Nice hotel in location convenient to train station. Friendly staff. Good selection at breakfast. Opposite Prado and near Botanical Gardens. Efficient air conditioning in bedroom and comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom. Kettle, safe and fridge with complimentary soft drinks.

Poor sound insulation with next room, though they quietened down at bed time. No wifi information in bedroom and I had to return to reception to get the password.

This is a nice hotel in the center of Madrid, walking distance to many restaurants, souvenir shops and sightseeing attractions, especially the Prado museum. A nice restaurant very close to the hotel is La Taperia del Prado. If you are coming with a car, there is a place in front of the hotel that you can park to get your luggage out. It was suitable for people with disability as well.

The staff recommended a parking that the hotel works with but that parking only let cars that were 1.85m tall so we needed to find another one since our car was 1.90m tall - and we found one at Santa Ana square (I believe it was called) but that parking was like a ten minute walk from the hotel. Also in one of the rooms the beds were too small for two people so it was a little uncomfortable but it was okay. Overall the hotel is very nice and is good value for money!

Excellent location for visiting the main art museums. Modern hotel - good size room and bathroom with good facilities. Kettle in room for tea/coffee. Easy to use safe. Good breakfast for which we paid extra.

Although there were real glasses in the bathroom, it was disppointing that only paper cups were provided in the bedroom.

the hotel is nice, modern, small but it does what I was looking for. it has a good location, I felt safe, especially when traveling alone.

The truth is that everything is fine, the only thing is that the attendants answer you when you ask something, but up to that point, I did not notice them solicitous or willing to offer more to the guest.

The location was excellent! It’s very close to the Prado and other art museums. It’s also a quick walk to the Gran Via and Plaza Mayor.

We stayed in room 107 directly above the lobby and street. We could hear the automatic front doors opening and closing through the floor. Also, the walls were paper thin and we could hear entire conversations going on in the rooms on our floor. I used ear plugs and it was fine.

The breakfast and the nice staff

To let the car in the road waiting for the check-in, then move back the car in a very difficult one way road, then go back to the underground garage. So terrible procedure! The only hotel that has this strange way to put the car of the guest in the garage!

The property is located in a great location- PRADO is just across the street. If you choose not to have breakfast at the hotel, there are numerous small cafes nearby where you can get breakfast from. The room was clean, so was the bathroom. The staff was friendly and polite.

Our original room smelt like drainage, so we got another room. Also, we had a spare bed/couch so the room could accommodate 3 people, the spare bed was quite squeaky.
