We came for the lytham festival. Our hosts were really informative about the area. The room was on the smaller side, but it was clean and enough for what we needed as we were only staying 2 nights. They had hot chocolate, sewing kit in the room along with bottled water, which we thought was a really nice touch. The location was good. Everything was easy to get to. There is a small bar area and breakfast area, but we didn't use this. The bed was comfy enough. The shower was nice pressure. Overall, the hotel is a great value for money, we will stay again.

There wasn't much we didn't like to be honest. They could have done with more plug sockets in the room, but this wasn't a massive issue. One thing I'd like to mention was that on the rules, it stated that you weren't allowed to order takeaways to eat in your room, which i found quite strange. Although we did order them anyway because we didn't read the rules until the day we were leaving but nothing was said to us.

We were warmly greeted on arrival and shown to our room, which was warm and comfortable. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, a TV and a refrigerator. There was also free WiFi available but we didn't use this. The bathroom had a shower with plenty of hot water and a powerful shower jet, always a bonus. Downstairs was a small bar with a good selection of beer and spirits and lots of memorabilia hung from the ceiling and on every wall. Breakfast was available at additional cost, but we had made plans for the morning so ate breakfast out.

There were some sockets next to the bed but they appeared to be blocked off so we could only charge our phones using the socket for the kettle. Sadly the bar was cash only as we would have had a drink in there before going out, but we didn't have much cash, only cards so we had to give it a miss.

Bern in the past. Love the friendly greeting, the warm welcome from Graham the owner. He is a lovely man. Will go out of his way for his guests. Love the rooms. They were spotless. Very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast area is lovely and clean and the food is amazing. Great choice for breakfast. Service is great. Very friendly staff. The pirate themed bar is really nice and very cosy. After a long day it's perfect to relax in. Great selection of drinks. The hotel is in an ideal location just off the main road a stone throw from the The Big One roller coaster in Pleasure Beach. You can see it when you step outside the door. It's far enough away to not be loud. Infact it's in lovely area that's got some hotels and some residential area. So it's fairly laid back. It is a long walk to the Tower.... But there is a tram stop a few minutes walk away and these are fairly frequent and reliable. The Pleasure beach is only a short walk away..... For a fee you can reserve a parking space outside the hotel so your car is safe and sound out front. I will never go to to another hotel in Blackpool again. Once you stay here you always go back. N

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel..... Some may say the rooms are small but I say they are just right....

Really well located and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Right next to pleasure beach which was the reason for our visit. We made use of the rum pub on site which was great and we could play checkers along with some other fun games he has for customers. Amazing value for money breakfast and lovely clean room. We travelled from Pembrokeshire Wales so we were really grateful to arrive somewhere as lovely as this for a good nights sleep.

Really nothing of note! We booked the small double which was enough space for us, the only tiny thing I would say is that plug socket space isn’t great with none by the bed and and 2 plugs by the kettle, but they are too close to the desk to fit in a standard iPhone charger. They do have standard USB ports by the 3 pin plug ports which is helpful but we had USB C Chargers with our iPhones so this didn’t work. Important to note there are complimentary charging points in the breakfast area and pub though.

The location was perfect for our last minute overnight with our little one for a trip to the Pleasure Beach. Room was immaculate and comfortable for us a family. Breakfast was perfect and a special thanks for making our little girls toast into a Minnie Mouse shape! Would 100% recommend and we will definitely look to book here on our next visit.

It was a quiet area which was great for me. And little 1. We booked a small room which was really clean, compact equipped with TV, tea/coffee etc and en suite. We had breakfast in the Morning which was lovely piping hot break... Coffee, juice etc.. Really nice. The building inside is quirky I don't drink but the bar area looked good. I really liked the fact that the front door was locked and given a key... And code.. Felt safe. Very clean little hotel could possibly. Do with new carpet in our room however that's the only fault oh and there is no csrpark had to park in the. Next street however car fine. Lovely little place fab breakfast and perfect location right near the front

Location was great, we used the tram to get about, it was lovely and peaceful when sitting outside at 5am. Room was comfy and cosy, shower was just right. Lovely addition of the drinks cooler. Plenty of choice for a hot drink. We enjoy our tea.

There wasn’t anything not to like really, the only thing mom struggled with was the walk to the closest grocery store for a night snack, as she’s not able to walk very far and it was up hill to the shop we went to.

Excellent location and owner very friendly and helpful. Also I was able to get a parking space right outside for £20 which was great.

Room was advertised as a small double but it was exceptionally small. Due to it being hot weather while we were there the heat was quite bad in the room. Also unfortunately the bar and restaurant didn’t seem to be open so there wasn’t much atmosphere in the hotel.

Me and my daughter stayed here recently and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location was great - just a 10 minute walk from pleasure beach fairground. The room was clean and had everything we needed such as tv, own bathroom, fridge, hairdryer and a good heater that helped warm us up after our fun filled day in the rain! We also had free access to WiFi! I was able to rearrange car parking before my arrival - without any hassle. I also paid for a breakfast which included cereal, fresh fruit, tea & coffee, juice and lots more aswell as a delicious full English breakfast catered to our wants. We loved it. The hotel is well presented and clean with a lovely bar and lounge area. The hosts are friendly and helpful and nothing was too much hassle for them, genuine down to earth people who give off good energy. I will definitely use this as my go to hotel for all of my visits to Blackpool!

Nothing! Very satisfied customer.
