We spent two weeks here. We got two rooms, one pool, and another garden view. Both rooms was nice were the pool view room more noisy. The hotel is good and really clean. Room service is perfect. They can tide up room daily if in need. Food is rich (you won't be hungry), a massive choice of different dishes and desserts. They also have options for vegan and allergic people. They have the best coral reef with many colourful fish. We have been in Dahab and Ras Muhammad for diving excursion. I found that a Carmillion reef is the best. But you need to catch when bay is open (usually in not windy day) The animation team is superb. Finally, I enjoyed time with my wife. My kids just disappeared with them.

The excursion sale team is very annoying. Don't buy anything from them. We bought an excursion to Coloured canyon and Spa massage, and the quality of both was so bad. We got another excursion from a common local company, and it was next level.

This resort is a real gem for those who want a zero-fuss, sea-filled holiday. It has direct access to the beach (with its own reef!!) and several large pools (including an AquaPark!!). The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the variety of the buffet is notable, there are several bars throughout the whole property, and many shops (including a pharmacy).

Wifi connection - quite patchy and it only worked around the reception area. Not too bad if you are trying to do a “tech detox” holiday but not great either if you are trying to call relatives, book activities etc.

We had an amazing stay! The meals were delicious with a great variety—we looked forward to every meal to see what new dishes we could try. The staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful. The beach area was fantastic, with comfortable lounge chairs and plenty of umbrellas. The pictures of the gym do not accurately reflect it, it is much better than expected. It had all the equipment needed to get a great workout in. We booked a last-minute day trip to Cairo through the Safari company at reception, and it was an excellent experience. Charmillion even prepared breakfast bags for us since we had to leave at 3:45 AM. The tour was extremely well-organized, from airport pick-up and visa assistance to a knowledgeable guide and smooth transfers back to Sharm. We also did a scuba diving excursion, which was a wonderful experience and reasonably priced. It was my first time diving, and everything—from pick-up to return—was seamless. Highly recommend!

It was frustrating trying to relax on the beach while constantly being approached by staff from the spa, beauty salon, and excursion services. While I understand they work on commission, having to decline the same offers repeatedly—sometimes every 45 minutes—took away from the peaceful experience.

The resort is very beautiful, clean and comfortable! They pay attention to all the needs of the guests, even beyond what we can imagine. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a fruit bowl in our room, and then every day the cleaning colleague made us creations out of towels that would put origami artists to shame. The food is very delicious and the offer is plentiful, with an endless variety. Almost all the staff speak Italian, even Neapolitan, which makes it easy for any Italian to feel at home! :) I have to mention the wonderful garden, they pay a lot of attention to their own oasis, the vacation was an unforgetable experience! :)

Swimming and snorkeling were an absolute pleasure! 🍽 The food – simply fantastic! A huge variety of dishes at the main restaurant, always fresh fruits, and delicious desserts. Everything was diverse, and we could try something new every day. 🏨 The service – top-notch! The staff is very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Andrew at the reception for his professionalism and kindness, as well as Maha from Guest Relations for her care and attention to guests. A huge appreciation to hotel manager Emil for the excellent organization of our stay – everything was perfectly planned down to the smallest details! 🏝 The resort – large, well-maintained, with beautiful gardens and comfortable relaxation areas. The pool bar, cozy corners – everything is designed for the guests’ comfort. 🎭 Entertainment – something interesting every day: a mini-disco for kids, evening shows, and animation. No one gets bored! 💙 This hotel is a perfect place for those who want to enjoy the sea, delicious food, and excellent service. We are leaving with a smile and a strong desire to come back! Everything was amazing, a lot of facilities to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. Everyone is is super friendly and they do everything to help. The room is comfortable and spacious. We had sea view which was amazing, and we were also close to the pool. Everything was close by. The vibe there gives you the ultimate Egyptian holiday feeling.

the only thing that I missed was snacks between lunch and dinner. In my previous all-inclusive hotel (it was in Hurghada) there was a cafe where we could get sweet pastries around 16:00-17:00. I missed that in Charmillion. That was really the only thing that I missed, other than that, our stay was perfect!

The buffet was good, a lot of egyptian food. I particularly appreciated the gym. The staff (waiters and lifeguards) was very kind. We enjoyed the details in the bedroom from the cleaners. The beach was good and deckchairs were very comfortable. Every request of yours is addressed when you call the number.

A few points to improve : the main restaurant is very loud. The spa is too expensive compared to other hotels. The walls are very thin so bring earplugs if you are sensible to noise during the evening. The wifi doesn't work properly (we never had it in our room but it worked fine at the reception). Such a pity they were still changing the towels even if you hanged them to keep them as per their policy stated in the bathroom. Also, I didn't appreciate that the staff was pushing that we give them a 10 on booking right in front of them after the check out, but I understand that it's business.

Very nice hotel, clean and well maintained, staff are very friendly, Tarek who was in charge of my room did everything possible to make our stay perfect. Oussama in the reception was very helpful. The chefs in the restaurants are always smiling and welcoming. The hotel has it’s own Reef and it’s Amazing for Snorkelling.

The shower pressure sometimes is weak The guys in the towels desk ( sea life ) made a mistake by giving me a wrong hotel card and when I went the next day to get some towels the refused to change it. They made a drama about it. And some times they ask unnecessary questions which was a bit pointless. The WiFI is slow

Friendly service. Good food. Great draft beer. Good snorkeling experience if you walk to the Charmillion club beach nearby and access off the bridge. We were given various free 1 time tickets as well, one to the aqua park, and to attempt their other restaurants. We were easily able to arrange for an extra bed on property. There was some good entertainment, foam party in the aqua park, iron man flying with water jet at the pool, water polo, etc.. definitely great place and worth repeating.

We were not able to secure connected rooms before hand. We loved our rooms but they weren't connected. We had to call for some services, things you expect to find available without needing to ask like towels, but that was ok they were very friendly and helpful and took care of the needed. The location is a bit far and taxi phone apps like uber and others didn't work, we had to bargain to get decent transportation prices. Alcoholic drinks could have been better, you don't find much mojito's, gin basil, blue hawaii, or margheritas
