Lots of space, great view, large balcony. Lovely pool deck.

Steps. Our apartment was at the bottom of lots and lots of steps. I thought we were going to have a heart attack dragging luggage and shopping up all those steps. Request an apartment on one of the upper levels.

The location and balcony views were second to none and had the benefit of the sun, all day. We stayed in an apartment so we were self catering but there was food served on site, which looked nice. The bathroom consisted of a powerful shower, two sinks and was modern but the charm of the kitchen, might be considered dated by some. The surrounding pool area (lovely pool) was used by others but was lovely and quiet (especially being an adult only accommodation) and was vacated by mostly mature people, including ourselves (so I would presume, not really a young persons place).

The beds are single which might be suitable for some couples but we like to sleep together. The only way I think this would work better is a double mattress/thick topper or two singles joined together so that if you fall down the gap (like my Husband did 🤭), the beds don’t separate.

Great friendly staff. A special thank you to Samuel who checked in on me every day. Such a lovely person who would add extra sunshine to anyone's day. Cocktails and food were amazing. But Omg the view from the balcony that would fit the royal family and a few of their mates on was spectacular. Pool area fabulous. Nothing not to like. 😍😍😍

Big balcony and big rooms and also had everything you need for cooking great customer service from everyone especially from Pedro who was amazing and thoughtful, he brought us bottles of Brut for my wife birthday and also helped us in many things we want to say thanks to all the staff who worked there and made us feel welcome

Cleaning in our bathroom wasn’t great you could see mould and germs in between tiles

Everything, only complaints were that on the last day we had a late flight and instead of being able to use the showers at our hotel we had to walk to the sister hotel (only 5 mins walk so nothing major). Also the hotel gave out pool towels but only allowed 1 per person per week, so the same towel had to be used by the pool all week which was quite unhygienic. Other than that, no concerns.

The views from the balcony were spectacular. The balcony was very spacious and had the sun all day. It was in a very quiet location. The decor was a little dated but clean. It had a decent sized swimming pool with sunbeds always available. It took about 20 minutes to walk into Puerto Rico and we usually got a taxi back which was only 5 euros.

We were surprised by the size of the appartments and the balcony was huge. The appartment complex was the prefect size and was very cosy. The appartment has everything you need. Beds are comfortable. The staff very welcoming. We had a short stay but we would really recommend it. The view is incredible. It's recommended to have a car but that is always a necessary on the Island.

The view is excellent as well the location is very convenient (shopping centre, mall and everything you need close by). The room is spacious and well equipped for everything you need. The staff was friendly and helpful when needed also we were able to communicate with them easily in English.

All good, no issues.

Super clean. Location - close to the town, 15 min walking or 3 min by car. Parking. Quiet place. Nice swimming pool and its relaxing area. Facilities in the kitchen. Private terrace with chairs, sunbeds and umbrella.

Unfortunately the bar at the swimming pool was closed. Wanted a coffe while getting relaxed? Dress up and go to the town. Wanted a drink while getting relaxed? Dress up and go to the town. A bit uncomfortable.
