I'm disabled and there needs to be toilet facilities near reception area it was too far for me to walk to the other end of the hotel

room was lovely. shower was good. late bar. lots of parking available. (£17.00 per night)

coffee from breakfast machines. not the best unfortunately breakfast food area was extremely busier. the main problem.When one hot item,is waiting for refill,the whole queue just stops,not a lot of room to get pass if you just want a another item .which is there.

The hotel was excellent. If you have younger children or guests with mobility problems you would need to catch the tram for attractions past the Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle swimming pool. Walking for us with teenagers was fine; it's about 50 mins walk from the hotel to Blackpool Tower and from the hotel to Pleasure Beach/ Sandcastle I would say 15/20 min walk. The service and staff were all fantastic; nothing was too much trouble. Perfect quieter location to walk the promenade without the crowds. There is a Lidl about 20/30 min walk which we used to stock up on supplies. The breakfast included cereal, waffles, cooked breakfast and fruit. There is a restaurant onsite which we used once when the weather was too bad to venture outside.

Staff were very friendly and polite, the room itself was very comfortable and the hotel in general was literally a stones throw away from the "centre" of Blackpool (with all the arcades such as Coral Island and the Tower and shops etc). We checked in around 4.30pm and checked out at 10(ish) but were allowed to keep the car there as you get 24 hours once you arrive, which helped us out. We also took full advantage of 24 hour food and drinks by ordering food when we got back to the hotel at 9.45pm on the Wednesday, and it was delicious. Pizza, chicken goujons/fries and skinny fries/cheesy garlic bread all very well made and promptly served. Will definitely return and recommend.

Hotel was lovely, rooms were nice, shower powerful and the hotel was very clean. Bit of a walk from centre of things but trams easily available.The staff were great. Downsides are that the bar needs to be bigger ie more choice and they need to get their act together re the food. We were a group of 6 inc children and would have happily had our evening meal there and a few drinks but we heard a lot of people complaining about the food and sending it back plus they seemed to have run out of things on the menu. The breakfast was nice, good choice available. Little chaotic think more staff were needed. On the whole enjoyed our stay just would have been great to be able to relax there in the evening and have a meal and a few drinks but we went elsewhere for the reasons already mentioned.

After an initial mix-up with our room on the first night, we moved rooms from the 2nd night into the room I had actually booked and paid for. The sea view was everything and more. So peaceful. The staff were so lovely and helpful, especially Kay on reception. The bed was so comfy, I didn't ever want to leave!

It was a shame there wasn't much hot food to eat at the breakfast buffet for vegans. I didn't expect anything fancy, but some veggie sausages would have been a welcome addition. We just had mushrooms, hashbrowns and beans. I know we could have probably asked for some to be made, but we shouldn't have to as this makes vegans feel like they're asking for special treatment and not inclusive. Meat eaters don't need to ask for their sausages and bacon. It's 2023! Most hotels offer vegetarian sausages now, so I assumed a chain like the Hilton would be ahead of the game. Also, we we're not offered a partial refund for the 4 nights, even though we only had the sea view room for 3 of the nights. The room for the first night was awful, but I was charged full price for the entire stay.

The room was clean, comfy beds and lovely bathroom. The breakfast area was lovely with plenty of choice. Staff friendly and welcoming.

The view was of the car park and some run down buildings, bit disappointed and we wish we had booked a sea view. The area for the kettle & cups was not suitable with a young child in the room and was close to wires from the tv. We had to move it during our stay. No spoons for making drinks either. The tv remote cover was broken, again not safe with a child when batteries were falling out. The room seemed very clean although the telephone was very dusty and the mirror was streaky. Didn’t affect our stay just things we noticed.

The staff really make the hotel, couldn't offer more assistance and always friendly remembering past conversations and being helpful with recommendations

The first room wasn't cleaned properly and smelt of sick we had to change. The second room has rips in one of the bed sheets, dust and dirt on the floors in corners and lots of splash marks and smears in bathroom. The rubber seal on shower door wasn't on securely and the sops dispensers were sticky. By the time we got to the second room at 10 at night we were exhausted and we're only sleeping for 2 nights so didn't bother swapping again.

The staff were fantastic everything was perfect the hotel was immaculate,there was every option you could think of available for breakfast,catering for everyone's needs,the kitchen dining area restaurant was exceptionally clean,the night we arrived was after 9pm we ordered food and it was amazing the taste the presentation thank you to all the staff we will be booking again and will.now be regulars at the hotel me and my family will not stay anywhere else in the future 😀😀😀

In the hotel room there was hair in the shower and the shower head was hanging ,of the wall hair on the sofa bed,bed sheets there were long black hairs the curtains were all stained and the carpets,

The hotel was lovely & modern. The rooms were nice & clean & comfortable. The free breakfast was absolutely delicious. A good selection of cereals, hot food, drinks, fruit & pastries. The waffle machine was brilliant & very popular! The staff were all really friendly and welcoming. They got you a table at breakfast no problem with a very short wait. Location was great & near to the tram stop. The car park was convenient. Gym was free to use & had really good equipment in there. It was the hotels 7th birthday, so there were balloons up & lots of sweets the kids could help themselves to which was lovely! We loved the big deck chair for a nice photo! First time we've stayed there & we will definitely return as we enjoyed it & it was great value.

I wasn't keen that we couldn't open the window but there was good air con in the room so it wasn't a big issue. We had to ask for a kettle in our room, which wasn't brought until the next morning but the staff were good at bringing extra towels if requested. Nothing too much trouble.
