I like that the hotel was nice and quiet. The location is also very close to many stores and restaurants which was very convenient. The hotel was only 20 mins away from the ski resort which was the reason for our visit.

The only complaint we have is the swimming pool. We have never been in a pool that dye and damaged our swimsuit. Our eyes were burning all night after we left the pool. The most upsetting was what it did to our hair. We couldn’t even comb through it after shampooing and conditioner. It felt like our hair was bleached. It’s been a few days and our hair still feels gross. So upsetting because we have healthy hair. I hope the hotel look into this matter so that other guest don’t have the same experience.

As always I read the reviews , most were great reviews, however a few not so good. I was amazingly pleased with everything about the place! Not having a lot of experience with hotels before because we usually go with Airbnb with the personal touch. The place was extremely clean which is very important. Staff were so pleasant and helpful with every need. The amenities offered were great, however our stay was short or we would have made use of them for sure. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful! They have so many choices! I would definitely recommend this place!

Even the parking was great so there was nothing we didn't like.

I liked the private pool area and felt it was amazing for my kids and myself to be alone and relax as was the gym for my oldest son.

The breakfast was not upkeep with Safe serv standards. Food not at temperature or upkeep did turn me off from breakfast but it wasn’t bad when we did partake. Just needed some food safe knowledge to better serve.

My room was overbooked but the staff was nice enough to offer me the Hilton rewards points to thank me for allowing my room to be changed.

I did try to check in around 11:30 but was unable to as they were still turning over the rooms and check in was not until 3.

the facility , staff, and grounds were all very nice

I was a little surprised our room had no microwave only because I stayed at another one of your facilities in Virginia and it had a special room for the microwave and coffee right off the bathroom which we loved.

I love staying at Hampton Inn The staff is friendly the rooms are nice.

The price was higher than I usually pay. And higher than everyone right around there. I would probably not spend that much again. But it was very late and I didn't want to have issues with anything. The only complaint about the room was the chargers on the night stand didn't work and our phones died overnight. Downstairs there were no USB chargers either.

Room comfortable. Quiet. Did have to move to different room due to broken blinds in first room. Staff accommodated nicely.

Hot breakfast was cold, very inadequate with many items having run out & not replenished even though we were at breakfast in middle of time frame allowed. Breakfast serving staff was grumpy & not helpful. Felt not up to Hampton Inn standards that we have experienced in the past.

Due to husbands mobility issues, I asked for a ground floor room or a room closest to the elevator. Our room was at the end of the hallway.

Staff was top notch! Property was bright and clean. It was a busy evening, but the room setting remained quiet. The breakfast offering was plentiful, and hot items were exactly that.

My assigned room was unlocked when I arrived. It seemed that everything was in order. The bolt lock had been engaged with the door open and therefore it did not close and lock as staff left for the final time. No problem because everything was in good shape.

The coffee was the absolute worst! This is the second Hampton Inn we have stayed in last 2 weeks and the coffee was absolutely horrible at both places. We stay at Hampton Inn when we can because you’re consistent with offering a fair price for decent accommodations. We also appreciate the free coffee bar. I don’t know if you have changed purveyors but honestly it truly is the worst coffee I’ve ever had.
