Loved the communal feel of the property. Every morning we would join for breakfast and meet up with so many different nationalities. Guiseppi was fantastic in giving tips on things to do around Palermo. The room was comfortable and had everything you’d expect. We left the hotel early on our last day and were provided with a packed breakfast (which was a nice touch). Nice every morning to wake up and see what new cruise boats had arrived… literally next door.

The apartment is situated in old Catania docs, just 15 minutes from city center by a walk. It may be little bit tricky to get in/out to the premise for family with kids, because there are several gates/doors leading to the apartment. Secured car parking is available upon booking in advance and will cost you 16Eur/night, especially when your rented car is not casco insured. We loved breakfast and property owner' hospitality. Mondello beach with turquoise water is just 15 minutes by car, Monte Pelegrino with Santa Rosalia monastery is 20-25 minutes by car remote.

The accomodation is basically a room within a remodeled apartment in a larger building of mostly normal apartments. You have one of four rooms and the shared space is a kitchen where breakfast is served. The check-in went well - it seems a little complicated, but everything worked out as explained. We used the option to park our car in the camera-surveilled backyard for 15 EUR a day, which was fair. The location was good, close to the sea and just a short walk away from the city center. The room was clean and we enjoyed the breakfast. The staff, present at the breakfast time, was nice and supported us with our questions.

You should just be aware, that you get a relatively small room in an apartment. So better do not expect the feeling of an apartment or large B&B room.

Lovely room on the third floor of a building. The host has a beautiful set up with 4 apartments and a kitchen. There is a small balcony. The kitchen has a view of the port. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious. Parking is available on site for a fee and you need to reserve this with the host. There is other parking around Palermo as well. It is quite close to the main streets of the historic centre and about a 20 minute walk to the Norman Palace and Cathedral. The apartment is outside the ZTL but there is one street on your approach to the building that is on the border of the ZTL.

The shower water pressure was quite weak. There are a number of keys to get into the apartment which are colour coded but a little confusing.

The property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Communication with the staff was excellent – friendly, responsive, and helpful. It feels like a spacious shared apartment with four guest rooms, a common breakfast area, and a lovely balcony where you can relax. They really do their best to make sure you feel comfortable during your stay. We especially appreciated their great restaurant recommendations. Breakfast is simple and mostly based on bakery items. The location is great, very close to the beautiful marina.

Excellent host, room very clean and new. Generous continental breakfast, good choices. Great suggestions for dining and sights from host. After our initial nervousness, when we arrived, we are glad that we booked because the host was so good and understanding, with clear explanations. We will come back to stay again.

For some reason I mistakenly thought I booked a hotel not guesthouse. But host was so good more than made up for it. First time I am doing self check in, was a bit unsure but host was very kind and patient. Room was a bit on the small side and property although not far from centre was on a street that looked like a back lane. So we were a bit nervous about location upon arrival.

The breakfast was fantastic, there was a variety of different food, even for vegan and vegetarians :) The place is located near the harbour like 5 min walk and close to the main city with 10 min walk. The host was very kind, helpful and had alot of knowlegde of which areas to visit, where to eat, what transportation is best etc. Very friendly place and you get very good service plus cleaning of the room is top. We will diffently recommend this place and come again :)

We really enjoyed our stay. It was easy to locate the property and we received all communication via whatsapp which made the check in process very easy. The room was lovely- comfortable bed, great airconditioning, spacious bathroom and fast wifi. The hosts were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious! It was an easy walk to the city center as well as the pier.

Very clean, Host was very helpful, bed was comfortable, fresh fruit available every morning, rooms cleaned every 2 days, breakfast was delicious. Host on hand to make coffee/ tea or other requests.

When booking I chose a room with a balcony, which is what I got but I was expecting the view in the pictures advertised, our room was overlooking the rear of the building / other buildings. Maybe I could have missed something in the ad to advise of this. The picture in the ad of the cruise ships is taken from the breakfast area. No iron in the room, but they do offer a laundry service if you don't have a travel iron.

Everything!!! Our host “Joe” really made our stay wonderful!!! He was always accommodating in helping us get around & his recommendations Great, as in visiting Mondello Beach!! Fabulous breakfast each morning, with impeccable service ☕️!!! Thanks Joe, for our last breakfast setup on the deck! Such a pleasant surprise!!! The accommodations were Fantastic!! Comfortable bed and roomy bathroom!! The deck with our harbour view that was always accessible both mornings & evenings was amazing !!! Also in a great location!!
