The room was a pretty decent size, king bed as advertised, everything was clean. The location was near plenty of places to eat. Easy to get in and out of the location. The breakfast buffet was probably above average for a Hampton Inn

The toilet had poor water pressure. Maintenance quickly came when requested to remove a clog that was there when we checked into the room and then no actual problems. But it still flushed very slowly. The mattress was a little too soft, made a rickety sound when getting on or off. I think the hotel has had some recent upgrades, but these appear to be a work in progress.

The staff there is exceptional, housekeeping and the front desk. You couldn't ask for better. The breakfast is perfect! I love a hot buffet. The bedding there is exceptional, very comfortable, not heavy, wonderful pillows. Our main complaint was actually the toilets. Yes, we are in our 70’s and like a higher toilet, but these are ridiculously outdated! Your knees practically hit your chin! Yes, I am exaggerating a bit but come on, this is 2025. Get comfort height toilets into those bathrooms.

The two front desk people were amazing!! One was the manager male and the other was the front desk manager female !! Your staff definitely follows these managers leads! Their leadership shows!! Excellent!!!

Couple of things and not Management's fault .. Owners or Hilton .. Little out dated.. I only stay at Hampton Inn..and have seen and stayed in much nicer facilities..

The breakfast was fair. What was there was good but limited. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall, it was good, but I believe the price was rather high for the value offered.

Hallways seems a bit 'shabby.' Breakfast could have had more choices, and seating was somewhat limited.

The staff was friendly, kind, and felt like family. I stayed at a more expensive place 2 mos ago, and have no complaints, but this place just feels like home . If I go to Albany again, I’ll def. choose here. The room was clean, and the mini fridge didn’t freeze everything, it worked properly. If I needed ANYTHING, they responded quickly.

Honestly, can’t think of anything.

Nice location & great airport shuttle service.

The day before I asked if there would be a bagged breakfast to take with us because we had 4am airport shuttle ride scheduled and the front desk said yes. However, it was not ready by the time we needed to get on the shuttle.

I've stayed at this hotel several times. The location is great - easy to get anywhere in the capital area and near to restaurants, shopping and the airport. The staff are very nice and I like getting breakfast and a cup of tea before i head out in the morning.

The hotel is a little hard to find if it's your first time there.

Literally everything was great. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, reasonable price, very good breakfast, clean, convenient. The microwave and fridge were perfect great to have.

I prefer firmer pillows but there was nothing wrong with the pillows. Just my preference. There were several pillows on the bed, maybe if they were of varying firmnesses I would have found one I prefer.

Good location, breakfast was good

One room in our group of 2 had a cockroach and a stink bug in the room. Manager did move the couple to a different room but we got there after midnight and needed to move rooms which had us up longer.

Check in and out were smooth and quick. The room overall was very nice except for the items mentioned below. The entrance was inviting and we did not need to negotiate any stairs with our luggage.

The refrigerator was not very cold so we did not put left over food in it. The room coffee was not very good. And there was a rustiness in bottom of toilet.
