Clean and nicely decorated room, microwave and fridge, & Keurig machine in room. Full breakfast with lots of options that they didn't cut off right at the time it "ended." Staff had no problem letting people finish up and you didn't feel rushed. Staff was nice and helpful overall. You can park a lot closer to your room based on the door you were nearer to. Comfortable beds, good closet space, good Wifi and plenty of TV channels. Good location.

Shower water was more "warm" than "hot" despite turning knob all the way. Room was a bit tight with 2 beds, desk, closet and cabinet for TV/fridge area. 2 people couldn't move across or stand at the same time. i.e., beds were very close to desk. No elevator (that I saw, I believe it's all 1 floor) or luggage carts near entrance doors to your room area, so if you're all the way down the hall, you're hauling your stuff. Thankfully, ours was right by the door and the ramp, otherwise carrying our big cooler would've been very annoying.

the building and room were as photographed. the beds were quite comfortable. the bathroom and shower were very nice--one spot of leftover toothpaste from the previous traveler--and the soaps, etc were great. the carpet in the room was a bit musty--noticed while doing calisthenics--and the corridor often had a foul smell, I think related to other guests. the two staffers we met were very nice and very helpful. the breakfast was good, mostly paper products instead of plastic

Morris and the Manager greeted us with kindness and check in was very easy. Close to downtown but not right smack in the middle of the crowds. Reasonable price for a no frills stay. The Staff is friendly, efficient and hard working. We felt comfortable and safe. Breakfast was light but fresh and hot. Rooms were clean and towels exchanged with ease.

Constant aroma of marijuana in the hall. One room we rented smelled of cigarette smoke.

The staff was exceptional. I found EVERYONE to be very friendly and accommodating. The breafast was on time and I really liked the clever and easy to use pancake maker.

I did not care for the size of the room. My adult grandson and I shared the room. Perhaps if the beds were full rather than Queen size it would not feel so cramped. Also the bathroom was quite small for two people. We stayed 10 days and only asked for service twice, especially for towels. If you would provide more hanging space so they will have a chance to dry, it would be helpful. I thought prices for the snacks was a bit high too.

Every single employee whether they spoke English or not was friendly! Every question that was asked was answered with a positive resolution. We had trouble with connecting to the internet and we were kept up to date with the progress. He contacted IT and ever though it didn't get fixed he never stopped trying.

Would be helpful to have an area to take dog out. However, there are grassy areas.

The night manager Elder was exceptional I had to call the main office a few times before we had gotten settled and his attitude was cheerful and accomidating no matter what the issue

We had no where to request a handicap room as a result we had a short flight of srairs to climb to get to our room

Breakfast was great, and there was always plenty of food at the breakfast buffet.

The room smelled a little musty, like wet rugs or moisture issues. It would have been nice to have an air freshener added to the rooms if this is a constant thing, but I've never stayed there before.

Location. Clean, updated.well maintained room. Breakfast was good and replenished. Tables never wiped clean, however.

Staff never asked for ID at check-in. I explained why that was important, but .mgr thought it was unimportant. Desk agent Invalidated my key-card after first night. They never looked at reservation to know we booked two nights.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. We especially enjoyed sitting around the fire pit. The hotel is conveniently located just across the street from Maine Beer Co. and there is a lighted pedestrian crosswalk to cross the somewhat busy road on which the hotel is situated.

Breakfast this time was not quite up to previous standard, here were no yoghurts,little fruit and no beverage cups - disappointing compared to previous. Tv also did not work properly,staff attempted to fix but system was locked onto just one channel.
