The hotel is good value and is in a great location if travelling into the city by public transport - just a few minutes walk from the train station. The staff were all very friendly and the room and bathroom was clean and there were plenty of towels. There is a lift and my room had a lovely view. The neighbourhood is good with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. I received a free upgrade from a single to a double room which was appreciated. I would stay here again.

I asked and there were very few vegan breakfast options, but this is not a problem as the area has many places nearby with options that are clearly labelled.

Very good choice, value-for-money hotel room 10' min from DUS central station. The staff at the hotel is very kind, very accommodating, eager to help and answer any question. They were also very helpful and ready with a small problem that arose but solved it immediately. The room is very clean, quiet, TV was working perfectly, from Stresemann Allee you can catch trams to the city-center and other areas of Dusseldorf. Thank you for everything Mrs Akkoyunlu!

The neighbourhood there and around the Hauptbahnhof is a bit dodgy (drunks, junkies etc) but that happens in any big city around train stations, so nothing new. Just need to be your usual careful as in every city. Police was everywhere so it was reassuring

I liked the location. As a matter of fact, it was one of the reasons I chose it at all. Palm Premium Hotel & Apartments is a 5 minute walk to the Central Station and Aldi. There you can buy all you need (food, cosmetics etc). It is located on a major road but once you close the windows, you barely hear a thing. The staff were also very friendly. The bed was also comfy... I even got a free upgrade.

The people in the room next door were making noise until about 3am which eventually robbed me of an entire night's sleep. Immediately I alerted the front desk, the issue was solved. By the it was already too late as I couldn't sleep anymore.

Looks a little concerning from the outside but it’s totally different once inside. Very welcoming and friendly staff, spotlessly clean, spacious rooms, large comfy bed, complete silence with the windows shut, kettle to make coffee, fridge, and a sparkling bathroom. Good location, 5 minutes walk from the main train station and underground, 15 minutes walk to the old town, coffee shop across the road.

Possibly a bit underwhelming from the outside but fine inside. Prices were high when I stayed but that was probably due to England being in town for the Euros. Maybe have tea bags available? Suggest 3 star rather than 4.

I was able to check in early which was a bonus and upon checking in I was upgraded from a single room to a queen room which was a lovely surprise. I found this room to be very spacious with a lovely new and clean bathroom and enough towels. It also had a kitchenette and a large TV. I found that there was also Netflix on the TV and a lot of choice to chose from. It was a lovely experience and the staff were so lovely and helpful. Super comfortable beds! The location was a 5-10 minute walk from the train station and 15 minutes to the konigsallee/ main shopping strip.

My room was facing the main road so it could be a little noisy at night and the area being close to the train station is not the greatest but having said this it did not ruin my stay at all!

Very good staff! I particularly thank Ayleen who went above and beyond to help you me all aspects. Room was very nice I got an upgrade but was told that they can not always guarantee this- only if possible. Room was very clean, got cleaned everyday. I was there for three nights. Location is good close to train station. I walked to most places, alternatively you have bus stops very close by. There are two supermarkets just within walking distance. Will definitely staff there again

When I arrived I asked for a change in the reservation, since I wanted to have a room with a kitchenette (I wasn't feeling well and the idea to go out again for dinner was not in my plans) only to discover they had already given me a super upgrade for free! Amazing! The staff at the reception, both the man in the afternoon and the lady in the morning were super friendly and allowed me to leave the luggage at the property for free, on the departure day. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and the room was perfectly clean. I will come back for sure. Thanks

Highly recommend! Great value. Best location. Spotless clean room. Soundproof is real. The staff is friendly. I had a very pleasant stay. Surprisingly, I got a room upgraded! I booked for a budget single room but, somehow, I was assigned to a double room with kitchenette. A Smart TV which could use Smartcast with my phone was a bonus! That way I enjoyed Netflix connecting from my phone. Ps. Body wash is nice scent.

The drainer had a bit unpleasant smell.

Location is just a few minutes' walk from the main station in Düsseldorf. It is away from the usual main station hussle but close enough to walk. The rooms are probably renovated lately. Bathroom was very clean and tidy, carpets were good and bed sheets were very clean along with towels. had to pay 16€ for breakfast but worthwhile. my room had a direct access to the fire stairs.

I see this hotel as a business or a solo traveller hotel or even for a couply too. If they had usb outlets it would be practical.
