The coziest bed Super clean! Huge room. Quiet even though central location Great water pressure in the bathtub. The staff were very helpful and happy to search for playgrounds for our baby. They arranged the crib for the baby beforehand and even had baby soap and body lotion set up for him with the cutest bed sheets and small pillow. It was very nice to have ready as we arrived late at night.

The room design was a bit outdated and dark, could use more lights because the windows are facing other rooms in close proximity so you can't really leave the curtains open. The bath glass door wasn't blocking any of the water so the bathroom floor was wet and slippery after each shower. The wifi was terrible, very low signal

I liked the hotel. It's very classy and would get 5 stars back home, no doubt. Everything was superb. When I needed to extend my stay, the receptionist took care of it in less than 5 minutes. The restaurant is to a very good standard also and well worth a visit. Booking is a good idea at busy times and can be done by dialling 888. Breakfast is also good and location was the best part for me. Very near Republic Square and a big shopping mall there with an M and S.

The windows in my room were missing a casement stay, so I had to use spoons and the iron etc.... The quilt was too warm, so I just used the cover and the pillows were too chunky for me, so I used a cushion in a pillow case.

Location was great only a short 10min walk from the main square. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We got an upgraded room to a suite which was a nice surprise for my birthday as well as a free glass of bubbles in the restaurant next door.

We had breakfast for one day out of the three we stayed which was okay but not really worth the 17 Euro's charged when you can get a great bite to eat in the city. We got upgraded to a suite which was lovely but the it was the top floor which only had angled sky lights, so the view was of the building across from us and they could look in right above the bed, so the blinds had to be closed which limited the light into the room as the lighting provided was minimal.

The rooms size was quite good for 2 people staying the same room, the shower products was exceptional, the location was amazing easy to reach any place to easily.

There is no bidet sprayer in the washroom.

The hotel was very good, and the staff was friendly. We booked the 'Junior Suite', which was nice, but the fact it had no windows with a view to the street was a bit disappointing for a junior suite category (the room did have sky windows which let in natural light but no street view). Other than that, everything was really very good.

the hotel is centrally located but its not inside the old city so you have to either take a tram or walk about 10 minutes into the old city the rooms dont have a view, on one side youre facing a wall, on the other side youre facing a building in a narrow street the hotel doesnt have a lobby pillows were not so comfortable the hotel is rated as a 5 stars, i woudl give it a good 4 stars

Staff were really helpful and kind and the room is nice and clean and price is good for the location and room. Check in process was very smooth and staff were really willing to help and show you around

The complimentary water in the room is not complementary! And there is no coffee machine only a boiler. I expected more than that for the rating of the hotel and the price we are paying

Hotel is situated in the city center - within the walking distance to every attraction. Also close to trams, buses and shops. Very clean, good wi-fi, large room. Very good restaurant in the hotel, very tasty breakfast!

Complimentary bottle of water un the room upon arrival would be nice and expected in 5 star hotel. During breakfast the staff is not well organized - there shall be also clear information on what you can order (not only if you ask the personel about the omelette or a warm sandwich). More professional staff at the reception would also be appreciated.

The staff is super nice and really helpful. The room are big, well furnished and very clean. (Bravo for the cleaning crew). Could not dream better location, close to the old town and train railway station. Close to both a tram and metro station. The breakfasts are diversified and gourmet.
