The room was very comfortable and clean. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and lovely (especially when we locked ourselves out of our room). The mini fridge was awesome, we were able to freeze our ice packs in the freezer as it was a proper freezer!

The property is on a main road so there is a bit of traffic noise, we also couldn’t find the switch to the extractor fan in the bathroom, but other than that, there really wasn’t anything else we didn’t like.

The friendly reception stayed til almost 9pm to help us late check in as coming from Movieworld WhiteXmas, and extended 1hr late check out as my boys wanna spend time at their swimming pool which they didn't get a chance until last day. Room was exceptionally clean and tidy, beds were comfy so as the firm pillows we requested. Though the building and facilities were a bit old, but overall in good condition. Will certainly come back again😊

We were happy in overall, except the microwave in our room is completely not working and the DVD player has an old disc stuck in there we couldn't get it out and play the movie we borrowed from the reception.

Convenient location and staff were friendly, rooms were adequate for an overnight stay. Pool was refreshing for an afternoon swim.

2 little cockroaches came out of the fridge in the room when we put the complimentry milk in and the 2nd bedroom in room 8 needed to be aired out before we arrived as it was a little smelly. Also no wardrobe/clothes hanger in room 2 to hang up clothes.

Upon entry, although the rooms seem a bit 'dated' don't be fooled. They are exceptionally clean, with a nice balcony and comfortable beds. There is not shortage of blankets or pillows, and the rooms have aircon and fans. The hotel is only a short drive to Surfers, and within easy walking/driving distance of many food establishments.

No moisturiser bottles in the bathroom (we forgot ours!). Everything else was exceptional - and this is just a small thing, and probably isn't the responsibility of the hotel. All other items were readily provided.

The owners are genuinely lovely 😍. The room was nice. Happy had balcony to sit to take in sun rays. Was close to walk on Broadwater and to restaurants, cafe. The bed was so comfortable and sheets/pillowcases were very clean. Overall I had a beautiful 😍 me time for few nights. Thank you Vetta and Danielle.

The staff were absolutely lovely. The pool was superb and the beds were clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning was perfect and the hotel is located in an awesome location. Free parking was a plus too. There's also a great bunch of restaurants/cafes within walking distance.

It's not the motel's fault but we had very sweary neighbours who didn't sleep and yelled a lot. There was also some traffic noise. Otherwise, everything was great.

the smoker next door that coughed all night and the smoke that came into our room as he smoked on and off all day. signs say that you can smoke outside but just close your bedroom window, what about your bedroom door as the smoker smokes in the doorway, and what about every body else that has to smell the smoke from next door. this would b considerate to non smokers.

I stayed at this motel for one night while attending a party in Gold Coast. The location was convenient, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. It’s a decent option if you just need a quick place to stay for a night. Nothing fancy, but it served its purpose.

The shower head needs replacing but we told staff at the end of our stay and I am sure it will be fixed.

Room was clean, staff were lovely, and that was from the office staff when we arrived to the cleaners and the manager in the morning. Room was well supplied Bed was lovely and soft. Loved having the front verandah and a back verandah and having both the doors open and got a beautiful breeze through the whole room

Only one power point by the bed, so I unplugged the extension cord that had the other bedside lamp plugged in. Was asked on arrival if we were going out, as the reception was just checking so there would be a space and said there were 3 rooms without a car (that didn't bother me at all, I actually really found this lovely) so than we got back that night there was only 1 park. There was a bin in the park, which we moved. The next morning I spoke to the owner or manager and just explained we needed to move the bin to park there, as I wasn't parking on the street or down a dark lane way especially with a 4 yr old with us, he was lovely and said they put it there so than there is always 1 park for the paying customers and he didn't have an issue with it.
