Location top. Amazing breakfast. Room had all you needed. Even iron with iron board.

The size of the room was small. In the picture, the room looked much bigger. Cleaning was a bit weird. Not to mention that you should put a card outside your door before 6am in the morning otger wise your room will never be cleaned. The cleaning was done close to the evening at about 5 pm. When we used to come back to have rest. But we've been obliged to get out of the room so the staff could clean. By the way, no one has cleaned dust. The towels looked very reused. With the yellow spots.

We return to The Hague yearly due to an event, and this is our 3rd time staying in this hotel - for the price point, this hotel fits our needs the most. The location is great, close both to the city centre, shops, supermarkets, and to the venues of the event we are visiting the city for. The staff is helpful, the room is equipped with everything we need (there's even an electric kettle and a mini fridge - not just a minibar, an actual small fridge), and the windows are huge - something that is very important for me. We will likely return :)

My only complaint is that the AC system resets itself once every day. We always realised this only when we found the room a little cold because of this every night. I do have to say there is improvement in this, because in previous years the default temperature was set much lower, making the room unbearably cold for us, and we had to ask for an extra electric heater. Luckily there was no need for one this year :)

The hotel is right at the city center of Den Haag. It’s quite easy to reach using public transportation as there is a tram stop like 2 minutes from the hotel. Also, Den Haag centraal train station is about a 13 minute walk or around 5 minutes with the tram. Scheveningen strand is around 20 minutes from the hotel with the tram, so also not quite far. When I arrived, the room was ready and clean. It has all the amenities mentioned in the description. The staff at the reception present during the check in and check out were also quite friendly and nice. If you need a place to stay right in the city center of Den Haag, then this hotel is perfect for this!

It’s a bit expensive but that’s expected with it being in Den Haag and in the city center.

Me and my whole family was happy. Close to the station, trams around the corner, shops opposite. Reception staff 10/10. Everyone so nice and friendly. I'll write this here because it's not a defect, but a suggestion: a larger shelf in the shower would be useful, and paying more attention to scrubbing silicones in the shower. Huge fridge for hotel conditions, microwave was a nice surprise (I guess I didn't read the description carefully :). I consider the wide washbasin countertop to be a huge plus. Soft towels, fresh bedding, comfortable beds.

This was our second visit to this hotel and we will certainly come back again. The rooms are small but nice; even equipped with a kettle, a big fridge and a microwave oven. Everything is clean and all the staff members are extremely friendly. The breakfast buffet offers a large choice of foods and drinks including fresh fruit smoothies and prosecco.

The hotel has a good location, very close to the airport. There are several restaurants nearby. There is a scenic walking area behind the hotel. The staff are very friendly and ready to help. The room has everything needed to make tea, as well as a fridge and an iron. In addition, the hotel has a small spa with a hot sauna and a quiet relaxation area. It's a very comfortable way to spend your time. This is already my third stay at this hotel.

Location brilliant. So central. On main shopping Street with plenty of places to eat., drink and attractions to walk to. Tram to Delft and Schevningen (seaside) 3 min walk away. Fab! Good size room, clean fresh bathroom, microwave in room and fridge. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

I don't use lifts, but the staircase was not that great. It was ok, and clean, but could be made to feel more welcoming! Bathroom was newly renovated and fresh. But shower screen tiny so impossible to shower without water going everywhere. Tried to keep on low power, but a fuller screen or additional curtain would make it a more relaxing experience. Very comfy bed so a great night's sleep.

The property is modern, well-maintained, and ideally located with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. The rooms are clean and thoughtfully designed, offering comfort and convenience for both short and extended stays. The staff was welcoming and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. Overall, a reliable and pleasant place to stay in The Hague — highly recommended!

No complaints. Everything was fine.

The room was clean, with a private toilet/shower, sufficiently spacious, included a fridge, microwave, and a kettle. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Location is excellent, very central, close to the central station and in the downtown. The staff was friendly

We arrived before 3pm (at noon) and although our room was ready we were offered to pay additional money to check in earlier. All other hotels I visited would have allowed a checkin without extra costs once the room is ready.

Fabulous location in the centre of Den Haag. Really easy to access public transport. Walking distance from main rail station. Quiet room, despite being on a main (pedestrianised) street. Great hours for breakfast as needed it late post Parkrun.

By the time I arrived at breakfast (10am) which runs till 11am, everything was looking tired and depleted. One spoon of lukewarm beans left, no croissants, 2 pieces of fatty bacon left, the dregs of fruit salad and one portion of yogurt . . . . etc. Staff not interested in replenishing for the latecomers.
