Very good choice, value-for-money hotel room 10' min from DUS central station. The staff at the hotel is very kind, very accommodating, eager to help and answer any question. They were also very helpful and ready with a small problem that arose but solved it immediately. The room is very clean, quiet, TV was working perfectly, from Stresemann Allee you can catch trams to the city-center and other areas of Dusseldorf. Thank you for everything Mrs Akkoyunlu!

The neighbourhood there and around the Hauptbahnhof is a bit dodgy (drunks, junkies etc) but that happens in any big city around train stations, so nothing new. Just need to be your usual careful as in every city. Police was everywhere so it was reassuring

I liked the location. As a matter of fact, it was one of the reasons I chose it at all. Palm Premium Hotel & Apartments is a 5 minute walk to the Central Station and Aldi. There you can buy all you need (food, cosmetics etc). It is located on a major road but once you close the windows, you barely hear a thing. The staff were also very friendly. The bed was also comfy... I even got a free upgrade.

The people in the room next door were making noise until about 3am which eventually robbed me of an entire night's sleep. Immediately I alerted the front desk, the issue was solved. By the it was already too late as I couldn't sleep anymore.

Looks a little concerning from the outside but it’s totally different once inside. Very welcoming and friendly staff, spotlessly clean, spacious rooms, large comfy bed, complete silence with the windows shut, kettle to make coffee, fridge, and a sparkling bathroom. Good location, 5 minutes walk from the main train station and underground, 15 minutes walk to the old town, coffee shop across the road.

Possibly a bit underwhelming from the outside but fine inside. Prices were high when I stayed but that was probably due to England being in town for the Euros. Maybe have tea bags available? Suggest 3 star rather than 4.

I was able to check in early which was a bonus and upon checking in I was upgraded from a single room to a queen room which was a lovely surprise. I found this room to be very spacious with a lovely new and clean bathroom and enough towels. It also had a kitchenette and a large TV. I found that there was also Netflix on the TV and a lot of choice to chose from. It was a lovely experience and the staff were so lovely and helpful. Super comfortable beds! The location was a 5-10 minute walk from the train station and 15 minutes to the konigsallee/ main shopping strip.

My room was facing the main road so it could be a little noisy at night and the area being close to the train station is not the greatest but having said this it did not ruin my stay at all!

The breakfast was basic, coffee machine & toaster were pretty poor.

When I arrived I asked for a change in the reservation, since I wanted to have a room with a kitchenette (I wasn't feeling well and the idea to go out again for dinner was not in my plans) only to discover they had already given me a super upgrade for free! Amazing! The staff at the reception, both the man in the afternoon and the lady in the morning were super friendly and allowed me to leave the luggage at the property for free, on the departure day. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and the room was perfectly clean. I will come back for sure. Thanks

The room was small but perfectly useful. Clean. I'm not a small guy but was comfortable with the single bed or the shower box. There was even a small kitchenette in this small room. Sound insulation was OK.There was a good quality LED TV which was as big as one could fit on that corner :) I think it was 42''. Perfect for a business trip for a few days. Not more not less. Being able to have your own quick breakfast with coffee (yup, kettle & coffee was there, too) while getting ready for a busy day is what I like. Location is also perfect. A few minutes walk to Hauptbahnhof (Central Station).

Can't think of anything. For some people the size of the room I was in could be an issue but they have bigger rooms as well.

Location is just a few minutes' walk from the main station in Düsseldorf. It is away from the usual main station hussle but close enough to walk. The rooms are probably renovated lately. Bathroom was very clean and tidy, carpets were good and bed sheets were very clean along with towels. had to pay 16€ for breakfast but worthwhile. my room had a direct access to the fire stairs.

I see this hotel as a business or a solo traveller hotel or even for a couply too. If they had usb outlets it would be practical.

Very clean. Room size was good, not minimalistic. Bathroom was brand new and clean. Internet connection was good. Luggage storage option was great. I have arrived 3 hours before check-in time and did not have to wander around with my suitcase.

I have stayed there for two nights, and every night there was a very loud music I could hear in my room which kept me awake for the most of the night. Rooms have very good acoustic insulation, but this was just too loud. I could not tell if it was coming from outside or from one of the neighbouring rooms.Apart from that everything else was great.

The staff was very friendly and supportive from the first until the last minute. I even got upgraded to a room with balcony which I was very happy about! The bed is comfortable, rooms are clean, equipped with a working tv and air-conditioning. Wifi was stable throughout my stay. Windows are well insulated, so that you cannot hear the loud street with closed windows. Bathroom seemed brand new and the towels had good quality. Location is very central, everything is easy to reach.

The pillows were way too soft. Luckily, as i was using a twin room alone, I could use two pillows and with that I had a good nights sleep. Toilet paper quality should be improved. I didn't like the smell of the room when I arrived - it was made to look fresh by some artificial air refresher that smelled cheap.
