This is the best accommodation in Central Queensland. It's the finer details that sets it apart from others. This is a quality, well located, comfortable, clean, modern, spacious motel with a work desk! I asked to be accommodated downstairs, and they accommodated me. Most properties don't and couldn't give a damn why you are asking. I arrived late, the manager was there to greet me and make sure I got in ok. That was a lovely touch, albeit unusual. I have never been met for a late check-in before. The key drop for late check-in is great - put in your code, your key drops out! Room servicing was done with initiative and consideration. Great recommendations for food which was excellent and delivered straight to the room. Crispy clean sheets, comfortable bed and pillows, large fluffy towels. Nice biscuits, plenty of tea and coffee. Allowed a late check-out didn't ask for extra payment. There is everything to like about this property, I think the managers must have stayed in lots of accommodation themselves before and have taken the best and put it into this one. You can see that excellence is what they strive for here and have achieved.

Because of everything so great about this property it is always booked so if you get a chance to book here, do it! You will not be disappointed.

Located just off the highway, this cozy and comfortable place had everything I needed for a weekend stay. Despite how close to the highway it was, this is one of the few places I stayed that had no traffic sounds. The bed was comfortable and shower pressure great. The room had a microwave, bar fridge and tea making facilities. It was an easy ask at reception for cutlery and crockery. There was also a coin operated washer and dryer which came in handy.

I loved it and had no issues.

The Citywalk Motor Inn was easy to find and just across the road from where I was attending a function. It was also within walking distance of parks, speciality shops, cafes, the shopping mall and the river precinct. The room and price were fantastic, the bed very comfortable, free wifi was provided, the two staff I met were lovely and the office carried several necessary supplies which saved me having to find a grocery store.

At times the area was a bit noisy but that's true most places.

Everything was way better than we initially expected for the price. - Lovely staff - Clean tidy room (we were in #3) - Our room had a mini fridge, tv, kettle & a coffee pod machine. - Towels were large in size & bed was comfy. - Bartlett's Tavern a block away had great food for dinner & CocoBrew had really good coffee & breakfast!

The water pressure was a little low (but it wasn't an issue - you don't spend much time in there!).

A nice clean room, which appears to have been recently renovated, with a comfortable bed. The room is not large, but comparable with most motels. The bathroom was small, but very modern and clean and adequate for your needs. Crockery and cutlery are provided on request, a kettle and toaster are available and, a nice touch, a coffee maker is available.

The place was very quiet and clean with a super-comfortable bed. The shower had good hot water and water pressure. There was a double power point with slots for charging leads on each side of the bed. We would stay here again.

There was parking outside the rooms but it required a little bit of manoeuvring to park properly- only a minor point.

Reception staff was nice, check-in quick and easy. Area is quiet and short drive distance for most things you would need. Rate is very competitive for what you get.

No table, just a tiny bench area. Not ideal for someone travelling for business and need small table space for work purposes. Bathroom was a bit on the smaller side, but not the worse I've seen.

Good value for money for budget travelers who don't want to stay in a hostel dorm. Very accommodating for arrivals after office hours: they have a safe with a keycode so you can check in yourself (very helpful if you arrive by train which arrives in Rockhampton after midnight). On my check-out day I had another train in the evening. I could store my main luggage during the day and when I came back after a day of walking, there was a super friendly person at the reception who let me take a shower and gave me a lift to the train station!

It is not very centrally located.

Our room had been recently renovated and was very clean and tidy. In comparison to other motels the room was small, especially the toilet and shower area. Our room was suitable for an overnight stay as table space and storage are limited. The location was very good.

The motorbike repair shop out our back window had an early start.
