The hotel and our room were very nice and clean. We loved the kitchen amenities. The bartender at the bar was wonderful and very helpful, I believe his name is Kevin. The free breakfast was nice and there was a nice selection of cold and hot foods. All in all, we would definitely stay here again.

The highchairs in the dining room need to be cleaned, and we wiped down the one we used. The dishwasher strainer in our room was not clean. We had to empty it and discovered broken glass in the filter, we let the front desk staff know about this at checkout. The hotel only had one working elevator, which caused longer wait times and crowded elevators with guests.

Good Customer Service everyone knows me and my husband always good to us. Treat us with respect all around just great.

Well, they could have darker coffee that would be great and other cream is besides just one like hazelnut that would be beautiful because I come here all the time and I do not drink your coffee because it’s not dark and you don’t have any other flavor creams thank you very much. I appreciate it. I still love this place and will continue coming back

The hotel was welcoming, clean and in the perfect location!! The staff were exceptional! Super friendly and helpful. The room was huge and so clean. The shower was nice and hot. The bed was super comfortable! Awesome breakfast with great variety. The Melting Pot shared the same vicinity (yum!!) Practically walking distance to KOP Mall. We’ve stayed here probably 5 times and will continue to come back. 5+ stars Hyatt House!

My family and I loved the amenities that were offered. From the pool to the gym to the pool table, there was something there for everyone. I especially enjoyed being able to work out with my husband and kids.

The breakfast was not good. The eggs didn’t taste right and the fruit seemed like it was canned. Some fresh fruit would have been nice, especially since the eggs appeared to be powdered.

Room was super comfortable

The pool was nice but sooo full of children until after 9 pm. This gave us very little time to enjoy the pool and hot tub as adults. Don’t get me wrong… I am a mom and love children but, I was traveling with my adult children and wanted to enjoy conversation and relaxation which was impossible until after 9-9:30 pm. This cannot be resolved but it was my personal experience. Not the hotels fault.

Staff was very nice. My applause to the staff at the dining area Saturday morning 3/30/24. One worked was rapidly cleaning the tables, (at times the same tables twice!) and they were on point with keeping the busy dining room moving. Nice job.

Noticed the trash bins were overflowing outside in the evening. I did tell the front desk. It was better the next morning. Maybe they need to be kept up with more frequently? Thought it was not pleasant when customers drove up to hotel.

The room was completely well organized and secure. Very clean, comfortably decorated. Excellent use of space. The staff was very friendly, informative and patient. Breakfast was good, dinning facilities were clean, and presented a wonderful atmosphere. Cook staff, made sure food was plentiful, organized and readily available. Day manager worked diligently to keep these orderly and pleasant for guests.

I feel silly writing this, but I would have preferred a more firmer pillow…this comment is strictly my personal preference. The bed felt excellent.

The staff was very friendly. This property was a great value for the money. Breakfast offered great selection.

I was extremely uncomfortable with my room location. As a professional woman traveling alone, I was placed in the first room on the first floor. I was very uncomfortable sleeping and felt unsafe. I was told that was the only room that was clean at the time, however I checked in at around 4:30 p.m. although my check-in time was 3:00 p.m.

Hyatt House KoP was welcoming with their water available upon entry and the staff at the desk greeted me with a smile. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The bed was a little bit too high. Even though I'm tall, I had to go on my toes to get into bed but once in, it was comfy. The bacon was a little overcooked at breakfast.

Breakfast was good, variety of choices through the week. Comfortable rooms with plenty of amenities and friendly staff.

The pool was only open once during our stay due to maintenance issues. There was also fire alarm system testing sporadically through the day, which was quite loud and startling at times. Overall, it was a good trip despite the unexpected circumstances.
