The owners were friendly and welcoming, the room (Double) with ensuite was clean and functional, although a little small but was fine for myself and my daughter (11) Great value for money, and only a few mins away from the Pleasure Beach (and train station). There's a tram stop right across the road going to and from the Tower and town regularly which was really useful. Breakfast was good with a hot drinks machine, fruit juices, cereal, pancakes, croissants and toast. They also have a gorgeous fluffy 18 month old German Shepherd who was very friendly (after asking us if it was ok to meet him) 🥰 Would recommend 😊

I would have preferred a cooked breakfast offered as standard but that's just my personal taste

The staff were very friendly and chatty and was absolutely superb with my children and believe me it's difficult for some hotels to accept children with adhd and autism but I cannot fault them at all. The rooms were tidy and very clean, with a good amount of brewing tackle. Teddies for the kids that was a great comfort for my 2 children and the family room is a very good size and mattresses were very comfortable. Altho there was a fold out bed to aside from bunk beds which made the bedroom very tight with our luggage in there to. There was a good size ensuite. Had an absolute gorgeous view from my window of the sea. Continental breakfast which the kids loved as they had a good variety of cereals, fruits, quassants, raisins, they even came out and saw us off. They have a pool table and air hockey tabke which occupied my children for a couple of hours. I honestly couldn't of chosen a better hotel last minute and will most definitely reccomend and revisit the hotel in the near future. Thankyou for ur great hospitality and the cooked breakfasts were nicely cooked even if I did struggle to eat it.

Friendly staff, exeptionally clean, refurbished modern rooms, Lots of choice with the breakfast, great location on the seafront, quiet location, family friendly, good powerful shower in room, fantastic views, free parking outside, complimentary shower/shampoos in the room, lots of towels, bedding was excellent and cosy, spotlight make it modern and bright, flexible with checking in times. We went a family of 5, 2 girls and a baby and they catered for all our needs. Everyone slept well as the beds were cosy and the hotel was quiet.... my 8 year old even loved the teddies in the room that made it extra magical for their trip. There's also a pool and hockey table to play on. We booked last minute and was happy with our choice it was a short walk from the pleasure beach and the beach was across the road. We will defo be booking again soon for a winter break, better then most Blackpool B&Bs I have stayed in over the years Thank you

The equipment is a bit rudimentary and rooms are quite small. But the location is fantastic, view from the window magnificent, staff is very nice and helpful and the beds were very comfortable. Oh, and the breakfast was delicious. It is absolutely great for a weekend in Pleasure Beach. Short walk to the main gate. Value for money - spot on!

Rooms are small, but if it's only for short stay, you don't have a lot of luggage and plan to spend most of the time outside, it's not a problem at all. Bathroom is bigger than you would expect.

The staff were so friendly and attentive. Everywhere was suitably clean. Breakfast was really nice. All bedding and towels smelt clean and fresh. Bathroom was spotlessly clean.

We travelled with 2 teenagers and the bunk beds were a little small for them, they were a little bit uncomfortable for them personally. They would be perfectly fine for smaller children 10 and under. It wasn't a massive issue as we were only staying 1 night. My bed was extremely comfortable and i had a lovely sleep.

The room was lovely, relatively clean, comfy bed and well equipped. Friendly and helpful staff, nice location. Easy access to the tram stop for getting into Blackpool.

Breakfast. Continental breakfast had pre-packed long life croissant etc, and children’s cereals. The fresh fruit looked unappetising. A lot of money for a couple slices toast. Cooked breakfast would be better if they asked what you do/don’t want so there’s no food waste.

The staff were always friendly and accommodating which is what people want especially on arrival. I'd definitely stay again. When booking, the cooked breakfast comes at an extra £5 cost pp but continental is within the booking price. The continental is really good. Cereal, yogurts, fruits, crepes etc, coffee machine, juices. I'd like to add that it's recently been taken over but this hasn't stopped the staff from looking after us.

The staff were wonderful and as a solo traveller I felt safe, much at home and very welcomed. I loved my room, it was fairly basic but it had almost everything I required and again it had a homely feel which I loved and a superb sea view. Only had breakfast on the final day of my stay and it was excellent.

I would have liked a chair and full length mirror.

The room was gorgeous and spotlessly clean the sea view was amazing, the lady tending to us was extremely nice and tended to our every need she felt like a friend, breakfast was great and a decent price and the location was perfect it was quiet and peaceful and brilliant with a tram stop right across the road to take us right up the promenade, even though it’s located a little bit further down than the pleasure beach it was just so quiet and peaceful. I would recommend 100% and most definitely be returning on our next trip to Blackpool it was a a beautiful place to stay with absolutely everything we needed

Paid for breakfast to be told on arrival it was only continental and had to pay to upgrade to cooked. The cooked breakfast lovely actually however I wasn't asked what I wanted so a lot went to waste as I couldn't eat it which was a shame.
