All my requests were addressed. Both ladies in the morning and night shift were very helpful in getting me a ride from the grocery to the motel, and from the motel to the airport as early as 5:30am sharp.

The bathroom was obviously been sanitized, but there was still a lingering or hint of smell by the door. The bathroom window should have blinds or any cover for added privacy, as the window is low enough to be accessed/peeped into. There was still smell on the pillows. A small top by the mirror would also make it easier to put temporarily cleaning/hygiene essentials like toothbrush, comb, mouthawsh and make up items for female customers like me.

Staff were friendly & helpful. We reached the motel around 2 pm but our check-in time was 3 pm. When inquired if the room was ready the lady in the reception said yes and asked us to go to our room saving us from waiting in the car in the oppressive heat.

Very tidy room with good facilities. Shower had good pressure. Receptionist was very helpful on arrival and departure

It is quite far from the centre of Montreal, but the buses and metro run frequently

Great location near to resturants and shops, economic, clean and tidy room, staff is great and cooperative! I recommend my friends to experience this hotel in Montreal.

Very easy check in. Bathroom was beautiful. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Location was great. They had nice clean towels waiting for us after a day out which was unexpected but appreciated. Room has both a microwave and fridge as well as a small seating area, desk, and set of drawers.

Cheap toilet paper. The parking lot was very bumpy but not dissimilar to the rest of the roads in Montreal. The hallway smelled odd, like paint or chemicals. There was no guide to the cable channels. All very minor complaints.

The staff was very friendly and are very accommodating. The beds were very nice !

The area at night seems a little , not so good, however in the daytime you can see that it's near a tim hortons and other bigs stores

Kinda sketchy looking from the outside. And rundown. Other then sealing vent, room was fairly clean.

Best bathroom so far. comfy bed. tidy furnishing. Functional and clean kitchenette. Tim Hortons and supermarkets nearby. Bus stop to metro within 100 m

Looks run down outside and there are some rough types in carpark nearby

Very friendly staff, water pressure is amazing, renewed bathroom and floor. Much better than expected

Staff is great and very helpful knowing we have a newborn baby, great customer service.
