We arrived to a lovely and friendly welcome from Clare. Clare took us up to our amazing room and went through all the amenities with us. 10/10 for attention to detail and cleanliness. The location was perfect for a show we booked to see at the Pleasure Beach Arena that evening. Breakfast was made fresh to order and tasted amazing!!! Attention to detail incredible and service 10/10. Clare was the perfect host again in the morning making friendly chat with us and the other residents. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely return in the future for another amazing 5 star B & B experience. Thank you once again to Clare and her Husband, you’re doing a grand job!! Kimberley and Gary. xx

We absolutely loved the reception we got from Claire, it was perfectly relevant, informative and pleasant. The room that we stayed in (South Pier) was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need and more, far more in fact for what you pay to stay here. When we decided to go and take in the sights of Blackpool, we quickly realised that the Pleasure Beach was just to our front and Blackpool Tower was just to our right. Both of these locations are within walking distance but also have more than one method of quick and easy public transport, should you require it. On our return from our sight seeing, pleasure beach and circus venture, I had a lovely bubble bath and enjoyed the bath jets whilst watching TV to rest and then prepare for our evening meal. Our dinner at the Beach House Bar & Grill was lovely and comes highly recommended. The service and quality of food far surpass the price. We then returned and had a beautiful nights sleep and were pleasantly surprised when our Champagne Breakfast Banquet arrived. This too was beautiful and again was packed with beautiful food that far surpassed its price. It was a pleasure to stay here, Mark & Claire are lovely and are always available should you need advice or assistance. I would more than recommend anyone to stay here and will certainly return. In fact, we loved it so much, we booked for one night initially and quickly upgraded this to two. Had we not have had other commitments, I truly believe this would have became a week or two.

There was genuinely nothing that we didn’t like, we’ve had the most perfect stay and time.

North pier room. I booked this for me and the wife for a nice break and we wasn't disappointed. From arriving to departing Claire was always on hand. Everything is thought of from snacks and drinks to a bits and bobs tub that has everything you might need. I think my best part of the room has to be the jacuzzi bath with tv. The breakfast in the morning was amazingly fresh which you can also pick special options like kippers (no extra cost) The whole property is amazing and I have now found the only place I will stay when visiting Blackpool. Thank you so much Claire for such a wonderful stay. See you again soon.

I didn't like that we couldn't stay longer :)

Claire's welcome was warm and friendly. The king size bed was very comfortable and the room was big with high ceiling. Two wardrobe and plenty of draws. A drinks fridge was supplied, stocked with drink on an honesty system. Large bath with air jets and a TV in the bathroom, Large towels, slippers and bathrobes. Large TV in bedroom. Remote controlled lights. Close to bus stops, short walk to trams. Free snacks available. Unforeseen illness meant we had to leave very early so unfortunately we did not get to try the breakfast which we had chsen the night before.

It's the second time I've stayed here and it didn't disappoint. The host is lovely and the room has everything and more. The host has thought of all the little things that may be needed. The bed is very comfortable. The tea making facilities are perfect with the added bonus of tasty shortbreads and cookies. Fresh milk is automatically provided and a 'bar fridge' with drinks and snacks is also provided. There's a lovely large jacuzzi bath in the bathroom which I didn't get chance to use but wish I had! Breakfast was perfect and there is a great selection of choices to pre-order the night before. It was beautifully cooked. For anyone visiting Blackpool I would highly recommend :)

Our stay at Number One St Lukes at the southern end of Blackpool was delightful. Our hosts Claire and Mark were friendly and helpful and the B&B is beautifully appointed. We had a lovely, spacious room and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was great and our hosts were available to offer whatever advice and assistance we needed. After a short walk to the other side of the railway line to a tram stop, we headed into Blackpool for our evening meal and to experience the famous Blackpool Illuminations.

Nothing.

Wow! This place can only be described as immaculate. The attention to detail and the interior design is beautiful to behold. There was a box with extras that you might have forgotten, stunning lighting, a whirlpool bath with a TV and the decor was gorgeous. The breakfast was exquisite. Claire is an amazing host, going above and beyond. The location was perfect and I enjoyed two meals, one at Thai Cafe and one at Number Ninety Grill. The B & B was spotlessly clean and easy parking.

Very minor point, but desk lamp wasn't working.

This is a beautiful hotel. The attention to detail is perfect. Everything you might need is provided. Our room was gorgeous, very clean with a comfy bed. The breakfast was delicious with more than ample choice. Plenty of room to park the car. The bus stop across the road takes you into Blackpool in 15 - 20 minutes. Claire was very friendly and helpful and the rest of her team were lovely too. I would gladly stay here again,

Number 1 St Lukes was more like a 5* hotel than a B &B. The bed was so comfortable with really good linen. It was a huge room with an amazing ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath, separate shower and 2 sinks!! The room had everything you needed and so much more. All the little extras that just made the stay perfect. The best thing of all about Number 1 St Lukes is Claire ( the owner) she is fab. Really chatty, funny and makes you feel so welcome. Cooks an amazing breakfast too. This will always be our "go to" place when we visit Blackpool again

Only download side was you could hear the TV in the next room
