I loved the quiet of this caravan park. It made it easy for me to work. The air conditioner is a split system that actually works rather than a noisy and ineffective cooler. I loved having a fridge/freezer that I could store frozen meals in and freeze my ice blocks to keep my lunches cool.

At the time of booking I opted to pay at check-in but they processed my payment the morning after I booked. I book my work trips in advance and if everyone did this to me they would wipe out my bank account. When I select to pay close to the check in date I do not anticipate the money to be taken from me in advance and it ruins my budget. I emailed regarding this and it went unanswered. Wifi range was good but internet quality itself was awful, I had to tether my phone. The caravan park was quiet enough that it should have been a reliable connection. Pool was dirty on the Friday afternoon (December), clean the following day. Shower pressure wasn’t great but this is normal for cabins in my experience.

Ease of check in and check out. The cabin and grounds were perfect for our use.

This fault was ours not the parks. We didn't have hot water in the cabin but I didn't want to disturb the management as we were easily able to use the shared facilities instead, which were great. This would only have been a change of gas bottle to the hot water system so not a big deal at all. We just left a note for management on check out.

Cabin was a bit run down which is ok when you’re staying with a pet.

Lack of co-ordination between accommodation and booking dot com re: which cabins are for pets. Got charged for non pet cabin, was transferred to cheaper pet cabin and was told to get refund of difference from booking dot com who ignored my request for partial refund.

This property is away from the business of the city centre, and offers a quaint environment to come back to after a busy day. The park is almost like a seperate town with how it is set up, with many areas to enjoy such as the pool and playground area. We already can’t wait to come back.

The only issue we had was our pillows were very flat and hurt our necks, but we will happily bring our own spare pillows next time.

Location is fantastic easy access on and off Freeway. Lovely grounds. Pet Friendly off leash area as well. Comfortable bed and warm the Cabin had everything we needed.

Functional cabin with everything you could need for a short stay. Nice location in a woodland area. Comfy beds and wonderful shower. Aircon was very efficient in cooling the cabin.

Crockery was not very clean.

I liked that the cabin was spacious and clean and reasonably quiet. It was well equipped

Just that it was a bit hot when I returned later in the afternoon but I managed to cool it down

Cabin and location was very good and the management worked with us to ensure we could park our car and dog trailer easily. Heater warmed up the cabin quickly and lovely hot showers.

Because of the rain and heavy covering of leaves on the ground the area was slippery. Would be very hard to prevent. But the steps up to the cabin veranda/entrance were very slipper and my husband had a bit of a fall. Needs none slip strips on both steps in this weather.

Location

Not management issue , cabin next door left bathroom light on all night so the light reflected directly into our cabin. Perhaps a small screen or awning could be erected for better sleep. Overall quite pleased with the accommodation and will stay again as we have family in the area.

It was very clean and the location was great. Great option for staying overnight. We were driving from Sydney to Melbourne~good location to stop and rest.

Main bedroom was little bit too small.
