The staff esp Enjy anf Max were very helpful and experienced

Most of the staff consider the Egyptian guests as last ranking guests, the western guests are preferred, all the staff ignore egyptians and their demands however if they deal with westerns they give them priority everywhere in the hotel, ask Mr. Ashraf the guy on the swimming pool he just carry drinks for western pple only but he passes any Arab or egyptian ignoring him totally though we pay the same. Food was not that perfect, some of the housekeeping staff were rude, just wanna say a final word ur Egyptian guest is the one who can bring u more guests than westerns, in other countries the citizen is on the top priority but in Egypt it is the contrary

Very good resort most of the staff were very nice but some of them need to improve specially for dealing with the Egyptians

We recently stayed at the Xperience Parkland Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh (All-Inclusive) as a family of 24, travelling from Australia and Scotland for our biannual reunion. This was a very special trip for us, and one of the absolute highlights was the incredible bar service we received throughout our stay. We want to extend a massive thank you to Kirolos, who was hands-down the most polite, professional, and attentive barman we've ever met. Always warm, respectful, and quick with a smile, Kirolos made every drink feel like a five-star experience. His energy, friendliness, and attention to detail were outstanding — he is a true gem. Equally fantastic were Mina and Beshoy at the pool bar. Managing our large group with ease, they kept the drinks flowing and the good vibes going every day. Their humour, efficiency, and great memory for our (very specific!) orders made our days by the pool even more enjoyable. And finally, a huge shoutout to Abs at the Wave Bar — what a legend! Every night, Abs took care of our entire group with effortless charm, lightning-fast service, and a constant smile. No matter how busy it got, he never missed a beat. His ability to manage such a large crowd while making every person feel seen and served was truly impressive. These four individuals — Kirolos, Mina, Beshoy, and Abs — went above and beyond to make our holiday extra special. Their warmth, professionalism, and positive energy created a welcoming environment that made every moment more enjoyable. Xperience Parkland Hotel, your bar team is world-class. We’ll be raving about them for years and recommending your hotel to everyone we know.

I would like to share my impression of Kiroseiz Parkland Hotel, which I visited for the second time in a row. My return was due to the wonderful experience I had during my first stay, thanks to the excellent management and the dedicated team—from housekeeping to the restaurant staff to the administration. They are truly a great team that deserves appreciation and gratitude. The hotel has been completely renovated, including the beds, linens, restaurants, and the aqua park facilities, giving it a fresh and comfortable atmosphere. It features four different restaurants, each offering a unique cuisine, making it suitable for all tastes. I would also like to share a personal experience from this visit and extend special thanks to Mr. Hamada. After I had left the hotel, I realized I had forgotten my daughter’s official documents in the safe inside the wardrobe. When I informed Mr. Hamada, he immediately went to the room we had stayed in, retrieved the documents, and went out of his way to help. He even looked for a Dutch family who was returning to the Netherlands and coordinated with them and with me to have the documents safely delivered—and they were. Many thanks also to the housekeeping team for their kindness and professionalism, especially Saeed and Mahmoud. In short, Kiroseiz Parkland Hotel is my favorite destination, and I will definitely come back again.

Exceptional Service and Warm Hospitality ✨ We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was truly perfect, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable experience. The staff are incredibly hardworking, funny, and genuinely friendly—I’ve never felt so welcomed in a hotel before. A special shoutout to Martina in the restaurant, Mustafa the waiter, and Gerges on the bar—these three went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. It was very nice stay and the all inclusive buffet always had something new to offer! Was a really cool experience. The staff at the restaurant, the staff from housekeeping (Ahmed), the staff at the pool (Mohamed and the sports' ladies from Villains entertainment) and bar (Bassem and Mina) are really awesome people that make your stay so good! The buffet was awesome at every point of the day.

The amount of information you receive is not always enough or accurate. However, the staff does a great job at explaining when needed. The reception staff tries their best, but they are not very nice and are not very responsive to requests. At checkout, please keep in mind that you need to wait for housekeeping to clear the room, which in our case meant around 15 minutes of stressful time with a taxi waiting outside until the reception 'cleared us'.

Our stay was absolutely exceptional. The hotel exceeded our expectations with its outstanding comfort, spotless cleanliness, and the consistently high standard of service provided by the well-trained staff. A heartfelt thank you goes to Mr. Hamada from Housekeeping Management for his meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining such high standards, Mr. Abanoub at the Reception for his warm hospitality and efficiency, and the entire Guest Relations team for their genuinely welcoming attitude. Special thanks as well to Mina from Security for his courteous assistance and reassuring presence throughout our stay. The Aqua Park area was another highlight—fun, well-maintained, and perfectly managed. Big thanks to the staff there for keeping the energy high and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. This wasn’t our first visit—and it certainly won’t be our last. We’re already looking forward to returning for another memorable and relaxing stay.

The hotel was amazing, reception stuff were nice people and also the guest relations. Big thanks to Mustafa, George and Mina from the Main Dinning room during breakfast, lunch and dinner they always made sure we are happy and if we needed anything. Bar guys were amazing in the pool spoiled us so good ! Special thanks for the General Manager he also checked up on us daily. Gina She was nice on the phone but I was surprised she didn’t say hi when we arrived :/ Overall we were happy and definitely we’ll be back.

A lot of mosquitoes, the food was okay not the best food but it was fine. The housekeeping staff didn’t do a very good job sadly we asked many times to make the room and after like 4 hours of waiting it was done and not so clean especially the bathroom and bed sheets they were only folding the bed not changing the sheets!! And Mirror was dirty.

Everything was clean and constantly being maintained. We got an upgrade and had 2 lovely spacious rooms and twin bathrooms. Which was a god send with two teenagers an 8 year old and my husband. Everything was provided by the hotel we didn’t need to bring any essentials with us. Madonna in guest relations looked after us all the time and everything we wanted was done properly. staff was on hand when we needed them. The entertainment was great and everyone was very welcoming. The hotel felt safe even at night. There were so many restaurants if one was busy we’d go to another. We had activities, meals and entertainment all included in our stay. I’d definitely come back here again.

A lot of Walking but it’s such a big hotel so can’t be avoided. Breakfast finishing early.
