Great hotel stayed at. Bedroom lovely clean and tidy, decorated nice, love how they think of everything for the children they even leave some teddy's on the bed to put a smile on the kids faces when they go into the room, love the fact the television was good size great signal for blackpool and have WiFi.... the owners are so nice and friendly loved hearing from them about all there plans they will be doing on there hotel with refurbishments all the extra rooms that will be built extra family rooms with game rooms. Was quite amazed will definitely be staying again and highly recommend to others

Only thing can really say is. Just needed a new light bulb in the lamp but can't complain really its just a light bulb room was still great without it

Booked this for a wee last minute break and definitely made the right choice. Great location, nice and quiet but still right on the front and within 5 min walk of pleasure beach, water park and south pier. Staff were so welcoming, helpful and friendly, they genuinely couldn't do enough for you. Great size family room easily accomodated 5 kids of varying ages. Would have no hesitation recommending and would definitely stay here again. Bonus for great continental breakfast and got to play with owners lovely dog. Give it a go, you wont be disappointed!

Some blackout curtains would be a great addition to the rooms.

The owners Leah and nassa are absolutely Brillant ! They are so friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable. The cooked breakfast was delicious, plenty to choose from. Location is great right next to the pleasure beach. They also have a pool table and shuffle board (perfect for kids). I arrived Friday 08/08/25 along with my Mum and two kids aged 8 and 5. You know you’ve chosen the best accommodation when your kids want to stay again and not come home ha ha! I can’t forget to mention their lovely dog Lockie. My daughter Anayah absolutely loved him, he’s so friendly and put out of the way for guests.

I can’t honestly say a bad word about this place, there is nothing to dislike.

Location was amazing. Parked the car outside when checking in, and didn't need to move it until check out. Beach across the road, everything walking distance Hotel was good.. friendly staff. Can't go wrong, especially with a booking that was done on the same day. Kids loved it so may visit again

Room was abit dated and needs TLC. Breakfast from 8.30 which is generally late but they do say that you can have it early on request. Sometimes families would like to just spend hours relaxing in hotels but this is one where you can't. But again...last minute booking... can't complain Noise levels were quite high from neighbouring hotels or rooms

The owners were friendly and welcoming, the room (Double) with ensuite was clean and functional, although a little small but was fine for myself and my daughter (11) Great value for money, and only a few mins away from the Pleasure Beach (and train station). There's a tram stop right across the road going to and from the Tower and town regularly which was really useful. Breakfast was good with a hot drinks machine, fruit juices, cereal, pancakes, croissants and toast. They also have a gorgeous fluffy 18 month old German Shepherd who was very friendly (after asking us if it was ok to meet him) 🥰 Would recommend 😊

I would have preferred a cooked breakfast offered as standard but that's just my personal taste

The hosts were very friendly and sociable. Facilities and cleanliness were excellent. Children loved the pool table. Both cooked and continental breakfast was excellent. The hotel is good value for money in a quiet , clean location and only 5 mins walk from all the activities - sandcastle, pleasure beach etc. Tram stop at front of hotel for trip up to central pier, tower etc . We visited as a family of 13 , mixed ages and it suited our needs perfectly , thankyou

The staff were very friendly and chatty and was absolutely superb with my children and believe me it's difficult for some hotels to accept children with adhd and autism but I cannot fault them at all. The rooms were tidy and very clean, with a good amount of brewing tackle. Teddies for the kids that was a great comfort for my 2 children and the family room is a very good size and mattresses were very comfortable. Altho there was a fold out bed to aside from bunk beds which made the bedroom very tight with our luggage in there to. There was a good size ensuite. Had an absolute gorgeous view from my window of the sea. Continental breakfast which the kids loved as they had a good variety of cereals, fruits, quassants, raisins, they even came out and saw us off. They have a pool table and air hockey tabke which occupied my children for a couple of hours. I honestly couldn't of chosen a better hotel last minute and will most definitely reccomend and revisit the hotel in the near future. Thankyou for ur great hospitality and the cooked breakfasts were nicely cooked even if I did struggle to eat it.

Absolutely nothing as liked everything about the hotel

Friendly staff, exeptionally clean, refurbished modern rooms, Lots of choice with the breakfast, great location on the seafront, quiet location, family friendly, good powerful shower in room, fantastic views, free parking outside, complimentary shower/shampoos in the room, lots of towels, bedding was excellent and cosy, spotlight make it modern and bright, flexible with checking in times. We went a family of 5, 2 girls and a baby and they catered for all our needs. Everyone slept well as the beds were cosy and the hotel was quiet.... my 8 year old even loved the teddies in the room that made it extra magical for their trip. There's also a pool and hockey table to play on. We booked last minute and was happy with our choice it was a short walk from the pleasure beach and the beach was across the road. We will defo be booking again soon for a winter break, better then most Blackpool B&Bs I have stayed in over the years Thank you

I honestly can't think of any negatives maybe a cooked breakfast option would be my only recommendation

The equipment is a bit rudimentary and rooms are quite small. But the location is fantastic, view from the window magnificent, staff is very nice and helpful and the beds were very comfortable. Oh, and the breakfast was delicious. It is absolutely great for a weekend in Pleasure Beach. Short walk to the main gate. Value for money - spot on!

Rooms are small, but if it's only for short stay, you don't have a lot of luggage and plan to spend most of the time outside, it's not a problem at all. Bathroom is bigger than you would expect.

The bathroom is very small, so wen u shower there is a bit of water on d floor ☺️ also cos is near the road, u could hear d bics and cars all night long. Also, room service is not everyday, for two night we spent our room wasn’t tidy up.
