Everything was really great. Don't be fooled by bad reviews, i really don't really understand what certain people expect. We had room with sea and pool view. It was cleaned every day. The furniture is maybe old, but it really doesn't matter because the room is very clean. A lot of choices of food for breakfast and dinner. You pay drink for the dinner, if you want to drink something, but it isn't expensive. Guys from the reception and in the dinner room are fantastic.

There is nothing to dislike really

The breakfast and the dinner were absolutely perfect: very good food, a lot of types of food to choose from(salad, fish, meat, desserts, ice cream, etc), every night the dinner was different. The hotel is very clean, towels are changed every day, the staff is nice. The cocktails at the bar are very good. I would totally recommend this place- very good quality-price ratio.

Unfortunately, there are no parking spots and the streets are crowded near the hotel. Sometimes, the elevators are too busy because there are only 2 elevators.

Accomodation was realy good, together with personal on reception and cleaners. Complain about the hairdryer (you don’t have it in the room) they have that on reception and for that you have to pay 20€ deposit , which you get back after item retun.

Breakfast and dinner was 4/5 , complain about the soft drinks, for breakfast you have 4 types of juices includeed,for dinner nothing,even not the glass of watter … they charge 2.40 € for small bottle of 0,5L. Not fair at all.

I honestly liked everything about the hotel, the location was great, and the overall atmosphere was really pleasant. One of the highlights of my stay was the receptionist Azahara, she was incredibly helpful, cheerful, and always happy to chat. She gave great recommendations, explained everything clearly, and made us feel really welcome. Her friendly attitude truly made a difference. The rest of the staff were also lovely and professional throughout our stay.

The air conditioning wasn’t working as well as expected, even after having it on for hours, the room didn’t get cool enough, which was tough in the hot weather. Also, while the beds were comfortable, the room decor felt quite outdated. Another thing was the food - breakfast had a good variety included, but it became quite repetitive after a few days. The same goes for dinner; it would be nice to have a bit more variety or rotation in the menu, especially for guests staying longer.

Breakfast and dinner were varied and plentiful. The staff is polite and helpful. The restaurant manager not only allowed us to use the restaurant's beautiful garden for honeymoon photography (which is otherwise not open to guests), but also helped us take the photos. Thank you very much again!

I missed the fridge in the room.

Great hotel to stay in Palma! Friendly stuff and valie for money is great! Arenal has a beautiful public beach which is 5mins from the hotel, for everything else rent a car is a great choice. Free parking lot available a few streets away from the hotel. Very recommended!

Location was good, near the beach

The was no refrugerator, no hairdryer. Make sure to take one with you and make a reservation for a refrigerator.

Pool didn’t get sun until around 11.30am - wasn’t an issue for us as we went to the beach every morning but may be for others Baths could do with an actual shower screen rather than plastic sheet as the bathroom can easily get flooded Breakfast was okay but very basic - would be good to have more of a variety (pancakes/waffles/omelettes/other breakfast items) Rooms could do with a small fridge to keep water/drinks cold Not allowed to eat round the pool or at the bar, but there isn’t a table in the hotel rooms to eat at?

Hotel is well positioned in a relatively calm neighbourhood surrounded with supermarkets, pharmacies, rental car agencies, also close to the beach. The staff is super nice, ready to help anytime! Rooms are very clean. They are changing towels on daily basis. The food was also very good and there was a variety of dishes provided which were substantial, too.

They might think of installing the fridges in the rooms. The room insulation is also not the best but who doesn’t plan to spend too much time in the room will not be bothered. And also the car parking would somehow be appreciated. :)

Breakfast was very good, lot of options, it varied a bit everyday, room was small but clean, pool was clean and service was very nice, stuff as well. Dinner had lot of options, fresh fruit for breakfast and dinner. 5 min from beach. Hotel was clean, spacious, with nice lobby.

The room didn’t have small refrigerator (standard in other hotels), bathroom didn’t have ventilation, which made whole room humid. Other guests (from germany) were very loud, drunk, behaved like pigs. I don’t recommend this location for families with children. It was disturbing. For dinner would be nice if we get 1 glass of water for free.
