The room spelt like Bleach, and after airing room out for a few hours it went, I understand you use it for cleaning but please don't put the air con while your cleaning. The pillow case was not cleaned it had (looked like) a blood spot on the case. Mold in the silicon work in the bathroom. And the shower head was clogged up (partner took it off an fixed it) was better now than before.

Welcoming reception staff with parking directly in front of room. Very clean spacious room with comfy king bed in separate room with large window overlooking park. Pleasantly surprised there was a microwave & toaster along with typical jug and bar fridge. Ask lovely Emma at front desk for crockery & cutlery if you're preparing food. Only mugs & tea spoons supplied in room along with tea/coffee/sugar/biscuits/milk and mini bar purchase items. Would happily stay here again :)

Road noise but that is the case with all the Rocky motels along the busy major A1

Motel exceeded expectations. The room was very clean which was a positive for me as I easily get allergies if there is a lot of dust. The bathroom was perfectly clean and it looked like all the amenities were well maintained. There was plenty of parking available on site. The motel is also across the road from a petrol station which makes it easy to get any small bits needed late at night. The bed was comfortable with the air con to the side which worked well and kept the room cool. There was plent of storage space and the wardrobes and cupboards were all very clean.

Nothing to dislike. Everything was in working order and very well maintained.

Loved the smart technology enabling us to access all our favourite tv apps. Loved the big tv, the big room, the big spa, the big comfy bed and the big fridge. Also enjoy the pool (we didn’t swim in this time but have enjoyed in the past).

Wish we could had a microwave and maybe basic cutlery and crockery. There is a slightly damp smell when you first enter the room, might just need some air freshener.

The unit was very clean and tidy. I was very impressed with the facilities. So many amazing bathroom supplies which was refreshing. Great wifi. And mini bar was so nice and reasonably priced. Not that I brought anything tho.

Just things that where out of the owners hands. People slamming doors and being a little loud. But this is not the owners fault at all.

The manager went out of her way to accommodate us when I rang with an urgent request to check in early as my mother was ill and she didn’t hesitate and also when I had to book an extra night.. very welcoming, and a pleasure to deal with.. would definitely make it my go to motel if we needed to stay in Rockhampton again..

The location is great and is really close to Aldi and a servo making it extremely convenient. The staff were lovely.

The pool was gross, but it wasn't so much to do with the establishment and more to do with the guests who used it just before us. They had left it an absolute mess. But I don't doubt that the staff would have cleaned it as soon as they noticed, as they are pretty on the ball.

Arrived on changeover of Management. On arrival not well received and very negative. Later connected new management and found them very helpful

Very poor understanding of internet and accessing cable TV. Did not get to watch cable TV to complicated.

The friendly staff. The cleaners are just amazing on how respectful and courteous.

The only downfall is the bar fridges, I have stayed there a few times and in all the rooms I have been in I really think they need updating. Everything else is just awesome.

Easy check in, close to Aldi & town

Traffic was very noisy; bit dated-blinds need replacing etc Laundry closed too early (6pm); we got back from sports carnival at 6.45pm & needed to clean uniforms to play sport in the next day. Found a laundromat about 1km away
