Location is good, hotel is nice. You can use bars and Italian restaurant by Sundays in the first line. Transfer to the beach every 10 mins. Stuff was friendly. I recommend this hotel for families.

It would be recommended to check the vegetables and salad leaves before you eat that sort of food. Also, not all spices are good for everyone. If you have some intolerance, please be careful with the food. Also, the plates in the canteen weren’t always on the top level of cleanliness. Also, the size of the ceramic cups too small Not all the furniture is fixed Pool should be cleaned more often

Meals and entertainment were International and diverse, we relished trying new things were not bored and had plenty of help from Abdo and Khaled el Fatah. (both cooks always happy too) Location was great for included sports and the beach area had amazing views and plenty of bars/loungers/food/music/toilets/animation/snorkelling/watersports and helpful Walid the beach master!! Disabled access was very good, loads of thought had been put into making it quite easy, room had wetroom, handles and plenty of supports loads of ramps so whole sports hotel accessible.

Food was nice but some did not have labels so not sure what it was and had to ask. Front hotel main entrance had no ramp, had to access through side door with help of staff, who were not always available. Taxi concession in lobby (which is technically not the hotel) was expensive, difficult to use, left us for a hour by side of road, would not take Egyptian money and dropped us at their "friends" shops.

The hotel is located in a great place as everything is close by. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean and everything was in great condition. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

We were very well received and we were allowed to check in before time👌. We just had a long flight, so we certainly appreciated that. The facilities were certainly okay. The restaurant was quite busy at times, but the staff could manage everything 👍. The food was varied, so okay.

Too bad we couldn't use the jacuzzi (out of service 😔). There is a very weak WiFi signal near the lobby and not in the room at all. This was a minus.

We appreciated the kindness and availability of the staff, especially those at the front desk, in security, by the pools, and in the restaurants, who were always available and ready to assist until late at night.

Considering this is a budget hotel, we were very impressed by the hotel and the facilities. The grounds are beautiful and reminded me of my stay at a luxury resort in Fiji. You really only see where it's budget when you go to the rooms and bathroom, which are a bit dated, but not nearly as bad as other budget hotels in Egypt! Would stay here again! Included breakfast was a huge buffet.

The rooms could use updating. They aren't horrible, just out dated. I was impressed that there is a hair dryer, though. As renovations would lead to price increases, I'd stay here again without renos :)

Stayed here for the close distance to Soho square for NYE. Plenty of variety in restaurants, clothes shops, shisha bars, entertainment facilities ( ex. cinema & ice skating) and convenience stores. Free and frequent shuttle bus to the other Concorde resort, stops at a location a 5 min walk from Soho square (10-15 walk otherwise). 29° pool. Not within earshot of a mosque (as a non-muslim it means I don't get woken up at 5am for no reason)

Breakfast catered for Russians/Egyptians, plenty to choose from though. Within earshot of the main road airport but won't keep you awake.

If you want to see great fish, corals and sea & not to be blown away by December winds in Egypt - Concorde is one of the best options in terms of the location and price!

Food for much worse - in comparison with the previous year. Sun beds on the beach are far not enough for everyone - problem not solved

The place, the staff (Mr. Read and Mr. Zeaiter were exceptionally good), in-room facilities and the hotel overall facilities. Location is 10 mins drive from the airport. I highly recommend Concorde Hotel Sharm
