1) The staff is very friendly, polite and accommodating. They offered us a free room upgrade which was a very generous gesture from the hotel. 2) The breakfast is very good as a quality and quantity . They serve delicious deserts with each breakfast ;) 3) The location is top par ! It is very close by walking to fira center which includes alots of shops and restaurants , it is about 5 minutes by walking to fira central bus station and is about 10 minutes by bus away from the airport and approximate about 15 minutes away from the ferry port. 4)The outdoor hot tub was warm enough to enjoy even in a relatively cold weather. 5) The view is spectacular. I was left speechless the first time I saw it and didn't get enough of it haha . It is so charming and a kind of things that one should see at least once in life time . 6) The hotel and facilities are very clean and the hotel is very well maintained.

Villa Renos was a small bourtique style with 9 rooms in total. This meant exceptional customer service and was delivered 1000%. When we arrived, we were overwhelmed with accommodation and the view / position of the villa. Breakfast was a wonderful experience. Homemade plate of breakfast to your table freshly made each morning once you sit down along with other small buffet options. Felt like I was at "Nonna's" House. The staff were the extremely helpfull and friendly. Christos was such a caring and special person who really showed his commitment to providing excellent customer service in comfort.

The location facing the caldera is jaw-droppingly beautiful. Every hotel competes to claim the best view. Villa Renos takes the prize! It is a charming, stylish hotel of great character with beautifully appointed rooms. Villa Renos is in the throbbing heart of Fira as you enter from the street but serene and panoramic on the caldera side. Lovely outdoor hot tubs and sunbeds to rooms 2 and 3 both of which I stayed in. There is a cute but adequate pool and lounging area. Breakfast is served in an olde worlde dining room with interesting art pieces or on a terrace with fabulous views. Help with baggage is available. Vassilis is the Go-To guy and a most charming and personable manager/ owner. There is a fabulous vibey bar attached to the hotel on the Main Street.

I stayed in a single room with a private patio with view of the cauldera and Aegean sea. There's also a private jacuzzi all to myself on my patio. The hotel is located on prime location in Fira, just few steps away from the top so there's no need to descend too many steps down the island, and it's close to fira bus station and taxi drop off. Due to its prime location, there was also music playing in the evenings from the bars nearby. I didn't mind that at all as it gave a vibrant feel and i was on vacation. For those who prefer absolute peace and quiet, then this can be an issue. The private patio has the perfect view of sunset without any crowds of people. The room is adequate size for a solo traveller, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast in generous portion was served in the breakfast room and breakfast patio, and there were many delicious items brought to my table. Eggs, greek salad, green salad, fruits, cheese, pastries, bread, fresh orange juice, and homemade dessert (which I kindly declined as the food I had could have been for 2 people already!). There's also a mini buffet of coffee and tea, olives, homemade jams (a taste I cannot forget, i wish i had more), cake, cereal and more. Christos the host and his staffs were very cordial in hospitality and made me feel like home while away from home. Christos and his staff were also very kind to help carry my heavy luggage up and down the stairs, and Christos even carried it all the way to the bus station on check out. I am thankful for his kindness.

The hotel staff is very nice and extremely helpful. I lost my passport on the way here. They have been helping me call the police station and the airport, including specially help me go to the police station to inquire. The scenery of the hotel is very good, no different from the picture and even more beautiful. The location is also very good, and it is very close to the bus station. The breakfast in the hotel is also very delicious. The portion is very large and delicious, especially the dessert. The hotel facilities are also very complete, with slippers, bathrobes and hot tubs, and the hot tubs in public areas are also large enough.

Everything! The breakfast was amazing, fresh made, with a Great variety of food, I could Not even eat all that was served to me. The family and the staff who runs the place are very warmful people, very kind and generous. The room was cleaned everyday, and the hot tub outside with a sea view was the most! I had confortable nights and the localization is also great, nearest to the beginning of the thira walking streets and with just a few steps to reach it, which is rare in Santorini!

That I could Not have stayed longer!

The hotel is located just few minutes uphill from the Fira bus center. It is a convenient location in Santorini, since almost all the bus that brings you to the major towns, such as Akrotiri, Oia, Seaport and the Airport, departs from Fira. Upon arrival, the hotel owner provided us with two glasses of complimentary sparkling wine and the staffs helped us carry our heavy luggage down numerous flights of stairs. Needless to say the highlight of the stay was the breathtaking view of the caldera from the room and the delicious breakfast. The rooms are facing the caldera directly, so the guests can enjoy the iconic Santorini sunset within the comfort of their room balcony/ terrace. Every morning, the guests were welcomed with freshly squeezed orange juice and delicious homemade dishes, both main and dessert, that changed daily. The hotel staffs swiftly provided the room service, while the guests were enjoying their breakfast, so they always came back to the room at its original state.

It was a little hard to find the entrance of the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel from Tuesday 30 July until Friday morning and have very fond memories of it. The room was spotless: bottled water was available, the bathroom was clean and fully functional, and the balcony offered a magnificent view. There can be a bit of noise in the evening due to the nightclubs nearby, but this didn't bother us as once we closed the window we couldn't hear a thing. The soundproofing is therefore effective. As far as the host is concerned, he is an essential part of our comfort. Respectful and friendly, he constantly looks after our well-being, as do all the staff, and they are always ready to help us if we need it. The breakfast was really good and different every day. We would highly recommend this hotel and would also like to thank the team for their hospitality. If we return to Santorini in the future, we will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

The only negative point, if I have to mention one, is the lack of air conditioning, if I'm not mistaken. It was quite hot in the evenings, so we had to open the window to get some fresh air. However, this wasn't a major problem.

The bed is soooooo comfortable, soft but with proper support. The view and location is amazing. Not too many steps to reception. There are flights of stairs to the room. King size bed. AC works like a champ. The staff are so nice and service is immediate, no waiting for anything. Breakfast was yummy on the deck. 24 hour front desk, which is not common. One of the best hotels in the area!

The hot water decreases during peak times. Never gets cold just not super hot.

Everything! From the location, staff, breakfast, views and location. The location is the perfect to get everywhere and as places to eat or drink are walking distance within a few minutes. The breakfast was amazing with different freshly cooked options daily. Service was brilliant from checking in to checking out. Helped us with all our bookings for excursions and recommendations. The views for sunset were so good from our room that we did not need to go out for this as could do this from our balcony or hot tub. Special thank you to Kristophe as made our stay seamless.
