I had the best sleep in months. The room and bed are so comfortable. Breakfast is delish. The sausage and bacon are my fave! Juicy and tender. Also, I got an early check-in and late checkout :D Worth mentioning that they provided me with my request here on booking.com, I asked for slippers and robe and it was there. They do listen to their customers, unlike in other hotels I've been to. This is the kind of service I will keep coming back to. Plus, you get to be assisted by handsome and attractive receptionists. WOW! HAHAHA Keep it up, guys. You're amazing!

To be honest, I should have stayed more in this hotel but the location in the center is better for tourists. Kutaisi Inn can be a bit of a long walk and my legs are tired in this cold weather hehe.

I recently stayed at Kutaisi Inn during a work trip, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and provides all the basic amenities one might need for a short stay. While it doesn't offer anything particularly exceptional, it does its job well and is perfect for those traveling for work or looking for a quiet place to rest. The rooms were adequately furnished, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. The staff was polite and accommodating, making check-in and check-out hassle-free. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to the city center and nearby attractions.

While functional, the dining options could use some enhancement. A more varied menu or higher-quality offerings would elevate the experience. The rooms, though comfortable, felt a bit plain. Adding some decorative touches or modern elements could make the space feel more welcoming and less utilitarian. The hotel could provide better local guides or recommendations for dining and activities in Kutaisi, making it easier for guests to explore the area.

Hotel is kind a European style, cosy. Rooms are mid size, but suficient enough. Staff upgraded our room to tripple for free so that kids could comfortably fit into one room. As we have big family (4 kids) that was beneficial.

1. Our room was a bit dirty, something fixed with hot glue, bathroom was dirty (not a lot, but You could see stains on the floor quite clearly. 2. Safe was locked and not working. 3. As we were traveling with a baby, we requested cot. At the reception they promissed it, but never arrived to our room.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Parking was available almost all the time, which was very convenient. The staff was friendly, and the service was excellent. The price matched the quality of the stay, making it a good value. One suggestion for improvement would be to modernize the rooms a bit and upgrade the bathrooms with higher-quality materials and fixtures. Other than that, everything was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Everything was great! Stayed for 7 days and we liked it, staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good, rooms were cleaned every day. Overall, it was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Cleaning staff didn't had a standard time to clean the room, once it was at 18:00pm the other day it was at 12:00, would prefer if I could know the standard time of the room Cleaning so we could plan not being in the room.

The property is clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible, with friendly staff and plenty of amenities. While the building appears slightly dated, it is impressively well-kept. We opted for a half-board package and were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional dinner, which deserves a 5-star rating. Overall, the stay was an excellent value for money and truly worth every penny.

The staff were beyond incredible. Any questions or issues were responded to instantly. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and care, from reception to housekeeping they are amazing. Room service is a welcome addition. Food was good with a nice breakfast. A desk in the room is very useful and a comfortable chair. Smart TV for connection to Netflix and YouTube from my phone

Safe was small, not big enough for large devices like in other hotels.

Room was clean. Good location, you will need to walk 20-30 minutes to get into city center or take a bolt taxi.

Shower leaked into living room. The breakfast selection was pretty poor, however the scrambled eggs were perfect. Only 1 type of coffee, no choice. Haven't found safe instruction in the room and accidentally locked my documents, luckily reception solved the problem pretty fast. Our room electronic keys stopped working each evening and we had to get to reception to re-enable them. Somebody's dirty food plate stood near stuff elevator for more than 12h (from evening till mid-day).

There is a lack of privacy; sounds from other rooms can be easily heard, especially if you are in front of the elevator. You can hear all rooms through the walls in the corridor. The breakfast ends at 11, and I go down at 10. I found that there was almost nothing left, and the hot drinks were very cold.
