Numa Topp is an amazing choice for anyone looking for a place to stay that's comfortable and stylish. It's located in a lively area, so you're close to local attractions and places to eat. The apartment itself is modern and nicely furnished, with everything you need for a good stay, like a fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, and fast internet. I really recommend it! 👌🏻

The room I stayed in was very clean, modern and pleasantly spacious. I had no issues with the door codes at all, I paid for an earlier check-in and received entry instructions by late morning. While the codes were both emailed and texted via WhatsApp, I would also recommend ensuring you download the Numa app beforehand and logging your stay as you receive a code there as well. It was very convenient not having to worry about carrying around a key or card for the room. The room had everything you could need, a large fridge, freezer, comfortable bed, wardrobe, table & chairs, tv, cooking equipment and utensils, etc. I found the room was very quiet as I was located at the back of the building so didn't have any noise, but be aware there is a popular wine bar with tables outside on the sidewalk below, so if you're in the front you may have noise from that at night. The location is great with a few supermarkets/mini markets nearby, many cafes within a few minutes walk, about 15-20 minute walk to the waterfront/Aker Brygge area, and with a few bus and tram stops very close by, and the National Theater train station about 7 minutes walk. All in all I really enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend it!

My only complaint is all four pillows provided seemed to be real down pillows, which are comfortable but may be a problem for people like me who are allergic. Also the "mugs" provided were really, really tiny and kind of useless so I ended up purchasing a souvenir proper sized mug for tea and coffee

The location is great close to restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment was comfortable and equipped with all the amenities needed for a short stay including a washer-dryer. Also they had an amenities cupboard in the lobby where you can restock on things like dishwasher pods and coffee pods. A nice touch.

No air conditioning. It was warm and the windows open meant the noise from the restaurants below was rather loud at night. Not convenient with children. The breakfast was from a nearby cafe. Unfortunately this was only open from 9 am on the weekend which wasn't practical for us as we wanted to start early. Also no child friendly breakfast options. There were three choices only that you need to book the day before.

We were very satisfied with our stay at the Numa apartment. The location is excellent — it's close to a train/metro station, and the neighborhood is very quiet, except in the evenings. The apartment has everything you need, except maybe air conditioning. However, we noticed that A/C generally doesn’t seem common in Oslo, though we really needed it during those days of over 30°C. The apartment is clean, tidy, and styled in a Nordic design. We didn’t get exactly the same unit as in the reservation photos, but it was very, very similar. On the first day, I didn’t even realize that the window could be opened fully — it has some kind of safety lock, so we ended up roasting a bit. There was a small fan provided, but it didn’t help much. Also, since check-in is only from 3 PM, there are lockers on the ground floor of the building that are big enough for two suitcases and two backpacks, which is very convenient if you arrived early like we did. On the ground floor, there are also a café and a small restaurant on either side of the building, so it was lively (and quite noisy) in the evening — the noise stops around midnight. It’s great that the apartment offers a washing machine — it’s really useful when the weather is hot like that. The water in Oslo is amazing, especially when ice-cold!

It was pretty noisy on the weekend. The bed and pillow were too soft for our liking.

I have stayed twice at this fabulous place. It's very clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows are great. My room was spacious and very quiet with a lovely view to the road. Communication was excellent. Code log in super simple. There is a great delicatessen two doors down and two lovely wine bars below the restaurant. Public transport options are great too with a tram just a bit down the road that goes straight to Grünerløkka and the city centre. But walking is also an option with everything very close. I also really appreciated the lovely products left (eg shampoo, soap, etc were all high quality).

Everything was great

The apartment is spacious and all the features required on a proper apartment. Bathrooms are clean and modern. Rooms are also modern with the enough space required. The kitchen and the living room have more than space for anyone staying on long lengths. Kitchen as all the necessary accessories to cook and eat. The check-in is super easy, everything managed via automation and with human support from management who contact with you via whatsapp quite quickly.

The only negative point was the air circulation extraction which 2 times started working in full throtle exactly at midnight and was very inconvenient. This point should be fixed as it impacts sleeping and resting. Maybe because it's a basement clearly and those air circulation routes were not defined in the original architecture design. Also in the kitchen one has to be careful to not trigger the alarm when cooking, due to the same issue. Window has to be always open. Apart from this we haven't had any additional issues.

Two Minor issues: In the early evening there is a lot of Noise from the Restaurant&Bar downstairs (The apparment was on 1st floor). After 11.30 it was quiet In spinning Mode the Washing machine was dancing through the bathroom. I had to hold it in order to prevent it from hitting the Glass wall from the shower. Seems as if now one has used the washing machine before

The location is great, in a beatiful, quite area. There is also a cool pizza place just right outside the bulding. The apartment is near tram and bus stop which go to the central station. The check-in and check-out were very smooth and easy. The room was clean and had all the necessary appliances.

Due to extreme hot weather in Oslo, it was horribly hot in the room, open windows didn't help. Please provide fans, because sleeping becomes impossible in such conditions.

Everything was beyond amazing. The space, the amenities, the kitchen, large fridge, everything in the kitchen. And then the balcony and of course let's not forget the fantastic espresso machine. And the location cannot be topped. Extra info for anyone who might be curious: The building and the units are wheelchair accessible. Like completely well adjusted. The only thing that might be hard to access is the fridge which is in a small kitchenette. But if you are a wheelchair user who can roll backwards for a meter or so, you're good to go.

The only thing I didn't like was how confusing the washing machine was. It finished washing and drying but the door did not unlock automatically. It took me quite a while to figure out how to work it.

1. The check-in process was smooth. 2. Room was spacious and well laid out. 3. It was self-equipped with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and kettle, and cooking range. 4. All amenities were provided. 5. Location is perfect. Great location, close to Frogner Park and walking distance to Karl Johans Gate from the Slottsparken entry. 6. Close to a lot of eating places and bars and convenience stores.

1. The fire alarm goes off if someone cooks without opening windows. If it happens at odd times, you must step out until it is resolved. 2. No human being for service. Every conversation is with the WhatsApp bot, which is efficient, but leaves you wanting human contact. 3. Trash is not cleaned on a daily basis, which is problematic for longer stays.
