First, I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Ehab for doing his best to fulfill our requests upon our arrival and for resolving everything we needed so quickly. Room: We were upgraded to a recently renovated 2 bedroom suite, which was much more spacious, and with v good working lfacilities. Hotel facilities: Overall, the resort and hotel services have improved compared to our last visit. Well done!" Food: Most of the concerns we had during our last stay have been resolved, except for the appetizers, which still seem more catered to Russian tastes — but it was no big deal. The main highlights in terms of variety and taste were the fruits, desserts, yogurt, chicken, and meat Restaurant: The hotel was quite full during our stay, but the restaurant staff — including the waiters and those responsible for clearing plates, resetting tables, and adding cutlery — did their best to accommodate the large number of guests. Longer walks: This resort is perfect if you enjoy taking longer walks. They also offer a shuttle bus service if needed.

One concern regarding the restaurant management when the hotel is full: instead of letting guests search for empty tables and take cutlery and chairs from other tables, it would be better to implement a waiting list system. Guests could wait by the pool, and once a table becomes available, the restaurant staff could call the next room number on the list. This would help prevent cutlery from disappearing from dining tables and avoid unnecessary conflicts between guests.

Outdoor environment,5- 7 minutes walk to the nice beach from the restaurant Food was ok,with few dishes that were changing daily Pros&cons: Our apartment was 900m far from the restaurant, a shuttle was provided on call, but after a few days we found a path pretty quick and it was ok for us to walk and not take the shuttle. Being far from the restaurant &reception, it was close to aqua park

A General Cleaning should be done, like dirty walls, windows, furniture, AC was not working very well and the fans were pretty dusty. Apartments are not of 5 stars hotel in terms of cleaning and broken things. . Difficult to find a table at the restaurant if you come after about 30 minutes start time. Difficult to find a chair at the beach if you in arrive at 10 for example, but the guy there solved it and found at least one. The toboggans at the aqua park only few were running, I can understand as they were not many people Cakes are too sweet for me Not much activities to do with the kids No shows

Suite and location: The suite was spacious, and clean, with good facilities. It has a good view and was also very peaceful and quiet for those who don't enjoy the loud music. Beach: The beach was super amazing. Enjoyable walks to and from the restaurant/ beach/ Cleo park to the suite, yet it can be a bit exhausting. Restaurant: Good deserts, fruits and yoghurt selection at the restaurant when compared to other hotels. Shuttle bus: The shuttle bus was always available within 5 mins once you need it.

Restaurant: Overall the food is ok, however It was always the same, I can understand it for the breakfast buffet, but it was a bit too much when this was the case for dinner (85% the same) The potatoes were always undercooked. The cold appetizers tasted very strange and were the same everyday. Needs to improve their soup taste and texture. Good deserts, fruits and yoghurt selection at the restaurant when compared to other hotels. Towels: The beach towels were quite worn out, it seemed they had some towel shortage, cuz even the bath towels came in very late and only 2 sets came. Maintenance: The pool In front of the suite was undergoing maintenance, which is fine since you have other pools working, but it would have been better to be informed before arrival.

The place is amazing the pools the facilities and the vibes were amazing. We loved the place and after this experience. I will become a permanent client. What We loved the most is the animation team who made our stay fun and full of energy. Mahoud catello and Bibo are amazing. Though i would love to sea the foam party everyday as some of us missed it. The pools are clean water is crystal clear. The food at the resturant is amazing lots of stuff and above all its all very tasty. All the staff are very nice and welcoming the reception guys are very nice and polite. I highly recommend. The location is very close to Neema Bay and the downtown.

The place is very big so for some of us it was a pit hard to go to the rooms. Sometimes the water was cold and in general weak.

I think that i am in love with this place. The landscape is amazing. The food is the best i ever had in Sharm Sheikh. The pools are very big and have clean water. The staff are amazing especially the reservation guy Mohamed Moabed he was very helpful and welcoming. One of the best things in this place is the Animation team who made our stay full of fun and energy Castello Pipo Mahmoud and many others were amazing filled our time with fun and love. The night show is also nice though it needs some improvements. In short we had the best vacation in Sharm compared to past experiences. I think that i became a regular client. 😃

I think that there should be more golf cars around in order to improve the transportation.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff at the Tropical Pool and Bar were the best. Seif and Abdourahman. the children praised Cleo park very much. All the staff were lovely helpful and friendly. The beach was clean and beautiful. The restaurant was always full of food.

It's a pity that in the all-inclusive Cleo park you don't get food or drink, if you want to spend the whole day there, you have to be hungry and thirsty. If you improve this, your hotel will be number 1 👍

We enjoyed the great location and specially the very helpfull staff. I give the staff more ylthsn 5 stars. Specially our room keeping staff Ahmad who was very clean and responded well to any request. The view outside the room was fantastic.

There was no Wifi. The room was dusty in the beginning as if no one lived there for a while. The shower water had low pressure.

Exceptional stay, the value for money is really high (one of the best I've ever had) The resort share facilities with 2 other resorts, so you get access to plenty of stuff (swimming pools, animation...) The food was top-notch, very satisfying. The room is very comfortable, so is the bathroom. I'd definitely come here again.

Absolutely nothing! There is a 7min walk from the rooms to reception but that was no big deal, plus you have free on-demand shuttle buses that can take you there if you're super lazy to walk =D

Only two big slides worked in aqua park, the park was empty, no people, no bar. We expected more, especially kid's slides to work. Please write in description about aqua park. May be it was not season but people should know more about it.

Location, food, rooms, activities, beach. Aqua park is small but nice.

Evening program: speakers were not good quality but dj made it very loud (according to my watches more than 90 decibels). My ears were suffering. Also, they don’t provide karaoke and much dancing chill music.
