We use this hotel when visiting family and the Christmas markets and always enjoy staying here. It is well placed for shopping at the Konigsalle and a short walk to the old town and Rhine promenade. With tram stops and the Underground station outside it is easy to get around town. The hotel itself is very attractive in the public areas and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable with all the facilities we need and the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was modern with a superb shower. Breakfast here is always a pleasure with a vast choice of food and drink, which is always well presented and delicious.

I am very grateful to the hotel administration and all the employees including the reception and the restaurant staff they supported me and accompanied me everywhere including the police station. I was offered free breakfasts on 12-14.07 and 25.07-28.07 and 13.08-15.08.2025 there were two of us, me and my husband. Especially a huge thank you to the employees who work at the hotel reception-Kleiner L., Bah, Debnafh, Meydan,Dj. Customer service and desire to help everyone at the highest level. It is advisable not to allow strangers who do not live in this hotel to have breakfast.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were plenty. Cleaning (though on demand) was OK. Breakfast was delicious and very diverse. My room was on the 7th floor and I had no issues with street noises at night. The staff seemed professional, though maybe a little cold. The Hotel facilities look modern and stylish. Also it is close to a U-Bahn stop, so you can easily get around the city. I found it handy to have vending machines in the hall, for snacks and drinks.

There was a little misunderstanding with the cleaning: while trying to figure out how the tablet in my room works, I must have accidentally requested to skip the cleaning for my whole stay. I admit it was my fault, as I should have paid more attention, but when I spoke to the staff at the reception about that, and requested for my room to be cleaned, they seemed a little annoyed by it. I found the whole "on-demand-cleaning" system a little strange, to be honest. Anyway, the room was cleaned in the end, which is what matters most. Also I found the parking a little expensive.

The hotel was located centrally and gave access to the high street and within walkable distance to many restaurants. Access to the public transport was also great, we were just across the U-Bahn station which made travel within the city and outside the city very convenient. Great location interns of parks and canals. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Overall a good stay and a great holiday.

There was a billing issue with and from Booking.com, which was clarified at the hotel and I had to make an additional payment. Which made me question if I could have chosen other places to stay considering the additional money I had to pay. But it was a passing thought and it passed, else everything was fine.

Firstly I would like to give a shoutout to the counter staff Yannick, who assist us in checking us in. We were in a bad mood coming from a disorganised music festival. He was very patient with us and maintained his smile and positive demeanour but also was wary not to come on too strong. and he even sent housekeeping to check if we were okay. Excellent excellent service from him & Said The shower pressure was DIVINE. We stayed at many hotels prior to this, but nothing matched the shower pressure. The location was perfect. Nearby a lot of shops, laundry and eateries.

Excellent hotel! Very good rooms, comfortable beds, good location, close to the main boulevard, and a short walk to the old town and the center of nightlife and cafes. The lobby is very nicely decorated. The hotel staff is very nice and welcoming. I will definitely come back here when I visit Dusseldorf again.

Communication with the hotel staff through Booking was not good. I wrote several messages and got no response. It was only after I called the hotel that I received excellent service, but I would have expected a response to my messages in a reasonable time. Additionally, in one of the rooms, the bathroom door was a bit rotten from moisture at the bottom. We didn't complain as it didn't really bother us but I would have expected better maintenance in a hotel of this standard.

I really liked the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel – it made me feel right at home. My room was comfortable and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with its fresh, diverse, and delicious options. The location was also fantastic – very central and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and attractions. One of the highlights of my stay was spending time at the hotel bar. The cozy ambiance and music took me back to good old days, and I truly had some unforgettable moments there.

There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like. Everything met or even exceeded my expectations.

I loved everything, and this has become one of my regular hotels of choice. The location is the best, love the shopping area arround. Easy to access and food is really good. Staff is very attentive and kind, big kudos to M. Debnah from the reception team who really went above and beyond to successfully attend to my kind request.

This time everything was perfect. See you again in september, and I truly look forward to it. Stay at this level of service, because this is how you stand out among so many different hotels.

Breakfast buffet was very good. Loved the pancake machine. Rooms were sensible and very comfortable. First time seeing that the bathroom floor was heated. Loved the soap that was provided in the bathrooms. Size of room was really good and beds very comfortable. Also felt the staff at reception were very professional and helpful.

In the shower, the floor was very smooth and slippery. Could be dangerous for seniors having a shower. Should have put a shower mat to reduce chances of falls. Fitness centre should have more free weights instead of just 1 pair of dumbbells.
