It's a beautiful hotel, exceptionally clean, parking is convenient, there is a parking garage as well. Location is great, not in the town exactly, far from the noise, but close enough to reach wherever you like. The rooms are large, yhere was a bedroom with a large closet, a living room with a kitchen section, a large bathroom and a cute balcony in our room. So far this was the largest hotel room I've ever stayed at. Stuff is very friendly, everyone smiles and greets. Spa is great, although the prices weren't different from San Diego prices, but the service was great. The restaurant is a perfection- service, food, atmosphere, view, everything was perfect, so good that we dined there the whole stay, didn't even go anywhere else. I highly recommend to stay in this hotel.

Loved our room! It was on the first floor and was easy access to the pool, gym, restaurant, etc. The downside was there was no way to lock the sliding door, made me feel a little worried when we would exit through it to head to the pool. The room I booked said it was for 4 people but only had 1 bed and a couch in the living room area. The couch was not a pull out, so we had to sleep on it and was quite tight and uncomfortable. Overall, the room was good, could use some remodeling to a more modern style but was clean and nice. The pools were great! Huge hot tub! Loved the bar, got to enjoy drinks by the pool. The gym was nice! Restaurant seemed really fancy too, did not eat there but would’ve loved to if we had the time. The parking structure along with security made us feel really safe and that our car was also. Overall, would definitely stay here again!

No extra bed, unable to lock sliding door if wanted to exit through it

the deluxe suite is great , spacious , with a kitchen with microwave and refrigerator and coffee machine. the view in the room toward the marina . bed is ok not amazing but ok . pillows are far too big and hard. you need to put as well soft pillows as you are a 4 stars .

THE PRICE FOR A NIGHT! we booked again after previously booking for 3 nights and wanted to stay for 3 more nights but only 1 night this time for price was exaggerated high! we went to San Diego instead so my suggestion is also you are a 4 stars hotel you should stand on average prices of good hotels in the USA and not be so expensive ! we booked a cheaper room in the Grand Manchester hotel in San Diego that was cheaper also this is a very very hight standard hotel !

Full kitchen, large room, second toilet. Soaking tub,comfy bed.Excellent wine bar in lobby! Good food, pleasant staff. Miguel at the wine bar stood out an a knowledgable representative for the wine bar.

Great location if you needed to be at the Marina. Real friendly staff, great breakfast especially on a Sunday. My room had a perfect view and the room was spacious and comfortable. Extra special thanks to Leslie on reception with all her help with my payment problems. Great hotel and easy pick up arranged by Hotel From Tijuana airport.

Only complaint is the bar does not have any price list for cocktails, wine or drinks so you never know what you are been charged? Otherwise everything esle was perfect

Jr. Suite was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was delicious 😋. Service was wonderful! Around the clock 🕒 security was very appreciated and felt super safe at all times. Marina views were spectacular. Indoor heated pool and hot tubs were wonderful. Free Parking.

Staff is great and very helpful. I was there during a busy weekend and still they gave me the attention I needed. Pool areas were clean and safe.

Definitely looks and feels old, I stayed at a junior suit and I was very disappointed of how old it looks. I'm not talking about decoration and furniture only, the floors, the lights and the walks where kind of depressing. Super small TVs and no even smart TVs. The food can be better, yes they have a lot of options but half of the things I tried were no good. Some other were very good but my overall impression is that the food can be better.

Nice property, great view of the Marina and very good brunch and if you just want to spend the day there to relax without having to drive into the city this is the place "-)
