The staff was wonderful! Breakfast was amazing - my kids (10, 11, and two 17 yo girls) absolutely loved the hotel. Thank you for making our trip amazing!

Everything went smoothly from arrival to checkout. We were upgraded to their suite which had a separate livingroom, kitchenette, nice closet and separate large bedroom with a roomy bath and a jacuzzi tub plus a shower and an extra supply of fresh towels. We have never had such a nice room. The view out our window of the surrounding mountains was beautiful and many people sat out front to enjoy the view at various times of the day. The breakfast buffet was really good with more choices than any other hotel we have stayed in before. In the evening, they offer a couple of different cobblers and ice cream and cookies. The staff was very friendly and helpful. What more could you ask for?

They have handicapped parking but when they are full, you might have to park somewhere else so be prepared that the area is very hilly all around and you might have to climb up a hill to get to your vehicle. You can pull your vehicle right up front though, to load and unload, and they have several carts in the lobby to help carry your load right up to your car. I would imagine for those who needed more help than that, the staff would probably help you.

The property was only an 8 minute drive from many popular activities in Branson. It was very peaceful to relax under the gazebo near the waterfall after a long day. They serve a variety of cobbler and chocolate chip cookies every night from 8-11 with ice cream! It was nice to wind down and enjoy dessert while playing board games in the lobby/ dining area. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed and furniture in the room were so comfy! The jacuzzi spa bath was amazing to enjoy as well! The staff was very nice and always attentive.

No complaints 🤗

Staff was very patient and helpful! Room was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

Breakfast was ok. Very crowded and no place to sit. ( we skipped the second morning) Old toilet in room, very slow to fill and low . Tile in bathroom needs a good cleaning. Elevator was broken when we were leaving.

It was a pretty good location, especially if you’re avoiding the park. They had dessert each night from 8:30pm-11:30pm - cobbler and ice cream, and cookies. Most of the staff was friendly. Comfortable bed. Room was nice for the price. The breakfast is pretty standard, so if you’re okay with that, then it’s great (and free!).

Outdated. Buildings are separated - one is across the street from the other. Only one small elevator in each building. Check in is at 4pm (maybe 2pm?), but can check in early for a fee if your room is ready. Pool is very small - almost like a backyard pool - and is outside, but there is one for each building. We chose to eat bfast at hotel on our last day and the coffee was cold, juice was basically water, but the kid doing it was very friendly.

Breakfast is good, although it is the same menu every day. We stayed several days, and would have liked some variations. But all the food was good. The evening Dessert likewise is the same nightly, but it is very good freshly-baked cookies and cobblers. Ice Cream is available sometimes. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms and hotel (including the breakfast/dessert room) were very clean. All staff is very friendly and helpful. We will definately return. I have already recommended The Savannah to a friend who is planning a Branson Vacation.

Weather was too hot...oh, wait, you can't change that. But the AC in our room was great.

Love the evening dessert offerings. Nice to have a treat after a day full of adventures!

My mother is 87, so with the wacky sloped parking lot, we had to load and unload her at the front door. We came back after sightseeing and she thought she would just walk in from the car and could hardly get her door open, lol! Not a problem with the lovely covered drop-off area by the front door. Also, we found two hairs, one pubic and one regular on the wall of our shower before we used it. Everything else was spotless.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Robert was very helpful when we decided to extend our stay by a day. The hotel was just far enough away from town that it was quiet, but was within 5 minutes or so of everything. The room was very spacious and clean, and the king-size bed was very comfortable. The king suite we stayed in had a small kitchenette that included a sink, a microwave, and a mini fridge. It also had a cabinet for groceries and such. The view from the bedroom was great! We did not take advantage of the breakfast that was available, but we did enjoy the cobbler, ice cream, and cookies in the evening a couple of times. We did not have housekeeping make up our room for the 4 days we there, but they were very friendly and had no problem exchanging towels for us.

For reference, we stayed in room 201, which is directly above the hotel lobby. Some of the best features of the room were ruined by being on the second floor just above the lobby. For instance, the view from the window in the bathroom from the spa tub and the big window in the bedroom could not be enjoyed fully due to the sitting area in front of the hotel having almost a direct view into the room. Also, the lighting in the room could be a little bit better, but most hotel rooms are only illuminated by lamps, so it's not really a con specific to this room. Our biggest complaint would be the parking lot. Not much can be done about it other than fill in the pool and add some spaces. Honestly, just nit picking... We had a great stay!

I really enjoyed the hospitality of the hotel and the Breakfast and Dessert were delicious. I enjoyed the fact the hotel was not on the main strip but still close to all the entertainment around. I would recommend to others and plan to return to this hotel in the future.

I did enjoy the hotel a lot. I did not like the mildew smell when i entered the second floor hall from the stairs and near the elevators. In the room i was staying in the bathroom had a ceiling tile that was loose and could have been fixed. our room seemed to be very warm and the A/C seemed not to work well, but it was extremely warm and may have just had a hard time keeping up with the outdoor temperature.
