The location is perfect for a family with both beach and pool access. There's a parking lot just across the street and a few parking spaces next to the hotel. The kitchen is fully stocked. There's also a restaurant and both a pool and beach bar that offer everything we needed during our stay. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, even during the night, as the hotel has a 24 hour reception. The facilities are all well-maintained and clean. The hotel is family friendly and geared towards kids, which was the perfect atmosphere for a family holiday.

The parking lot is packed in the high season and it's difficult to find a space aside from very early morning or late evening, which made it a bit difficult to go shopping or sightsee during the day.

A perfect stay for a a family of four 2adults and 2children (aged 4 and 7) wanting to explore south east of Mallorca. Apartment was cleaned regularly to a high standard and had all the facilities we needed. We travelled around quite a lot to see the beautiful surrounding beaches and coves and also had a few days to chill by the pool. Staff were friendly and we had a wonderful time. We hired a car and although the hotel didn't have a carpark we did manage to park in the free carpark right by the beach most days (did get busier from about 11am- 4pm) but never had a problem parking. We would definitely recommend to others. One thing that was really lovely about this place was not needing to get up and reserve sunbeds always plenty available throughout the day. This place had a lovely calm atmosphere which was really lovely.

Kitchen area had most things we needed although could be upgraded to be a little more modern but that is being really picky!

We stayed in a 1 bedroom with an extra cot. Room was spacious. Facilities were excellent. Loved that they had "book a laundry time" to do the families laundry and the ability to buy individual detergent pucks at the front desk. Kitchen was well equipped with what one would need. Walkability to the beach, market and some excellent restaurants also great. Staff were always very helpful.

It's a simple thing, but it would be nice to have salt and pepper as a basic in the apartment. The market does sell a little combo --which we purchased and hoped they would leave for the next guests. Just nice to have when you arrive. But again, nothing negative to say, everything was great!!!

Breakfast decent with great views of beach. Hotel on the beach. Cala Santanyi was amazing. Parking availability and not far in the general lot down the street. Room clean and serviceable. Water pressure great, though a little salty? Nice staff. Available restaurants on/around property.

Beach access was not consistent from the hotel. Seemed to be dependent on the downstairs restaurant which either closed by around 8 PM and also was not available to go thru around 10 AM in the morning either. Expectation for being beachfront is that it would be accessible directly from the beach facing front of property and not have to go around to the public access on the other side from the street. Also Wifi was somewhat difficult to access. There was also a faint musty/mildewy odor in the room.

Jr. studio. Location was excellent. Beautiful view. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable. They share facilities with another building about 40 feet away. The pool, laundry, towels, front desk are all located in the other building. If you are booking an apartment and a studio keep in mind that they are in separate buildings. I was not aware of that when I booked an apartment for my husband and I and a studio for our 2 grown children. It didn't matter and worked out well for us.

The restaurant in the hotel was always buffet and $30 euros per person. There are other options nearby.

Great location conveniently located very close to gorgeous family friendly beach, view of Cala Santanyí from balcony, basic amenities, clean, good AC, good WiFi, basic kitchen, overall good value

Many families with young children at the pool; could hear children screaming / crying from our room / balcony; shower drain was poorly designed allowing water to leak out; bar was empty and sad; parking was fine in early June, but would be challenging during busier times; only one type of soap (no shampoo / conditioner) with a very masculine fragrance

Amazing location!

The water in the bathroom (shower and basin tap) had very salty water. I'm assuming they use a desalinator for their water there..... however it is quite annoying when you try and have a shower (or take a bath), but it ends up being salty water..... when you've been on the beach all day in the salt water... you just want to wash it all off. That would be my only gripe about the place... everything else was fabulous!

This hotel is right on the beach, in a beautiful small cove which also has a handful of cute beach bars & restaurants. The hotel is perfect for families with small children, the staff are very friendly. The hotel restaurant overlooks the bay - white linen table cloths buffet style but with small portions constantly replenished- each night different options - fish, pasta, beautiful salads etc. We stayed in Apartment type A & it was perfect size for couple with one or two babies- big balcony, large living room & bedroom with pool & seaview. Hotel is mainly occupied by German families - all very friendly (lots of retuning guests). Kids club is also a bonus - family party is also lovely for younger kids and parents. We will definitely be back. Also Cafe Drac is worth going to for lunch - tables overlooking bay - tuna tartar, avocado, caprese salads…

Location- perfect right on the beach! Couldn’t ask for a better place to spend a few relaxing days on the spectacular view, beach access to Cala Santanyi and 20min walk to Cala llombards, 45 min walking to city center Santanyi. I loved the yoga classes. And balcony views. Excellent!

Wish there were more local markets with fresh produce nearby, as the city center in Santanyi was only on special days, Wed & Sat 9-1pm

The apartments were in the perfect location and right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. The buffet breakfast was excellent and had everything you could think of. There was a gym, pool and tennis court. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future.
