I like that the hotel was nice and quiet. The location is also very close to many stores and restaurants which was very convenient. The hotel was only 20 mins away from the ski resort which was the reason for our visit.

The only complaint we have is the swimming pool. We have never been in a pool that dye and damaged our swimsuit. Our eyes were burning all night after we left the pool. The most upsetting was what it did to our hair. We couldn’t even comb through it after shampooing and conditioner. It felt like our hair was bleached. It’s been a few days and our hair still feels gross. So upsetting because we have healthy hair. I hope the hotel look into this matter so that other guest don’t have the same experience.

As always I read the reviews , most were great reviews, however a few not so good. I was amazingly pleased with everything about the place! Not having a lot of experience with hotels before because we usually go with Airbnb with the personal touch. The place was extremely clean which is very important. Staff were so pleasant and helpful with every need. The amenities offered were great, however our stay was short or we would have made use of them for sure. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful! They have so many choices! I would definitely recommend this place!

Even the parking was great so there was nothing we didn't like.

There was no microwave in the breakfast area or in the rooms. Our air handler made a noise when it cam on. There were only 2 luggage carriers. So when we left. I had to make 5 trips to load the car.

I liked the private pool area and felt it was amazing for my kids and myself to be alone and relax as was the gym for my oldest son.

The breakfast was not upkeep with Safe serv standards. Food not at temperature or upkeep did turn me off from breakfast but it wasn’t bad when we did partake. Just needed some food safe knowledge to better serve.

My room was overbooked but the staff was nice enough to offer me the Hilton rewards points to thank me for allowing my room to be changed.

I did try to check in around 11:30 but was unable to as they were still turning over the rooms and check in was not until 3.

Room was never cleaned, had to ask front desk for towels, very rude and unprofessional

I was a little surprised our room had no microwave only because I stayed at another one of your facilities in Virginia and it had a special room for the microwave and coffee right off the bathroom which we loved.

Staff was great,Breakfast was awesome, Rooms were just right,Would stay again!!

Bed was just slightly uncomfortable, Probably due to my back issues, Other than that everything was great 👍

I love staying at Hampton Inn The staff is friendly the rooms are nice.

The price was higher than I usually pay. And higher than everyone right around there. I would probably not spend that much again. But it was very late and I didn't want to have issues with anything. The only complaint about the room was the chargers on the night stand didn't work and our phones died overnight. Downstairs there were no USB chargers either.

Check in; friendliness of staff, access to I-81

Due to husbands mobility issues, I asked for a ground floor room or a room closest to the elevator. Our room was at the end of the hallway.
