Tremendous grounds and extremely well finished.

The buffet breakfast was surprisingly less impressive than was possible - given the restaurant standard for nighttime. I suspect that the buffet breakfast is limited and the added extras ($) would reflect the style better. The staff were great but breakfast was, in truth, disappointing. Servings at dinner were excessive - great quality but the volume - especially the single serve of chicken pie that would’ve served a family of four comfortably- was off-putting.

The setting of the property is beautiful and rooms were clean and spacious. Exceptional Customer service in places, not always.

Unfortunately I had a knee injury on day one of my stay so spent most of my stay in my room not able to walk. Apart from Maurice (security team), I had no one check up on me from the management team. That being said, I need some help getting my car hire back and Max (Front office manager) went out of his way to get this done.

The architecture and decor was beautiful. The grounds were delightful.

The only complaint is that I wish there was a way to get coffee without making it in the room. When you have early risers at 5am and the rest of your group is still sleeping, you don't want to make it in the room. The Cafe didn't open until 6 on weekdays and 6:30 on weekends. It is not that difficult to have a small bar set up with self serve coffee near the lobby.

CLEAN…number one for me. COMFORT & BEAUTY, strong number 1.5 for me.. the entire resort was like this and I loved it. Kind and competent/knowledgeable/helpful/genuine staff, strong number 2 for me! Hope to be back again.

Restaurants closed too early for people on a weekend vacation.

Beautiful scenery, nice walking paths in vicinity. Nice lobby.

When you try to connect to Wi-Fi you get option of cheaper/slower or expensive/faster rate per day ... at the end we've find out that you can connect to slower option free of charge anyway. Hotel corridors are quite cold. It’s kind a shock when you enter from outside. Room service will clean your room if it’s free when they pass by otherwise they’ll skip it.

The location was nice because it was outside of the city but the casino was close enough for extra things to do. The resort itself had plenty to do from paddle boarding, horse riding and golf to name a few. I thought the breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was good. The pool area was nice and next time I will definitely be golfing.

I thought the bar area could of been a little bigger. The bar itself looks cool how they built it in what looks like rocks.

We loved everything about the place. We ate at the restaurant downtown stairs. The meals were absolutely delicious. We had the best servers...dont remember their names, but they were Filipinos cousins. The bar tender who was a female was great. My husband had a wonderful father's day weekend. The bus service to the outlets and casino were very accommodating. Staff on a whole were professional and friendly.

I was told the breakfast was a buffet so I took that versus points for my stay as my upgrade. When I got there, I was told that they were not doing a buffet this week. I would have chosen points :(

Everything was great!

Room, deluxe king on 3rd floor, was good size, balcony, very comfortable bed. Plenty of storage in room and bathroom. Mountain View is worthwhile.

Not enough umbrellas at pool and pool much too warm.

The property was definitely isolated and away from things. But close enough to restaurants and stores if needed. The gate to enter the property is about a mile from the actual hotel.
