The entire hotel is designed for relaxation. Comfortable enough. Breakfast is modest but sufficient

Everything is fine with the hotel, except for the location right next to a busy road. There is quite a lot of noise around all day and night. The hotel restaurant Meat Eat is some kind of misunderstanding. It has good ratings, but I don't know why. The only good things there are the surroundings and the view from the balcony. The service in the restaurant is tragic, the food is strangely prepared and tasteless. Even from a few tables around, people returned their food or were dissatisfied with it. I definitely do not recommend the restaurant for dinner.

It all starts at the reception desk and young gentlemen behind the desk was fast and professional … 10 points to the receptionist. Hotel has several free parking places and 1 floor quests can park their car in front of the room. Building itself is nice and modern, rooms are quiet and there is exeptional wifi coverage. Rooms are heated and air conditioned and system works almost silently. Beds are huge and comfy, with variety of pillows. Downstairs you will find lovely spa facility which by surprise was also included in room price. This hotel also has restaurant in house. I am picky about hotels, but this plase was such a pleasant surprise for me.

The hotel is really nice, clean and modern. I enjoyed our room a lot, even if we didn’t spend a lot of time in it. Staff were nice.

Breakfast is very limited and some veggies would have been nice. The location is very difficult to get to if you don’t have a car (which we didn’t). Limited taxis, buses come but not that often. Not appropriate to walk the roads around either, it can be a bit tricky. On Sundays transport is even more limited than usually.

The location was excellent, and the hotel is highly recommended for relaxation thanks to its indoor and outdoor pools and wellness spa. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Since the hotel is located near a zoo, the rooms facing the parking area were quite noisy, and the sounds of animals and birds woke us up as early as 7 AM. Additionally, the room lacked a kettle, so we had to get coffee and tea from the bar.

As a queer couple we felt respected and welcomed. EV charging worked without problems. The spa has everything you'd expect from a hotel spa and is nice and clean. The other visitors were respectful and adhering to hygiene standards (which isn't always the case so I feel it should be pointed out). Overall, a relaxing stay. Perfect for a stop on the way further south/north, depending on where you're coming from.

The walls are a little thin, which didn't bother us as the rest of the hotel was mostly empty and all other guests respected nighttimes but might pose more of a problem for light sleepers during peak season.

There was an event with loud music which we were informed earlier the day before our check in but it was promised to be over at 23:30 pm. Unfortunately it lasted until 00:20 which was painful. I had a long drive to arrive at the hotel with our 10 months old daughter and I couldn’t sleep. I was considering to cancel after hearing about the event but I said we can survive until 23:30. It shows there is an unreliable management and they didn’t even do any favor in return. Anyway other than that everything was great.

Excellent service and very kind personnel overall. Very nice spa with both sauna and turkish bath, with a nice indoor pool. There was an outside pool as well but it was out of season so could not be used. The breakfast was of high quality. Parking is for free and behind the room so you could enter from the terrace as well.

The card system for the bathrobes is a bit complicated but staff made it easier for us :)

The spa is really good with lots of activities, two pools, several saunas, all equipment included. The restaurant was good as well. The room was decent size. Very pet friendly, including a special area for the dogs.

The rooms require more soundproof. The hotel is located at a crossroad between two main roads with a lot of traffic, which means a lot of noise in the night from the cars passing by. The area around is not good for walking.

We loved the spa area and the indoor pool was quite nice. Comfortable room with a pretty balcony view of the lake. We had a car so the distance from town didn't matter.

Outdoor pool closed at 7pm (sunset in July was 9:15) and they make sure you know the chairs next to the pool must be paid for. Thus, the pool was almost always empty since it was either closed or people sat on the free loungers farther away. Why have a pool if you don't want people to use it? The indoor pool at the spa was open until 11pm on Saturday night so we used that instead. Some vegetarian options onsite would have been nice, as some of us don't like to "eat flesh" as the menu says at the Meat Eat restaurant ;-)

The hotel offers a fantastic blend of nature, comfort, attentiveness from personnel, and wellness. This establishment is ideal for those seeking a relaxing escape with the added benefits of a spa and a restaurant. Its located very close to the city center of Varese, as well as other dining places and natural attractions.

In our opinion the main space for improvement is in the spa area - the swimming pool felt full of chemicals, and after a delightful sauna area it was a little disappointing.
