Clean calm hotel high food quality

Most staff were aggressive loud talking reception,The pool bar employe that hairy guy was not polite talking when i get to take a cup for water he was shouting from far and saying its (ممنوع) when there was no sign to hint for this, only nadeim from kitchen staff was helpful and smiley guy and zak from animation, the secon breakfast is some parts thats not aeten from main breakfast

Pretty much everything! This is the second time we have stayed here and again could not fault the staff. So friendly and managers always walking around and approachable if you have any issues. Rooms cleaned daily at your request. Food freshly cooked, but becomes a bit "same-y" after being there a week. Pool clean and beach bar best for eating lunch! Hotel has own beach allocated with sun loungers. Rooms been updated since last stay and no include a fridge which is great for keeping bottles of water cold. Tip - learn how to sayhello and thank you and be polite and you'll have a nicer stay!

Animation team obviously not that motivated which showed in their performances. Attempted to engage guests in joining in daily activities without being too pushy, which was nice. Sun loungers by pool a dog eat dog frenzy! Tip - go out at around 6am to find the guy and ask for loungers - a cheeky money tip will talk a lot more (5-10dinar daily) ensured prime location and umbrella available. Location isn't great for shopping so you'd have to get a taxi to marina or medina which should cost no more than 5dinar (make sure taxi driver uses meter on local rates not tourist rates!)

The food was excellent with a good range of authentic Tunisian dishes as well as more European options. The hotel was very clean and we were delighted that the hotel put rose petals and heart towels in our room to celebrate our anniversary. The spa staff are lovely and there is a good variety of options for a very fair price. The hotel is situated right on the beach and there is a good sized pool. The evening entertainment was variable - we loved the folk show and the fakir show, but the cabaret show was funny, even when it was not meant to be!

As is perhaps to be expected in an all inclusive resort, the drinks served were very small. I found that I was thirsty the whole time as even the non alcoholic options served were so small. Our drinks waiter at dinner was also not very attentive, unlike most of the other staff, so again, I found we left dinner thirsty. The location is about an hour's walk from the Medina and in hindsight we would have liked to have been closer, but that is not the hotel's fault.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Merhaba beach, and I am extremely happy with my experience! The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. What truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service provided by one of the staff members, Ghassan. From the moment I arrived, Ghassan went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and well taken care of. big thanks to the hotel receptionists and restaurant, for extra support and service! I highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay, and I will certainly be returning next summer.

The staff is amazing, nice welcoming, the room amazed me from the beginning, the view was stunning and foods are super delicious ( did not expect that) but it does. Location is good as well.

Bolt cars i think they are not allowed to enter the facility hope the hotel work on this because when you call the taxi, the pick up point will be so far and the main entrance is way far from the hotel also the hotel need to place a sign on the main street to show that Merhaba beach is located here as you need to access it through Occidental Merhaba hotel to get to Merhaba beach hotel.

The warm welcome, the good receptionists, our great waiter For breakfast and meals “Dhifili Mokhtar”, he was very attentive nice and helpful. The food is very various and good quality. The facilities are amazing. The Tunisian night show was really a good addition, we enjoyed it a lot. The room was clean with a nice view. To sum up all the staff was really great.

The pillows quite low quality, the connecting doors are not sound proof, the coffee quality could be improved. The internet is a bit slow and not stable if you have to work. A small chair would be a nice addition.

The receptionists are outstanding, especially Loubna, she did a great job making the check-in smooth, with a free room upgrade, was professional, and answered all questions related to the city, on top of that, her smiley face made me feel welcomed. On the next day, the same thing happened at the checkout, with Mounira, both of them, If they allow me to rate them outstanding. The beach is amazing sandy, clean and shallow, suitable for all ages. The room was clean

The lunch timing wasn't perfect close to the breakfast and finishs early. but on the other hand, the booking is all-inclusive so you will find snacks between all meals, so it wouldn't be an issue. The elevators are a bit slow

Hotel is next to the sea, literally you walk downstairs and there’s beach. Location is good in center of Sousse. Food (had breakfast and dinner) is normal, things are clean. Overall good for high season. Reception was comprehensive and helpful

Would appreciate shower instead of bathroom (some rooms have renovation with no bathtub but they are allocated “for old people”). Second batch at dinner (they split guests in 2 parts - 19.00 and 20.00 entry) obviously deals with more mess: dishes are bit destroyed (but there’s option to change and come early). Music in the evening (room facing the pool and animation area) is too loud. Lastly, I had my birthday and explicitly made them aware of it but got no welcoming gift or discount to congratulate with my birthday

The hotel is located by the beach near the downtown with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Our room was very nice and clean and we had a great view of the hotel's swimming pool. Breakfast was okay and had a big variety of fruits, pastry, cheese, yoghurt etc. Overall, the experience was very pleasant.

This is an excellent hotel for both families, couples and singles. First we met the reseotionists who were very nice and welcoming. Smiled and asked if everything was okay and if we needed anything. Especially a lady working there named monira was very inclusive and wanted the best for you. The food tasted excellent. There was plenty to choose from and the food tasted good. The people who worked at the restaurant took plates as soon as you finished and were good at cleaning up. I drank my fantan and got a refill right away, didn't have to ask for a refill even once. They really see you and follow you. Excellent restaurant and food. Nothing to complain about. There are some people who work who call themselves animation people who will entertain the tourists. They are very helpful and good at entertaining both adults and children. They make you feel welcome and include you in everything. Will come and ask you and you will join and do his best for you, so that you feel good and thrive. They include and see everyone. The room we got was very nice, nice warm colors that were comfortable. The bed was soft and good to lie in. It smelled clean when we entered the door and that's right, the room was clean. The bedclothes were clean too. Super satisfied with the stay. Will of course return. And we were there around winter time and the hotel was so good. Tiptop thumbs up
