Staff was friendly, rooms were clean no complaints. We had wedding so we were in town for that. Check in was easy as was check out. We had issues where daughters dress straps broke and thank God they had sewing kit we were able to borrow and fix before heading to wedding.

No complaints or dislikes, a little pricey for the short stay but it seems everything in today's world is pricey.

It's a newer facility, very clean, pleasant, and well kept.

One of the staff REALLY needs to learn to adjust her approach/diction in handling customer service matters. On 3 interactions, her response was unnecessarily serious, turse, as if she wasn't quite experienced at dealing with people. I understand professional reasons for saying no to a customer's request, but tone and word choice can make ALL the difference, even if the employee is taking their role way too seriously.

The property shows that it was very recently and drastically refurbished, it was absolutely spotless. As a touring cyclist, I particularly appreciated that there was a designated shed for bike storage.

Nothing wrong with the property. The immediate vicinity has few dining options, there’s a very good Dunkin Donuts down the street and a Subway right across. You have to drive farther for more choices.

Clean, comfortable rooms, comfortable beds, quiet.

The coffee could have been better. My advice—fork for a good coffee maker and better beans. It could be memorable for travelers to get on the road with a tasty drink to think back on.

Over $400 for a room on Medina, NY is insane. I stay here monthly and the price just continues to increase. I am always one of six cars (if that) in the entire parking lot every time.

Everything is amazing! Booka and his wife are excellent hosts and people in general! It’s always clean and accommodating! My husband and I love staying here. We do so every two weeks or so!

Very pleasant, clean, comfortable room. Nice that free breakfast is offered. Debbie (at the front desk when we checked in) was delightful!

Appalling that EVERYTHING at breakfast is in single-serving, throwaway packaging and all dishware is disposable. SHAME! All curb transitions from the parking area onto the hotel's walkways were completely NOT wheelchair/ADA-accessible!! There was at least a two-inch transition from the pavement onto the walkway at every curb-cut we saw-- even right next to the "accessible" parking spaces. ADA requires transitions be 1/2 inch or less-- no wheelchair or wheeled walker could get up a 2+ inch rise. This needs to be fixed without delay!

It was in a great location and very beautiful and quite and the lady that checked us in, was very friendly and willing to talk to us to make sure that are stay was what we wanted

We had traveled all day & had our reservation, we both were very tired and we had to attend a wedding later in the day. it would have been nice if we could have checked in a little earlier a so we could freshen up & rest before we had to leave for the wedding, we tried to check in around 1:00. The guy at the front desk checked to see if any of the rooms might be ready & he said there was some but still needed to go through something called quality control before we could check in but if we wanted to pay $25 we could skip that & check in early. needless to say we weren’t going to pay him any more money, the room already cost us $200. he suggested we check back maybe round 2:30. We went to get something to eat, then took a nap in our car until 2:15.

Breakfast was good and hot. A good variety of pastries, fruit, coffee etc I did forget to leave a tip in the room but we picked it up good.

Did not like having no sign out front of hotel. Prices are a little steep so its nice having other pprograms to help with cost.
