I found the hotel to be very friendly and comfortable. The location was very good and close to where i needed to be for my conference. A good standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel and the bed was very comfortable. It's not the Ritz but for what i paid it was very good value. Staff very friendly and the breakfast was lovely.

The ensuite toilet/shower room was very small. If i was a person with a bit more weight and size i wouldn't have been able to fit into the ensuite to use the toilet or the shower cubicle top have a shower. I'm not sure what the hotel could do about this though as it would mean a major overhaul of the property probably to make the ensuites bigger and more accessible for all sizes.

Good quiet location to attend the NEC. Bus stop, 1 minute walk to travel 10 mins to venue running every 20 mins weekdays and 30 mins on Saturdays with last bus back to hotel at 11.15 pm. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The twin room was good. Enough storage if you were staying more than 1 night. Excellent value for money.

En-suite very small. Shower flow wasn't the best on the warm setting, but given the cost of the room and for 1 night, this wouldn't stop me from staying here again.

The gentlemen on the desk was superb and very friendly with a kind face and nature. Very helpful with retuning my shower from scorching kettle hot to cooler temperatures.

I sat on the bed and it collapsed. I slept sunken both nights. But the bed itself was beautifully comfortable. The room was sweltering hot and the two mini windows couldn't help to cool it down. The shower is mini sized, and dropping down to pick up your shampoo needs to be done facing diagonally. Anyone size 16+ won't fit inside it.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, with easy access to the motorway, making travel a breeze. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, adding to the warm atmosphere. While I was assigned a ground floor room that was a bit cozy, it was well-equipped for my needs. The bathroom setup was unique, and despite a few quirks, everything was functional. The bed was comfortable, though the valance could have used a little more attention. One note: there’s a daily parking charge even for overnight stays, but the convenience of the location more than made up for it. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily return!

I booked this because it was an incredibly cheap deal (about £30 plus £6 parking.) I knew it was a very small single room, so that was fine. It was spotlessly clean, including the ensuite bathroom, and had everything you would find in a much more expensive hotel ( tea making facilities, hairdryer, etc.) I would definitely stay there again. Beautiful internal decor and they do food.

Only slight problem were the road closures due to construction works, but Sat available solved the problem

I recently stayed at the Royal Square Hotel near Birmingham Airport, and let me tell you, it was a delightful surprise! First off, the location is spot on—super close to the airport, which made my early flight a whole lot easier. The parking was both easy and cheap, so I didn't have to worry about my wallet feeling lighter than my luggage. The bar was a great place to unwind after a long day. I might have enjoyed one too many drinks, but hey, it was worth it! The garden was a hidden gem—a lovely spot to sit and sip my drink while pretending. The best part? The bed. I had one of the best sleeps ever. It was so comfy that I almost missed my flight! Oh, and don’t forget breakfast. The morning meal was delicious and gave me the energy I needed for the day ahead. All in all, the Royal Square Hotel is a fantastic choice if you need a place near the airport. It’s got everything you need at a great price, and it won’t break the bank. Highly recommend it!

We booked this accommodation last minuet, the morning of our arrival and was a little bit apprehensive as we didn’t have to time do research. We were completely over the moon with how beautiful the property was, extremely clean and spacious which was amazing as there was 6 of us I total. Our teenagers had a whole floor to themselves on the top floor which they really liked as it gave them privacy! Host were so easy to contact, the location was fab as it had local shops, greggs, domino’s and more! Would highly recommend staying here, if I ever need to travel to Telford again this would be my 1st pick!

The staff are always so nice, and they remembered us from our previous stay six months prior which was a lovely feeling. The rooms themselves, while being small, are still comfortable and exactly what we needed after our days out at the NEC. The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing, honestly! Some of the best curry we have had, and the staff were all so lovely to us loud Scots.

The receptionist we had the whole stay was just amazing, was so friendly, helpful, and felt he genuinely had an interest in what we had to say. The beds were comfortable, the room was really clean and was easy to get more items for the room when we needed it.

The bathrooms are very small, but can't be helped due to the size of the rooms. The TVs also weren't enabled to allow screen casting or streaming from phones but wasnt the end of the world.
