I liked the room, very luxurious and spacious. I loved the body lotion provided. The two restaurants/bars in the hotel are amazing and the location to shopping and other restaurants is fantastic.
The staff at Urban Farmer is not welcoming. Everyone looks depressed and no one smiled. We had breakfast and no-one was at the hostess station so we sat ourselves and multiple bus people kept saying to check in at the podium. The hostess was talking to another table but no one from the staff bothered to tell her we were waiting. The waiter was almost rude and irritated by us is how we felt. My eggs and my friends eggs were cold when I received them but didn't want to bother the server as I felt it wasn't worth it at that point. I did not want to leave much of a tip but I did leave 18%. The night before we were accidentally given two orders of fries and they did take one of them off. so that was good.

Location was great. Hotel had a neat vibe. Staff were friendly. The air conditioning system in the room was heavenly!
I thought I had reserved a room with soaking tub, but our room only had a shower. After walking around Portland, a nice soak in the tub would have been great. I wish there was a front desk rep./concierge set up on the ground floor, but only the valet booth was there. That would have made things a bit easier for questions when entering/exiting the hotel instead of taking the elevator to the 8th floor.

The view from our hotel was fun to see. The Christmas tree was up in the town square. The complementary chocolates were very nice. Thank you!
The champagne I ordered was Rose flavored, if I knew it was going to be rose then I would not have ordered it. I also received a congratulations card with my name and another women’s name. My husband’s name is Bob, not Allison. It was a nice gesture, but a little odd. I have no idea where that name came from.

Location and staff made the price worth it. Everyone was friendly and quick to help. The room had fantastic views and was very clean. As for location, we were able to walk anywhere easily or it was a quick drive.
The restaurant on the lobby level. The staff was friendly but the food was not good. It's a pricey restaurant and the food was ok at best. Whatever you do, do not order the scallops. Rooftop restaurant was much better.

Really beautiful and luxurious hotel in a great downtown location. The people at the front desk, the restaurant and concierge really make this place top notch.
The overnight hotel parking (valet only) cost is pricey. It's convenient to have in out privileges and there aren't many great options around for leaving your car overnight but $65/night packs a punch.

Although breakfast was not included in my reservation, there were sufficient choices, the portions were plentiful, and the cost was reasonable. The service was friendly.
I cannot think of anything.

Rooms are wonderful. Nice atmosphere.
The charcuterie board was below par, a few slices of sausage and 2 pieces of burned black toast for $24. There was a dirty cleaning rag left in our bathroom, as well as a long red hair on the glasses. My wife and I are blonde

Location was superb and staff wonderful. Food in hotel was excellent and the food credit allowed flexibility in dining and drinks. Rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious.
Check in and lobby were not on the ground floor.

The room was gorgeous and the bed was so comfortable that it felt like I was sleeping on clouds! Every single employee we encountered was friendly and professional. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay more enjoyable! The young lady at the Front Desk who checked us in was wonderful and so were the Valet Attendants who helped us with our car. The entire hotel is Forbes 4 star service rated and I concur. If they owned a golf course, there's no doubt their hotel would be a 5 star hotel!
The only negative is the cost but you get what you pay for. Valet seemed a bit pricey at $58/night with no other options available.

I love staying at this hotel. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Everything is so well kept and the rooms really beautiful. And it seems every time I stay, there is always a pro-team arriving and leaving and I just love how subtle they are about it. so fantastic.
