Fabulous accommodation WoW, great location. Quite on the South side of Blackpool. 5 star welcome from Claire on our arrival. Checking in no issues, helped with our luggage to our room. Given a room guide/ tour. Room was fantastic with a balcony looking out onto Solaris Gardens, Mirror ball and views of the promenade. comfortable bed, spa bath, shower, dressing gown and slippers, toiletries, towels and a box full of extras you might need during your stay. Claire, Mark and team the really helpful and friendly made our stay very enjoyable. Great choice of breakfast given a breakfast list the day before for the next morning. Breakfast In the morning made by Mark with was cooked to perfection 5/5. Plenty of free parking, great transport links tram station short 5 minute walk away stopping at all of Blackpool’s world famous attractions. Bus stops located close by. Not far walk from the Pleasure Beach/ South Pier. Would highly recommend.

I emailed ahead about parking and got a prompt, helpful reply – great start! The staff were absolutely lovely throughout my stay. There were loads of thoughtful touches in the room that made it feel really welcoming (and the fan was very much appreciated during the warm weather!). The location’s spot on too – there’s a tram stop right outside, which made getting around Blackpool super easy. One of the highlights? Watching Glastonbury from the bath, thanks to the TV in the bathroom – such a treat! I also happened to mention in passing that it was my birthday the next day… and at breakfast, I was surprised with a candle in my hash brown! Such a simple gesture, but it really made my morning. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Blackpool – thanks again for a lovely stay.

The facilities and the room were wonderful Could not ask for more

In the bath there were pubic hairs and hair And we had the room with a very large outside balcony But where not aloud to smoke outside? Also breakfast was nice very surprised they had potato scone/potato cakes what ever people would like to call them We travel to see our family in Scotland all the time and no how to cook them we also eat them very regularly at home when told they were not cooked correctly or even cooked We were hit with.... He eats them all the time he knows how to cook them .Well sorry they were not fried/cooked Also after a night out you could not bring back your own food i.e A pizza etc Other than that a nice place in fact a very nice place. Thank you

Everything, beautifully and so tastefully decorated for Christmas. The downstairs was luxury. The guy who greeted us was incredibly helpful and took us up to our lovely and spotless room and proceeded to give us a run down of how to operate the jacuzzi bath and recommended local eateries. Breakfast was preordered but in the morning they still asked what beverage you’d like just in case we had changed our palate. The breakfast choice was 5 star, the fruit salad exceptional and the quality of the full English outstanding. This is a huge recommendation to anyone wanting looking after and high quality surroundings.

Having to go home.

The room was gorgeous, so clean and comfortable. Friendly management who thought of everything to make your stay so special.. In the bedroom there were sweets, water both still and fizzy and a box in the wardrobe full of everything you need but never pack like a sewing kit, a shoe horn and shoe cleaner, plasters, safety pins, stationary items and lots of other essential things.. a great extra. Bathroom was large with a whirlpool bath. again with a box of toiletries. Also the fluffiest robes I have ever felt, so comfortable. The balcony was large with a great view. Breakfast in the morning was fabulous. Everything you can think of plus more and really well cooked and lovely and hot.. Just want to say a huge thank you for a great stay.

Hosts were lovely and welcoming, tak8ng pride in their service and the hotel they have created whilst enjoying its history too. Room was comfortable, tastefully decorated and furnished and modern, with a whirlpool bath, TV above the bath, separate shower and great water pressure (a must for me). Lots of options for breakfast and it tasted great! Loads of local eateries and within spitting distance of the beach. Highly recommended.

Nothing, I was very impressed.

The location was ideal for myself and my son. Close enough to walk to the main attractions, but far enough on the south end to be quiet in the evenings. Ideally situated for tram and bus transport. Lovely personable staff. Lovely breakfast.

My only comment here would be that offering an evening meal in your dining room would be amazing. As I was travelling with my son solo, I wasn’t as comfortable going out in the evening to eat.

Everything about Number One South Beach was perfect! Their staff were warm & welcoming and went above & beyond- we mentioned it was our anniversary and they put banners up for us and everybody who we saw wished us happy anniversary- its the little things that go a long way with us!! The room itself was superb and the balcony was far bigger than expected. Everywhere was spotlessly clean & super comfy. Breakfast was another delight & I feel guilty that I couldn't finish it all! Thank you for such a wonderful stay that we've already booked 2 nights next year!!

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Second time at this property. Excellent hotel with outstanding staff. Nothing too much trouble and always a smile on their faces. Room had everything you could ask for . Was nice to have bottled water . Breakfast was lovely and beautifully cooked. Needed no lunch as filled us up till tea time. Lovely comfy area to sit near the bar with a drink on the evening. Everything in the rooms was very good quality. Lovely separate shower and spa bath with a tv to watch whilst soaking in the tub Beautifully decorated.

Nothing at all

The location and staff was perfect the hotel was very well maintained and outstandingly clean. Oh and Thankyou for the Easter eggs at breakfast, also the breakfast was amazing well cooked and the options was fabulous.

Well other than the other guests which was a bit noisy as they was arguing and we could hear everything but that’s not the hotels owners fault at all so this is why we didn’t complain about it.
