Loved being close to the shops, supermarket, walking distance, walk to Saturday market. Having a swimming pool and spa was very loved by the children. Palm Beach was not far, maybe 30 min walk, but Busses going everywhere.

There was nothing , we didn't like.

The staff were really great, breakfast lovely and enough. Location perfect for getting bus to everywhere on the island. Room had everything needed.

Ostend is a good location in its own right, and is well served by the buses on the island. The RSA is a great asset for food and beverages, especially for older travellers.

Some aspects of cleanliness were a bit poor, e.g. spider webs on bedroom ceiling, dusty open crockery shelves (the crockery itself was nice and clean though!). The location of the motel up the hill from the main road was an issue for those of us with mobility issues; knowing what we do now, we'd probably bring the car over from the mainland next time.

Lovely place, quiet, peaceful and spacious.

We had a late check in, but we received great information on where our room was via a map information on where the key was left for us. Location was good and close to the shops in Ostend and the Onetangi Sports field as that is what we went over for. Had plenty of room in the one-bedroom unit that we had, comfortable bed, and chairs to sit on. Quiet location yet close by the main road, so easy if you travel around by the bus system. Have stayed here every time we go to the Island for overnight or longer stays.

Room is spacious and location quite convenient. Close to some reasonably priced restaurants and cafes. Also having swimming pool and spa pool to relax.

The idea of guests washing theirs own dishes is good, but the result was we saw some dried salad leaves sticking to some plates for maybe weeks or months…. I mean, even guests wash the plates, it is still necessary to wash them again, because obviously everyone has different standard about what is clean.

It was a lovely batch, clean and well thought out. The only thing was that my niece and I didn't have a car so we had to take a taxi everywhere and the price of taxis were starting to get out of control by the time we left. 50 dollars to get from the batch to the ferry when it was 24 dollars to get to the batch from the ferry....anyway...we had a lovely time and it got us away from Hamilton haha...nothing to do in that city...but thats another story. Waiheke was great!

Great location and good spot for kids with 2 trampolines and a pool. Our rooms were big making it easy when we were all in there together in the evenings, and the little balcony was a good spot to look at the stars and dry our togs and towels

It was pretty warm when we were staying here in January and we only had 1 fan and no aircon. It was ok but you will want to make use of the pool and leave the windows open

That it was convenient and close to shops and woolworths.. Even better it had a pool and a spa. Loved our little cozy room.. and love that we could cook homemade meals instead of eating out.. My view to waking up is very accumulate😍

The mosquitoes..lol.. cause we forgot to close the windows in the bathroom.. woke up to mosquitoes everywhere.. Lucky there was a fly spray in the cupboard..

Locations close to the shopping we love it...more parking ,shower more space nice clean ...nice view from inside ...my son love the mini fridge ❤ thank you.

The kitchen some tools n equipments it old need to renew like knife,kettle,cup also the oven inside not safe and also the carpet is old too....and the towels is too small. No Netflix we thought theres a Netflix but it a Sky so boring
