I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

The hotel room was clean, but the bathroom needed some essentials, such as a toothbrush and other supplies.

At the check in point , we are about 3 persons waiting to be checked in , I am the only African among them the other two persons are from other nationalities. I was watching how the receptionist checked them in without holding back their emirate ID , but when it gets to my turn she held back to my ID and said she will keep my ID with her for security reasons I was like hello ma’am , why didn’t you hold back the ID of others ? Why mine ? She said for security reasons again 😁. I think the receptionist is discriminating she treated others with so much respect but treated me like I was gonna stay in d hotel for free. I am not happy with this experience.

The rooms are well sized and clean. The staff are very professional, from the front desk, to the restaurant, and the cafe, all have been so welcoming and friendly. The hotel is located near to all amenities for a business trip and it is recommended as a location for Ajman and Sharjah business persons.

The ice creams are a bit expensive. lol

I would like to thank you mr.balu for the giving me silent and comfortable room.Also i went for argent matter and he accepted early checking without any extra chargers.Also appreciate all staff for the best services.

The hotel room looks great 👍 and this was my fourth visit .I'm very impressed with the check in service who acknowledge come back and provide a more spacious room and also thanks to the house keeping lady for her additional towel which was really helpful .
