in front of the building is available only for the residents, and there is no way to pay for parking, so you can legally park your car next to all other parked cars - we've got fine! Probably it is possible to make announcement to the hosts, so thay can arrange something. Photos of the rooms were very different than our room - this was frustrating, and therefore I give 8 instead of 10

It is very clean and very well kept. The staff is nice and were quick to respond by e-mail. The neighborhood looks good. Very nice park right across the street, with great playgrounds. Distance to Merkur Spiel Arena was great and we could park our bikes inside too.

Only things we missed was an outdoor light and a broom / dust pan to use during our stay.

Private garden, location - few minutes from restaurants but also aldi which was very handy. Again few minutes to tram stops to get to arena and altstadt. Close to Nordpark which was stunning. Toiletries.

A cleaner woke us early on our last morning - 8.15am which wasn’t great

Room was clean and had all the necessary items required. Its well located for the Messe Dusseldorf and to use the trains into city center. Great location and decent accommodation.

Excellent location Parkside Apartment House is an excellent location for the Messe Düsseldorf convention centre. The east entrance is just a short 5 minute walk. We had a 4 night stay and the apartment was completely adequate for our needs, clean and well equipped. There are some lovely restaurants nearby and only a short walk to the tram number 78 or 79, which runs every 5 mins, and takes you straight into the city. Thomas was extremely accommodating allowing us an early check in and late check out due to flight changes. Airport only 20 mins car journey away. I would recommend Parkside Apartment house, particularly for its excellent location.

Perfect location for the Messe in Düsseldorf, nice clean spacious apartment, very quiet and good check in system with the key box.

Curtains could have been a bit darker.
